남자 치과위생사의 학업 및 직무 관련 스트레스 요인: 내러티브 인터뷰 분석 (Academic and Job Stress Factors of Male Dental Hygienists: Analysis of Narrative Interview)

  • 본 연구는 남자 치과위생사의 학업 및 직무관련 스트레스 요인을 파악하고 향후 남자 치과위생사 학업 및 직무스트레스와 이직률을 낮추는데 필요한 기초자료로 제공 하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 치과병원 및 치과의원에 근무하는 경력 1년 이상 5년 이하인 남자 치과위생사 5명을 대상으로 일대일 인터뷰를 실시하였으며 인터뷰는 1시간 정도 소요되었다. 연구결과 학업에서 주된 스트레스의 요인으로는 대인관계 및 많은 과제량으로 응답하였으며, 직무에서 주된 스트레스의 요인으로는 여성직원 및 상사와의 소통 문제, 미래에 대한 불안감으로 응답하였다. 스트레스 해소는 친구와의 만남, 휴식, 취미생활로 해소하고 있었다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 볼 때, 남자치과위생사의 학업생활에서 대인관계 개선, 취업 정보에 대한 정보제공, 남자치과위생사로서 직업에 대한 확신과 미래지향적인 목표를 찾을 수 있는 방안을 제시할 필요성이 있을 것으로 사료된다.

20, 30대 이혼 남녀의 이혼 후 적응 - 이혼 후 생활변화, 개인적 자원, 대인관계 자원을 중심으로 - (Predictors of Post-Divorce Adjustment - Among Divorced Men and Women in their 20s and 30s -)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine how life-changes after divorce, individual resources, and interpersonal resources affect post-divorce adjustment. Especially it focuses on gender differences. Data were collected from 114 divorced men and 112 divorced women in their 20s and 30s with the inclusion criteria of 1) having hen divorced for at least 6 months but less than 5 years, and 2) not having remarried after divorce. AH divorced men and women were interviewed with self-report questionnaires. The analysis included frequencies, means, t-test, crosstabs, and hierarchical multiple regression models. The major findings were as follows. 1) Divorced women were better adjusted than divorced men. 2) Fnancial satisfaction and health problems were important factors for both divorced men and women. 3) There were gender differences in the variables that affected post-divorce adjustment. Social support and significant others' attitude toward divorce influenced post-divorce adjustment for divorced men. For divorced women, negative change in financial circumstances, their own attitude toward divorce and divorce initiation found significant. This study showed that there were gender differences in the factors affecting Post)divorce adjustment. The findings of this study suggest that a program for supporting divorced men and women should consider gender differences.

대학생의 스트레스와 회복탄력성이 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향 (Effect of a Smartphone Addition on Stress and Resilience in University Students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 스마트폰 중독과 스트레스, 회복탄력성과의 관계를 확인하고, 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 전라남도 소재 4년제 대학생 241명이다. 자료수집은 2017년 7월 6일부터 8월 31일까지 실시하였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 스마트폰 중독과 스트레스(r=.37, P<.001)는 양의 상관관계가 있었으며, 회복탄력성(r=.-25, p<.001)과는 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 대상자의 스트레스 중 당면과제(r=.40, p<.001)와 대인관계(r=.25, p<.001)는 양의 상관관계가 있었으며, 회복탄력성 중 자기조절능력(r=-.32, p<.001)과 대인관계능력(r=-.21, p=.001)은 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 스마트폰 중독에 영향을 미치는 변수는 학업문제(${\beta}=.15$, p=.047)와 자기조절능력(${\beta}=-.21$, p=.007)으로 총 설명력($R^2$)은 22.1%였다. 따라서 대학생의 스마트폰 중독을 예방하고 관리하기 위한 체계적인 교과외 프로그램의 개발이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

IT환경에서 대학생의 스마트폰 중독과 사회성과의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Correlation between Undergraduates' Smart Phone Addiction and Sociality in an IT Environment)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들의 스마트폰 중독이 사회성발달에 미치는 영향력을 분석하고자 하였다. 실증분석결과 스마트 폰 중독이 증가될수록 사회성은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 스마트폰중독의 하위영역으로는 일상생활 장애, 가상세계경험지향, 금단, 내성으로 구성되었으며, 사회성의 하위영역으로는 자신감, 사교성, 대인관계 등으로 구성되었다. 일상생활장애와 내성이 증가될수록 자신감이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 가상세계경험지향과 금단이 증가될수록 사교성도 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 성별에 따른 세분집단 간 스마트폰중독성향은 남성보다 여성이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 최근 스마트폰사용증가로 인해 사회적으로 그 중독문제가 제기되고 있는 상황이다. 따라서 스마트폰중독예방을 위한 합리적 사용방안이 사회적으로 논의되어야 할 것이다.

