Cloud computing offers a wide range of on-demand resources over the internet. Utility-based resource allocation in cloud data centers significantly increases the number of cloud users. Heavy usage of cloud data center encounters many problems such as sacrificing system performance, increasing operational cost and high-energy consumption. Therefore, the result of the system damages the environment extremely due to heavy carbon (CO2) emission. However, dynamic allocation of energy-efficient resources in cloud data centers overcomes these problems. In this paper, we have proposed Energy and Service Level Agreement (SLA) Aware Resource Allocation Heuristic Algorithms. These algorithms are essential for reducing power consumption and SLA violation without diminishing the performance and Quality-of-Service (QoS) in cloud data centers. Our proposed model is organized as follows: a) SLA violation detection model is used to prevent Virtual Machines (VMs) from overloaded and underloaded host usage; b) for reducing power consumption of VMs, we have introduced Enhanced minPower and maxUtilization (EMPMU) VM migration policy; and c) efficient utilization of cloud resources and VM placement are achieved using SLA-aware Modified Best Fit Decreasing (MBFD) algorithm. We have validated our test results using CloudSim toolkit 3.0.3. Finally, experimental results have shown better resource utilization, reduced energy consumption and SLA violation in heterogeneous dynamic cloud environment.

Modern web services have been broadly deployed on the Internet. Most of these services use multi-tier architecture for flexible scaling and software reusability. However, managing the performance of multi-tier web services under dynamic and unpredictable workload, and different resource demands in each tier is a critical problem for a service provider. When offering quality of service assurance with least resource usage costs, web service providers should adopt self-adaptive resource provisioning in each tier. Recently, a number of rule- and model-based approaches have been designed for dynamic resource management in virtualized data centers. This survey investigates the challenges of resource provisioning and provides a competing assessment on the existing approaches. After the evaluation of their benefits and drawbacks, the new research direction to improve the efficiency of resource management and recommendations are introduced.

Recently, due to the rapid development of the internet, the production and demand of high capacity contents are rapidly increasing. In order to accommodate the changing trend of internet usage, researches on CCN, the future internet architecture, are actively being conducted. Mobility support is an important challenge in CCN real-time services, given that today's internet environment is changing to mobile and real-time services are increasing. In CCN real-time services, the mobility problem can be largely divided into consumer mobility, provider mobility, and intermediate-node mobility. Among them, when the intermediate-node moves in the CCN real-time services, the service disconnection occurs and the QoS degradation is caused. In this paper. we propose Intermediate-Node Mobility Support(INMS) to support the intermediate-node mobility in CCN real-time services. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme shows better performance than CCN in terms of service disconnection time and packet loss.

사물인터넷 기술이 발전되면서 인터넷을 통해 상호 연결되는 일상의 사물들이 증가하고 있다. 또한 연결된 사물들을 활용한 많은 스마트 서비스들이 개발되고 있다. 사용자 주변의 사물들 중 거울은 생활 속에서 다양한 역할을 한다는 점에서 광범위한 기능 적용과 서비스 확장이 가능하다. 최근 특정 장소의 특정 목적과 관심사를 가진 사람들이 모인 곳에 설치된 다양한 스마트미러 상품들이 출시되고 있다. 그러나 대부분 제공되는 정보가 한정적이라는 제한사항이 있다. 이를 개선하기 위해 본 논문에서는 사용자 맞춤형 서비스가 가능한 스마트미러를 설계하고 구현한다. 제한하는 스마트미러는 기존 인터넷 서비스에서 제공하고 있는 정보를 활용하여 사용자에게 실시간 교통 정보와 뉴스, 일정, 날씨 등의 생활 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 또한 스마트미러 사용자의 이용 내역을 기반으로 추천 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.

본 연구는 스마트기기 이용자의 이러닝 서비스 사용 동기들을 파악하기 위하여 진행되었다. 이를 위해 스마트기기 기반 이러닝 학습자 382명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, 여기서 얻어진 데이터를 분석하기 위하여 구조방정식모델을 사용하였다. 구조방정식모델의 설계는 유용성, 흥미, 구전효과, 사회적 상호작용을 이러닝 서비스 사용 의향에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로 구성하였다. 또한 사회적 상호작용은 구전효과에도 영향을 미치는 요인으로 설정하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 유용성, 흥미, 구전효과는 모두 이러닝 서비스 사용 의향에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요인들로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 상호작용은 이러닝 서비스 사용 의향에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 구전효과를 매개로한 간접적인 영향도 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구의 결과는 스마트기기 기반 이러닝 학습자의 사용 동기 요인들을 규명했다는 점에서 의의가 있다 하겠다.

