The purpose of this study is to find out the promotion methods for successful management of 'the fashion saho internet shopping mall' with a small capital. This study analyze the research reports, the news items, the documents on the internet shopping mall and data on promotion method which are offered by the hosting companies of the internet shopping mall like 'Cafe 24', 'Make shop', 'Whoismall' and the promotion consulting companies like 'Whoisad', 'Naver keyword shop'. And also analyze the data that interviewed the administrator of internet shopping mall and directly observed the famous internet shopping mall sites. Generally speaking, the promotion mix, marketing communication program can classify 'advertisement', 'publicity', 'personal selling', and 'sales promotion'. This study analyze the research materials on the basis of advertisement, publicity, personal selling, and sales promotion. The result are as follows. 1. The promotion methods at the stage of information the shopping mall site to the consumer are advertisement, and publicity. ${\bigcirc}$ The methods of advertisement are 'searching engine registration', 'advertisement of key word', 'advertisement of overture', 'advertisement of banner', 'advertisement cooperation marketing', 'advertisement of e-mail'. ${\bigcirc}$ The methods of publicity are using 'cafe', 'blog', 'Naver information site', 'community bulletin board', 'the fashion magazine or a press report' and 'cosponsorship'. 2. The main promotion methods at the stage of inducing the purchase are 'personal selling', and various 'sales promotion'. ${\bigcirc}$ 'Personal selling' at the shopping mall have an effect on the communication at bulletin board over the internet and the telephone. ${\bigcirc}$ 'Sales promotion' are attempted by 'VMD', 'deposit system', 'sale', etc.
Objectives : To identify the relationship between the internet addiction of adolescents and their Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile and Perceived Health Status, and thereby to detect the impact of internet addiction on the health of adolescents, produce the basic information necessary to develop a prevention program for internet addiction and to plan for a health promotion program. Methods : This study was designed as a cross-sectional study, and the subjects were the second-grade students of three junior-high and three high schools located in the city of K in Kyung Gi Province. Out of 769 subjects, 764 completed the questionnaires (99.3%); 369 (48.3%) junior-high school students and 395 (51.7%) high school students. The questionnaires were composed of Young's Internet Addiction, Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile, Perceived Health Status, and general characteristics. We used t-test, ANOVA in means comparison between groups, X2-test in frequency analysis, and multiple regression analysis in multivariate analysis, using the SAS $8.1^{\circledR}$ program. Results : There was a statistically significant difference in Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile according to internet addiction status (severe addiction vs. other status, p<0.0001). The Perceived Health Status scores was lowest in the severe addiction group (p<0.001). There was also a significant negative correlation between internet addiction and Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile (p<0.0001). The results of multiple regression showed that Young's Addiction Score was significant for the subjects' Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile after controlling for other variables (p<0.0001). Conclusions : This study showed that the severe internet addiction group had the lowest score in Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile and Perceived Health Status, which suggests that the addiction could have a negative effect on the health status of adolescents.

This study attempted to understand the addictive internet buying tendencies and how self-esteem, materialism, and self-control influenced the addictive internet tendencies and how those variables affected those when people receive marketing promotions on internet shopping mall. A total 883 cases were collected as data through internet survey on the consumers who had purchased fashion products. Internet fashion buyers were classified into high-purchasing, low-purchasing, and non-purchasing groups. These groups were showing differences among self·esteem, materialism, and self-control. High purchasing group was showing low self-esteem and self·control and high materialism than others. Variables that affect addictive buying tendencies of internet fashion product were shown accordingly brand promotion, materialism, web display promotion, and self-esteem. Marketing promotions were contributed more on the internet addictive buying tendencies than consumers' socio-psychological variables. So as to induce rational buying behavior, excessive product promotion and discount price promotion should be reduced.