The effect of 5 different personalities on job stress in physical therapists

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 5 different personalities on job stress in physical therapists. Design: Descriptive cross-sectional study. Methods: Structured self-report questionnaires consisted of demographic items, 5 types of personalities, and occupational stress. A questionnaire was distributed to 420 physical therapists working in Seoul and Incheon who had voluntarily agreed to participate in the study after the purpose of the study was explained. Of the 420 questionnaires, 405 questionnaires were collected and showed a recovery rate of 96.4%, of which 28 cases were excluded, leaving a total of 377 questionnaires being used for analyses. Pearson correlation analysis was performed to investigate the correlation of job stress and five personalities types. In addition, multiple regression analysis was performed to investigate the effect of general and occupational characteristics of physical therapist on job stress and the effect of personality type on occupational stress. All statistical significance levels were set at p<0.05. Results: The highest number of subjects, which were the physical therapists, showed the tendency to have a sincere personality, followed by affinity, openness, extroversion, and neuroticism. Physical therapists reported to be the most stressed in the order of professional role conflict, overload of work, work relation with a physician and supervisor, interpersonal relationship with patient and caregiver. The higher the level of affinity and sincerity, the lower the amount of stress received by the therapist from the interpersonal relationships between the patient and caregivers. On the other hand, the greater the level of openness and sincerity, the lower the stress levels related to professional role conflict. Conclusions: This study showed that the personality type and job stress of physiotherapists had a statistically significant effect. It is very important for physiotherapists to find their own way of coping with stress, which is satisfactory and appropriate for their job, because it is related not only to individual problems but also to the quality of patient care and medical services. Therefore, it is necessary to continue conducting research on how to relieve the stress levels of physical therapists according to their personality characteristics.

  • The purpose of this study is to make and analyse established studies of clothing pay-chology and marketing, showing the disciplin-ary trends problems and the outlook of social psychological Aspects of clothing. To achieve the purpose 621 articles have been used. -519 for master's and doctor's de-gree and 102 reported in journals -no social psychological Aspects of clothing for the past two decades(1974-1994) in Korea. All of these annual data were classified into making five years a unit. In the statistical analy-sis 'frequency' and 'percentage' were applied. To verify the degree of significance x2-test were used. 1. 또래지지와 대인관계 갈등 대처방법 및 사회적 기술과의 관계 (Relationship between Peer Support, Coping Strategies and Social Skills)

  • This study explored the relationship between peer support, strategies used to cope with interpersonal stressors, and social skills among 4th and 5th graders. Instruments were the Social Support Appraisal Scale, the Self-Report Coping Scale, and the Teenage Inventory of Social Skills. Results showed that children used different coping strategies by the level of peer support. Children with more peer support were more active in seeking social support and in solving peer conflict. Children with more problems in peer relationships used more avoidance strategies such as internalization and externalization. Children with a high level of social skills were more likely to use approach strategies in peer conflict while children with a low level of social skills were more likely to employ avoidance strategies. Internalization was the most important strategy in explaining inappropriate peer relationships. For girls, social skill was the most essential variable in their peer relationships.

  • Tremor is a rhythmic and involuntary muscular contraction charaterized by oscillations of body parts. tremor often accompanies neurological disorders associated with aging. Although the disorder is not life-threatening, it can be responsible for functional disability and interpersonal relationship problems. We have recently examined a number of tremor-patients. One of them was improved significantly through the herbal medicine (Ssanghaptang-gamibang) and accupuncture, so we report it for the better treatment.

병원 급식종사원의 직무만족도에 관한 연구 (Foodservice Employee Job Satisfaction in 14 Hospital Food Service Systems)

  • Recently hospital food service systems are often burdened with labour problems including employee job dissatisfaction, high labour costs and turn over. It is essential that these factors should be considered in developing for assuring palatable, nutritious, and safe feeding. A survey of 14 hospital conventional food service systems was undertaken and detailed information was collected from 390 catering staff. Foodservice employee satisfaction was evaluated by measuring employee job attitudes towards five aspects of their job using the Job Description Index(JDI). The food serive workers surveyed in this research were less satisfied with their jobs than are other types of workers in other industries. The demographic variables including age, length of employment and kinds of work were significantly related to job satisfaction. It was also found that catering staff in 14 hospitals surveyed were more satisfied with their interpersonal relations with supervisions and co-workers than with work content, pay and promotional opportunities.

The Effect of Health Promotion Behavior on Emotional Happiness

  • This study was designed to examine the affect health promotion behavior to emotional happiness for 20-30's in Korea through cross-sectional descriptive research. There were a total of 279 people who participated in this study, 198(71.0%) were males and 81(29.0%) were females. The data collection period was from December 1 to 15, 2018. The tools used to measure health promotion behaviors were HPB (Health Promotion Behavior) developed by Walker et al., and emotional happiness was PANAS (Positive and Negative Affect Scale) by Developed by Watson et al., All data was analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program. As a result of analysis, 62 (49.6%) were solving interpersonal problems and stress relief while drinking, and the people who ate twice a day were most frequent. In conclusion, health promotion behaviors have a strong correlation with emotional happiness. Based on the above results, it was suggested that the program of happiness for lining in the 20-30s age groups should strengthen the contents of health responsibility, guidance of substance abuse, formation of social relations and self actualization.