This study has conducted to measure the internet banking customer satisfaction using structured equation model. Data was collected by e-mail system. Among survey panel who had experience of using Hanwha-Bank internet banking service, final samples were 2,848 respondents. The results showed that usage convenience and economy factor was most correlated with customer satisfaction. And we found that word-of-mouth behavior was affected customer satisfaction.

Management of internal Internet servers is increasingly becoming an important task. According to meet this requirement, they use service log analysis tools and network monitoring tools. But these are not enough to produce advanced management information considering contents of Internet services. Therefor we propose a system and let it detect Internet server systems existing in internal network and individuate those systems with providing profile. Internet server profile includes system's basic information, network traffic information, and Internet service usage information.

상용의 소프트웨어를 사용하기 위해서 대부분의 소프트웨어 사용자는 그 소프트웨어를 구입하여야한다. 하지만 해당 소프트웨어에 대한 사용 시간이 길지 않은 경우, 그 소프트웨어 비용은 과다한 지출로 인식된다. 소프트웨어 임대 서비스는 이러한 경우 효과적인 대안일 수 있다. 소프트웨어 임대를 지원하기 위해서는 요금 부과 기법이 필요하다. 두 종류의 요금 부과 기법이 생각될 수 있다. 하나는 특정 기간 소프트웨어 사용에 대하여 일정한 요금을 부과하는 것이며 다른 하나는 실제 사용한 시간에 따라 요금을 부과하는 것이다. 이 논문에서는 소프트웨어의 실제 사용 시간에 따라 요금을 부과하는 기법을 제안한다 소프트웨어의 실제 사용 시간에 따라 요금을 부과하기 위하여 사용 시간을 정화하게 측정할 수 있는 기법을 고안하였다.

e-Learning 시장은 급속도로 성장할 잠재력을 가지고 있는 반면 이와 관련한 정책적 제도는 아직까지 미흡한 실정이다. e-Learning 서비스를 이용하는 소비자들은 상대적으로 저연령의 특징을 가지고 있으며, 기존 사교육인 학원 등과 병행하여 이용되고 있고, 지출비용은 평균 4만원 정도로 나타났다. e-Learning 이용경험자들은 비교적 만족하고 있으나 계약 및 해약과정, 이용요금 분야에서는 상대적으로 만족 수준이 낮았다. 특히, e-Learning을 이용함에 있어서 소비자의 과거 피해경험 여부가 소비자의 만족도에 상당한 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 분석되어 e-Learning 사업자들의 소비자보호가 상당히 중요한 요인으로 대두되고 있음을 보여 주었다.

최근 인구의 고령화 추세 및 웰빙에 대한 관심 증가는 헬스케어 서비스에 대한 수요의 증가로 이어지고 있다. 이러한 헬스케어 서비스는 지속적으로 사용자들이 해당 서비스를 이용하여 실제 건강을 증진시킬 수 있도록 돕는 것이 목적이다. 따라서 헬스케어 서비스의 효과성을 보다 증진시키기 위해서는 사용자가 헬스케어 서비스를 통해 추천되는 콘텐츠들에 대해 적극적으로 순응하고자 하는 의도를 가지고 행동을 취해야 한다. 하지만 기존의 헬스케어서비스에 관한 연구들은 순응의 서비스에 대한 지속사용의도에 대한 영향력을 살펴보는 연구들은 거의 없었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 헬스케어 서비스의 지속적 사용의도에 사용자의 순응의도가 어떠한 영향을 미치지는 지를 기존의 의료정보학 및 정보시스템 분야의 이론을 기반으로 실증 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 본 연구에서는 헬스케어 서비스에 대한 사용자의 순응의도(compliance intention)를 중심으로 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 검증하기 위한 모델을 제안하였고, 순응의도는 지속사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 주요한 변수임을 확인하였다. 또한 순응의도를 높이는 변수들에 대해서도 검증하였다.
