Effect of Social Service Quality on Service Satisfaction and Service Repurchase - Focusing on Social Service Investment Project-

  • In order to improve the quality of social services, developed countries overseas have introduced authorization or permit system to primary filtering when entering the market that provides social services. However, in Korea, a quality evaluation system for social service quality management has been introduced and implemented, but no significant effect has been achieved so far. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between service quality, service satisfaction, and repurchase intention, which are important variables to measure social service quality improvement, and to use it for service quality management. As a result of this study, service quality, service satisfaction, and repurchase intention are important factors for service quality improvement. It is necessary to secure a service provider of and continuous user selection and service quality management are also important.

  • Due to the rapid growth of social networking community (SNC), research into SNC user's behavior has recently emerged as an important issue in information systems. An individual makes a decision whether or not to continually use his or her own SNC and to purchase digital items to decorate it. Most previous research has focused on a user's continuance intention and has ignored the importance of purchase intention. This study develops and empirically tests an integrated model designed to predict a user's two types of behavioral intention:continuance intention and purchase intention based on the expectation-confirmation model (ECM) and a dual model of relationship maintenance mechanism.The results indicate that perceived usefulness, satisfaction, personalization, and switching cost have important influences on the formation of SNC continuance intention. The results also show that perceived usefulness and satisfaction does not have any significant impacts on purchase intention, while personalization, learning, attractiveness of alternatives, and continuance intention significantly affect it.

세종시 투자자의 투자요인이 투자성과와 재투자의향에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Real Estate Investment Factors in Investors of Sejong City on Investment Performance and Reinvestment Intention)

  • 본 논문에서는 세종시 부동산 투자요인이 투자성과와 재투자의향에 미치는 영향 관계를 연구하였다. 세종시 부동산에 투자한 경험이 있는 투자자를 대상으로 설문조사를 통하여 자료를 수집, 분석하였다. 세종시 부동산 투자요인이 투자성과에 미치는 영향과 함께, 투자성과가 투자만족도를 매개변수로 하여 재투자의향에 미치는 영향에 대한 관계성을 확인하기 위해 연구가설을 설정하여 구조방정식 모형을 통하여 검증하였다. 이를 바탕으로 기술통계와 확인적 요인분석 및 모형 적합도 분석으로 실증분석을 하였다. 구조방정식 모형의 각 경로계수의 유의성 검증 결과, 가치적 측면, 정책적 측면, 재정적 측면의 투자요인은 투자성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 여기에서 가치적 측면에 해당하는 지역선정, 투자가치, 입지선정 요인이 세종시투자를 결정하는데 더 큰 비중을 두는 것으로 나타났다. 경제·정책적 측면의 투자요인은 투자성과에 별다른 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 부동산정책, 물가/경기, 부동산시장 요인이 부정적 상황으로 변화하여도 세종시 부동산 투자성과에는 별다른 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 투자성과가 투자만족도와 재투자의향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 투자만족도 역시 재투자의향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 부동산 투자요인 항목 중에서 세종시 부동산의 중요한 투자요인이라고 할 수 있는 지역선정, 투자가치, 부동산정책, 언론매체 요인의 경로계수가 상대적으로 높게 나타났으며 수익성, 자산가치, 부동산성과, 부동산만족, 가치상승 요인도 높게 나타났다. 이는 세종시 부동산투자는 투자성과와 함께 투자만족도가 높고 향후 재투자에도 매우 긍정적이라는 결과를 제시하였다.

  • As education environment is changing rapidly and competition of education industry is more intensive, the importance of service view about education is increasing as a differential competitive advantage. This study attempted to investigate the impact of service convenience as a different competitive advantage on e-learning acceptance by using TAM. The purpose of this study is to examine how five-dimensional service convenience constructs(decision convenience, access convenience, transaction convenience, benefit convenience, post-benefit convenience) affect consumers' perceived usefulness, attitude and usage intention. For this study, data were gathered from respondents who bought or used e-learning services and analyzed by structural equation model. Among the five-dimensional service convenience constructs, two constructs(benefit convenience, post-benefit convenience) affected consumers' positive perceived usefulness, attitude and usage intention about e-learning service. The results show that management and investment to improve benefit and post-benefit service convenience make consumers' positive attitude and usage intention about e-learning service.

예비 창업자와 프랜차이즈 본사의 계약 의사에 관한 연구 (A Study on Contract Intention of Preliminary Founders andFranchise Headquarters)

  • The characteristics of preliminary founders has taken a part in deciding the structural elements of Franchise headquarters in the food service industry. Thus this study tries to show how preliminary founders have an impact on structural elements in franchise headquarters through demonstrative research on intention of contracting by characteristics of preliminary members. The result shows that the experience factor of a preliminary owner has significant relationships with the structural elements of headquarters. It was analyzed that the structural elements of franchise headquarters such as expert consulting, training support and use of sales guide influence contract intention. The characteristics of the preliminary founders have a major impact on investment, financing, expert consulting, educational support, and untilization of business guideline. The structural elements have a major impact on contract intention.