The purpose of the study is to investigate relationships between shopping orientations and receptive attitudes towards sales promotion activities by internet fashion companies. Futhermore, the study was to explore differences in shopping orientations and receptive attitudes towards sales promotion activities according to consumer groups who were classified by their frequency of buying fashion merchandise through the internet. A total of 954 questionnaires were administered to internet users, and 943 questionnaires were returned. Data was analyzed by SPSS 10.0, and factor analysis, Cronbach' $\alpha$ coefficient, ANOVA, Duncan's Multiple Range test and Multiple regression were used. The findings of the study were as follows: There were differences in shopping orientations and receptive attitudes towards sales promotion activities among consumer groups. Frequent shoppers had most and non-frequent shoppers had the least shopping enjoyment, fashion orientation, and receptive attitudes towards sales promotion activities than any other group. There were significant positive relationships between 3 factors of shopping orientations and 3 dimensions of receptive attitudes. All three factors of shopping orientations affected each three dimensions of receptive attitudes of internet fashion consumers towards sales promotion activities.
The purpose of this study was to examine the internet shoppers' new purchase behavior, to examine the general purchase behavior(i.e., purchase pattern, preference), and to examine the related factors to promotion strategies(i.e., e-mail, event) of internet shopping mall. Focus group interviews were done with 40 internet shopping-mall users on May, 2003 for the data collection. Data were analyzed by content analysis and descriptive statistics(i.e., frequency, percent). The results of this study were as following. First, competitive price, accurate product and service information and convenience were considered as important factors in the new purchase behavior among internet shoppers. Second, the more frequent purchasing time through the internet shopping mall were on weekdays rather than weeekends and the most preferred information search engine were category type, item type, and price type in order. Third, e-mails from internet shopping mall were most likely opened by internet shoppers, that is to say, e-mail can be the efficient communication tool as well as the possible promotion strategies. Specifically, the title of email was considered as an important factor to approach the target consumers.
The purpose of this study is to investigate impulse buying and the searching for sources of information among males and females in their 20s by their utilization of sales promotion in an internet fashion shopping mall. The findings were as follows: First, there was a statistically significant difference in the use of sales promotion by age and gender. Second, two factors, such as a price-oriented utilization of sales promotion and a non price-oriented utilization of sales promotion were extracted from the analysis of sub factors of the utilization of sales promotion in an internet fashion shopping mall. Third, five factors, including affective impulse buying, provocative impulsive buying, situational impulse buying, reminder impulse buying, and pure impulsive buying, were extracted from the analysis of sub factors of impulse buying in an internet fashion shopping mall. Fourth, the utilization of sales promotions in an internet fashion shopping mall had statistically significant effects on the sub factors of impulse buying, provocative impulse buying, situational impulse buying, reminder impulse buying, and pure impulse buying. Fifth, the analysis of the correlation between the utilization of sales promotion and the searching for sources of information revealed that price-oriented utilization of sales promotion had a correlation with DM or text message, advice from friends or family, advice from a sales person, information from friends or colleagues, celebrity supporters on TV dramas or movies, and product commercials and information.
This study analyzes the influence of price, product and promotion on clothing impulse buying according to internet shopping mall type. This study conducted a survey of 346 male and female consumers in their 20s-40s who have experienced clothing impulse buying from an internet shopping mall. Respondents were selected using convenience sampling through an online survey conducted in August 2012. For statistical analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, $X^2$-test, factor analysis, and regression analysis where carried out using SPSS for Windows 12.0. The results were as follows. First, there were significant differences for consumer gender, age, marital status, and education on clothing impulse buying according to shopping mall type. Second, there were differences for the influence of each component (price, product and promotion) on clothing impulse buying according to shopping mall type. Third, it was identified that influence of components (price, product and promotion) on clothing impulse buying were in the following order: low price, freshness, prize promotion, scarcity, open market price discount, prize promotion, freshness, fashionability, low price in general shopping malls, payment term benefit, freshness, and scarcity in fashion SOHO shopping malls. This study provides information for consumer management and promotion strategies according to each shopping mall type by understanding clothing impulse buying by consumers and factors according to shopping mall type.
As people get broader access to health information through the internet, there is a greater need for measure to maximize the social advantages of the internet and to minimize negative side-effects. With this concern, this paper classifies internet health information services sites into : on-line supply of health information, on-line consultation, on-line diagnosis, and on-line sales. As well this paper analyzes domestic laws supporting and/or regulating these services. The efficient provision of internet health services requires comprehensive laws on individual privacy protection, prevention and handling of medical accidents, an electronic prescription form for internet diagnosis, electronic signing, payment for medical expenses, qualifications for internet medical practitioners. Additional laws are required to establish internet pharmacies and internet health goods stores. These new laws can be prepared either separately or through revision of existing laws governing medical practice, pharmacies, and public health promotion. However, as the legal control by the government on cyber processes and entities has a fairly minimal effect, consumers should be encouraged to improve their own capacity for wisely using internet health services and health-service providers should be encouraged to promote voluntary supervision and control of their own services and practices.
The purpose of this study is 1) to investigate the effects of Internet apparel store attributes, shopping values, Internet usage, and consumers' characteristics on consumers' Internet apparel purchasing behavior; and 2) to identify the influence of Internet apparel store attributes, Internet usage, and consumers' characteristics on the Internet apparel purchasing behavior of hedonic or utilitarian consumers. The data were collected via an online survey. A total of 4,254 Internet users participated in this survey. Only 589 out of the users' reponses were used as a sample for this research, because those users had previously experienced Internet apparel purchasing. Factor analysis revealed five dimensions of Internet apparel store attributes: site design/navigation, promotion programs, trust, product assortment/ information, and customer service. Based on the respondents' shopping value scores, we identified them as hedonic or utilitarian consumers. Through multiple regression analyses, site design/navigation and promotion programs among store attribute variables, hedonistic or utilitarian shopping values, the number of years on the Internet, income, and educational level were found to be significant predictors of Internet apparel shopping frequency. Among them, hedonistic shopping values were the best predictor of Internet apparel purchasing frequency. Based on the Internet apparel purchasers' shopping value, purchasers were divided into two groups. For hedonic Internet apparel shoppers, the number of years on the Internet, educational level, sex, age, and income were significant predictors of Internet apparel shopping behavior. On the other hand, promotion programs among store attribute variables was the only significant factor that affects utilitarian consumers' Internet apparel shopping behavior.

Generally apparel products were recognized as an incongruent product type which direct search was needed for. But nowadays apparel products were ranked as a second product type next to electronics in sale amount of internet shopping mall. Therefore more detailed study on which attributes of fashion products are more successful and suitable in internet shopping mall is necessary. This study was executed to analyze common attributes of successful apparel in internet shopping mall on the basis of real sale data, and then to help internet apparel marketer plan marketing strategies more efficiently. Common attributes of successful apparel products in internet shopping-mall in terms of product, price and promotion attributes were identified. 240 products which were loaded in bestseller section of internet shopping-mall for 8 weeks from November to December, 2004 were analyzed. The results are as follows. First, products ratio for women ($76.7\%$) were higher than for men($18.3\%$). And the amount of each apparel product types purchased by consumers were ranked in the order of leather/fur coat, woven coat, inner wear, jacket, T-shirts, pants, training wear, suit, knit wear etc. and basic style dominated in $74.2\%$. General brands ($69.2\%$) that had price competitiveness were preferred to famous designer brand, national brand and PB brand. Preferred level of price was ten thousand to fifty thousand won. For promotion skill, in order of just one product, product adding promotion product and package set were preferred. Regular price, less than $50\%$ off and more than $50\%$ off price showed no difference in preference. Product planning strategy for internet apparel marketer was followed on the basis of these results.
