Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the association between Internet use and oral health behaviors in Korean adolescents. Methods: This study used the 13th Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey (2017) to find an association between Internet use and oral health behaviors. The total number of study subjects was 54,603. A chi-square test and multiple logistic regression analyses were used to estimate the association between Internet use and oral health behaviors. Results: Internet use was significantly increased among female, higher school grade, lower school records, and lower economic status participants (p<0.001). The rate of frequency of toothbrushing more than three times daily and use of oral hygiene devices was increased among female, higher school record, and higher economic status participants significantly (p<0.001). Oral symptoms experienced were significantly increased among female, higher school grade, lower school records, and lower economic status participants (p<0.001). The rate of the toothbrushing more than three times daily and toothbrushing after lunch groups was the highest in the group with less than one hour of Internet use, but the rate of oral symptoms experienced was the highest in the group with over five hours of Internet use. The risk of toothbrushing less than twice daily was 1.61 times higher in the group with over five hours of Internet use, and the risk of not brushing after lunch was significantly higher (1.52 times) in the over five hours group. The risk of not using oral hygiene devices was the highest (1.22 times) in the less than five hours group, and the risk of oral symptoms experiences was 1.40 times higher in the more than five hours group. Conclusions: Internet use was related to oral health behaviors in adolescents. Appropriate Internet use and awareness of oral health care are needed among adolescents.

The world is changing rapidly as the Internet spreads and various smart devices appear. High-performance PCs and high-speed communication networks are rapidly spreading in every home, and all kinds of the internet sites are emerging. In particular, the high education enthusiasm of Korean parents adds to this, and the ratio of the internet users among teenagers is exploding every day. In the case of adolescents, most of them use the Internet for online games, indicating that online games are the main cause of the internet addiction. This study was conducted using a questionnaire for male and female high school students using the Internet, and demographic and sociological characteristics were used only as basic data. In this study, as much as parents, students and teachers think, the results of the internet addiction type analysis according to academic achievement in humanities high school students are to be investigated to determine whether internet use has an effect on academic achievement.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between internet addiction in adolescent and influencing factor traits. In addition, the relationship between internet addiction and environmental coping strategies were examined. To examine the main purpose. analyzed as followed. According to the results of study. First, What have influencing factors on internet addiction? Second, How about were relationship between multidimensional factors correlation and multiregression analysis? Third, What about were prevention and coping strategies on internet addiction in adolescent period? According to the analysis with coping strategies researches, the results were presented as follows. Results showed that have positive correlation with internet use time, escape from reality, impulsivity, depression, anger control by examined results of Young addiction measure. Significant variables have influencing internet addiction with internet use time, escape from reality internet use, depression, anger control impulsivity. Based on these study results, This paper made a suggestion about prevention prescription and coping strategies of influencing factors on internet addiction in adolescent.

In today's era, where internet technology and culture are advancing rapidly, the importance of systematic internet ethics education has been underscored to address the insufficient levels of internet ethics among college students. This research primarily focused on assessing the level of internet ethics among college students, who represent a significant proportion of internet users. The innovative Flip Learning teaching method and the introduction of the Wheeler Model, along with the application of frequency measurement theory, allowed us to explore ways to maximize the effectiveness of the education. It was confirmed that students who received internet ethics education demonstrated improved levels of ethics. This study concluded that significant progress has been made in systematizing and effectively promoting internet ethics education. It also proposed the need for systematic ethics education and provided future directions for improving internet ethics education.

The fault-tolerance routing problem is one of the most important issues in the application of the Internet of Things, and has been attracting growing research interests. In order to maintain the communication paths from source sensors to the macronodes, we present a hybrid routing scheme and model, in which alternate paths are created once the previous routing is broken. Then, we propose an improved efficient and intelligent fault-tolerance algorithm (IEIFTA) to provide the fast routing recovery and reconstruct the network topology for path failure in the Internet of Things. In the IEIFTA, mutation direction of the particle is determined by multi-swarm evolution equation, and its diversity is improved by the immune mechanism, which can improve the ability of global search and improve the converging rate of the algorithm. The simulation results indicate that the IEIFTA-based fault-tolerance algorithm outperforms the EARQ algorithm and the SPSOA algorithm due to its ability of fast routing recovery mechanism and prolonging the lifetime of the Internet of Things.

This study analyzed social development and self-efficacy in use of internet in adolescents. Subjects were 510 7th, 8th, 10th, and 11th grade students in Daegu. Instruments were the modified Activities Questionnaire for Students (Heitner & Erica, 2(02), the Personality Inventory for Youth (Heitner & Erica, 2002) and the Self-Efficacy Scale (Song, 1998). Findings were that (1) male students use more synchronous (multi-game) but female students use more asynchronous (e-mail) and asocial (web-surfing) internet activity. (2) Synchronous social internet (multi-game) users were more social and more efficient than asynchronous (e-mail) and asocial (web-surfing) internet users.

The Internet has been identified as the worlds fastest growing marketplace with seemingly limitless opportunities for marketing products and services. Logistics service quality is considered an essential strategy for success and survival in today's internet environment. Logistics excellence has become a powerful source of competitive differentiation within diverse marketing offerings of internet firms. The quality of logistics service performance is a key marketing component that helps create customer satisfaction. As the business environment has changed, the operations based definition of logistics service have evolved. The objective of this study is to examine the logistics service quality in internet shopping mall and the impact of logistics service quality on customer satisfaction. The quality factors of logistics service in this study are consist of five quality factor. The survey result is drive from a man experienced in used internet shopping mall. The finding suggest that logistics service quality of five factor had a positive effort on customer satisfaction. Specifically, timeliness had the most consistent positive effort on customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to develop a standardized scale to measure consume's impulse purchasing in internet shopping mall. As internet shopping is expanding rapidly, the consumer's impulse purchasing in the internet shopping is also increased. A preliminary 26-item scale was developed through a literature review. 1230 consumers responded to an online survey using the preliminary scale. This research was made with the intention of not only supplying the academic data on the consumer's impulse purchasing but also understanding the consume's basic behavior patterns in internet shopping mall. Then A series of tests, such as test-retest, item-to-total correlation, Cronbach's reliability coefficient and factor analysis, were conducted using the survey data. The final scale with 20-items was constructed in the end. The consume's impulse purchasing in internet shopping mall Scale for Consumers consisted of 4 factors.

Internet evolves into the huge network with new nodes inserted or deleted depending on specific situations. A new model of network topology is needed in order to analyze time-varying Internet more realistically and effectively. In this study the non-monotony models are proposed which can describe topological changes of Internet such as node insertion and deletion, and can be used for predicting its future topology. Simulation is performed to analyze the topology generated by our model. Simulation results show that our proposed model conform the power law of realistic Internet better than conventional ones. The non-monotony model can be utilized for designing Internet protocols and networks with better security.

This study was intended to find the use patterns of internet search engines of librarians and to measure the relationship between internet use frequency and the use behavior of internet search engines. The results showed that librarians use Web search engines for academic information retrieval and are satisfied with the search results. The major problems when librarians use search engines were that search engines retrieve many non-relevant documents. As a result of hypotheses test, the relationship between internet frequency and the preference of search engines was not significantly different. On the other hand, the hypotheses that internet frequency affects satisfaction of search results, recognition of importance of search engines, and the need of retraining of librarians for internet information retrieval were shown to be significant.