  • Recently the business environment surrounding the financial investment industry is changing rapidly, and the demands of customers (diversity and the cycle of change etc.) are getting shorter. In this context, it can be said that companies are forced to adopt an agile management environment. In particular, non-face-to-face channels, including MTS, is adopting the agile system into the digital finance sector from a company-wide and strategic perspective. This study analyzed the effects of MTS services' environment quality on customer satisfaction and continuous intention to use for MTS users who are rapidly increasing under the agile management environment in the financial investment industry. This study surveyed the quality of service environment (accessibility, convenience, design, security), customer satisfaction, and continuous intention to use for 350 MTS users. First, accessibility, convenience, and security of MTS service environment quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and design was rejected Second, customer satisfaction has a positive effect on continuous intention to use. Third, convenience and security of MTS service environment quality have positive effects on continuous intention to use, and accessibility and design were rejected. The results of this study, together with demographic analysis, are expected to provide useful implications for MTS activation studies and securities firms' strategies.

기업-CEO평판 격차가 개인의 구매의사, 성장 및 투자 전망, 기업선호에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Corporation-CEO Reputation Gap on Purchase Intention, Growth Prospect, Investment Attraction, and Corporate Preference)

  • 본 연구는 최고경영자(CEO)가 기업의 경영활동에 부정적 영향을 미치는 CEO평판 리스크 또는 CEO평판 리스크 위기 현상을 탐구하였다. 이를 위해 기업-CEO평판 격차를 비롯해 기업지식, CEO지식, 기업관여도 등의 변인이 구매의사, 성장전망과 투자전망, 기업선호에 미치는 영향을 각각 살펴보았다. 아울러 CEO평판이 기업평판 보다 낮은 경우를 'CEO평판 리스크 집단', CEO평판이 기업평판 보다 높은 경우를 'CEO평판 프리미엄 집단'으로 구분하여 각각의 집단에서 차이를 분석하였다. 전국단위 성별, 연령별, 지역별 무작위 비례할당방식에 근거해 추출한 표본(N = 451)에 대한 분석을 통해 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, CEO지식과 기업-CEO 평판 격차는 구매의사, 성장과 투자전망, 기업선호에 부(-)적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 기업관여도와 기업지식은 구매의사, 성장과 투자전망, 기업선호에 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 기업관여도는 CEO평판 리스크 집단과 CEO평판 프리미엄 집단에서 모두 구매의사, 성장과 투자전망, 기업선호에 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 기업지식은 CEO평판 리스크 집단에서 구매의사, 성장과 투자전망, 기업선호에 정(+)적 영향을 끼쳤다. CEO지식은 CEO평판 리스크 집단에서 구매의사, 성장과 투자전망, 기업선호에 부(-)적 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 CEO평판이 해당 기업의 회사평판 수준에 미달하는 경우에는 CEO가 해당기업에 대한 소비자의 구매의사, 성장전망, 투자전망, 기업선호에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 시사한다.

주택 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Affecting the Purchase Intention of Housing)

  • 본 연구는 주택선택 속성과 정부정책이 주택 구매행동에 미치는 영향력을 통해서 주택시장에 대한 이해를 돕고자 한다. 이를 위한 분석의 주요 쟁점은 다양한 유형의 주택선택 속성과 정부정책간에 부동산 투자전망의 조절효과를 고려하는 것이다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주택선택 속성 중 편의성, 교육입지, 이웃수준은 주택구매의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정부정책은 주택구매의도에 유의미한 영향력이 없었다. 셋째, 부동산 투자전망의 조절효과는 선택속성 중 이웃수준과 상호작용 변수가 주택구매의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과 정부의 금융정책은 주택구매 의사결정에 영향을 미치지 않음으로서, 현실적으로 과도한 규제는 처음 주택 구매자에게 주거복지의 질을 떨어뜨릴 수 있다. 또한 소비자 선호도의 동기에 대한 이해를 통해서 주택시장에서의 실제 수요 변화를 적절히 기술하고 설명 할 수 있다.

The Effects of Sports Sponsorship Recognition on Corporate Image, Purchasing Intention and Brand Identification

  • Purpose - This study aims to verify the effect of sports sponsorship recognition on corporate image and the relationship between image and identification, corporate image and purchasing intention, brand identification and purchasing intention Research design, data, and methodology - To carry out the purpose of this study, a set of data was collected from 320 surveys and 305 of them were used. Statistic programs, SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 20.0, were used to analyze the data. Results - It was found that emotional sports sponsorship recognition and social sponsorship sports sponsorship recognition had positive effects on corporate image and brand identification. Corporate image also had a positive effect on brand identification. Besides, it was analyzed that corporate image and brand identification had positive effects on purchasing intention. Conclusions - The results show that sports sponsorship recognition can influence brand identification and purchasing intention, and contribute to the enhancement of corporate image. Since brand personality that matches the self-image of the targeted customer will have a more positive effect on the relationship with the consumer, marketing activities should be carried out so that the brand image can be identified with the company image of sports sponsorship activities.

Effects of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention Among Vietnamese Employees in Foreign Direct Investment Enterprises

  • Purpose: This article focuses on exploring the associations between job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. Specifically, this study estimates the impacts of Vietnamese employees' job satisfaction on their organizational commitment and turnover intention in FDI enterprises. Research design, data and methodology: The measures are adapted from previous studies to develop a questionnaire with a seven-point Likert scale. The dataset is directly collected from 227 respondents who are employees at FDI enterprises situated in the North of Vietnam. The dataset is analyzed by quantitative approaches using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0. Results: The results show that while turnover intention is positively correlated with monthly income, it is negatively correlated with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Also, organizational commitment is positively associated with job satisfaction among employees at FDI enterprises in Vietnam. Conclusions: The findings of this study will serve as useful references for administrators of FDI enterprises and policymakers to promote employees' job satisfaction and retain skilled employees.
