인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 패션상품 소비자가 지각하는 관계혜택과 관계의 질 -고객관계 성향을 중심으로- (Fashion Product Consumer's Relationship Benefit Perception and Relationship Quality on the Internet Shopping Mall -Focused on Relationship Tendency-)

  • This study examined the influence of fashion product consumer's relationship benefit on relationship quality in the internet shopping mall. Also consumer's relationship benefit perception and relationship quality are identified in terms of consumer's relationship tendency(relationship period, relationship intensity). Survey research was conducted from November 1, 2011 to November 12, 2011 in people living in Seoul and other metropolitan areas who had purchased fashion products in the internet shopping mall. 620 useful data were analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression, t-test, ANOVA and duncan test using SPSS 17.0. The results were as follows: Relationship Benefit perceived by fashion product consumer was categorized into three factors including "economic benefit", "psychological benefit", "informational benefit". Each factor of relationship benefit had a significant influence on customer satisfaction, trust, and commitment. As for consumer's relationship benefit perception according to the relationship period for internet shopping mall, the consumer who had used the internet shopping mall longer perceived relationship benefit factors higher than shorter using consumer. As for relationship quality, there was a significant difference only in customer satisfaction according to consumer's relationship period for internet shopping mall, Relationship benefit factors and relationship quality showed Significant differences according to the degree of relationship intensity perceived by consumer in the internet shopping mall.

몽골인들의 인터넷 라이프스타일에 따른 패션쇼핑성향과 인터넷 쇼핑몰 서비스 지각 (Clothing Shopping Orientation and Service Perception of Online Mall according to Mongolian's Internet Lifestyle)

  • The purposes were to identify clothing shopping orientation and service perception of online shopping mall according to Mongolian's internet lifestyle. A questionnaire developed by researchers was used and 310 Mongolian in 20's were the subjects. Survey was done during Jan. and Feb. 2010. Most Mongolian used internet at home or office and had used internet less than one year. Half of Mongolian visited online shopping mall less than 5 times during last year. Most Mongolian did not buy any fashion items at online mall but had higher intention to shop at online mall. Factors of Mongolian's internet lifestyle were information search, shopping pursuit, and utilizing ability and segmented into internet heavy users and light users. Factors of fashion shopping orientation were individuality & brands, fashion, diversity, economy, pleasure, and efficiency and factors of online shopping mall service were order & delivery and products. Internet heavy users were found more frequently among married men with high income, experienced online shopping more, showed higher fashion shopping orientation, and pursued online shopping mall service more. Internet light users were among unmarried women with low income, not experienced online shopping, showed lower fashion shopping orientation, and pursued online shopping mall service less.

  • Internet is now changing the paradigms of traditional commercial activities. As more and more companies are actively involved in electronic commerce using Internet, it is becoming more imperative to understand the customers' perception of electronic commerce to foster healthy growth of Internet electronic commerce. However, research on customer satisfaction in electronic commerce has been scarce. This research investigates the factors affecting customer perception of electronic commerce and suggests the models and the results of the empirical study.

  • Since the Internet was applied for commercial purpose, many companies have been making use of the Internet in electronic commerce and the Internet has brought many changes on consumer and supplier behaviors. It seems that consumers and suppliers can obtain more accurate information rapidly and pay less for the same product/service than in traditional commerce. This study tries to investigate the difference in the cost factors perceived by consumers between traditional commerce and the Internet commerce. Empirical results show that there is no significant difference in consumers' perception of cost factors between traditional commerce and the Internet commerce. Contrary to general perception, a large number of consumers do not believe that the Internet commerce is generally more economical than traditional commerce. The factors where the consumers think Internet commerce has cost advantages are search cost and purchasing cost. However, consumers are understanding the benefits of the Internet commerce and are expecting that Internet commerce bring about economic advantages in consumer markets in the near future.

The Impact of Service Perceptions and Product Perceptions on the Formation of Fashion Internet Shoppers' Satisfaction and Purchasing Behavioral Intentions

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the service and product perceptions' dimensions for fashion retail sites and to identify the service and product perceptions' dimensions influencing consumers' satisfaction and purchasing behavioral intentions for fashion retail sites. A set of self-administered questionnaires were e-mailed to an internet Research Panel consisting of members who had purchased fashion products or visited fashion retail sites. 799 questionnaires were analysed using frequency, percentage, exploratory factor analysis. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, stepwise regression analysis utilizing SPSS 10.0. The service perception dimensions of fashion retail sites had reliability, convenience, incentive, responsiveness and tangibility. Online fashion product perception dimensions were product variety and product value. Consumer satisfaction was influenced by reliability, product variety, product value, convenience, incentive and responsiveness. Consumer satisfaction had a direct impact on purchasing behavioral intentions of fashion retail sites.

중국 20대 소비자들의 인터넷 쇼핑 위험지각이 구전(e-WOM)에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Risk Perception on e-WOM in Internet Shopping of Chinese Consumers in Their 20s)

  • This study examined the risk perception in internet shopping by Chinese and analyzed the effects of risk perception on internet word-of-mouth acceptance and transmission. This analysis was conducted with data collected from 373 Chinese individuals in their 20s. Data were analyzed with factorial analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, multiple regression analysis, Chi-square test, and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ using SPSS 18.0. The results were: 1) The factor analysis of risk perception extracted four factors: fashion/social psychological risk, product risk, transaction risk, and economic risk. The cluster analysis classified them into: Group with low-risk, Group with high-risk, Group with economic risk, and Group with medium-risk. 2) Group with high-risk and Group with economic risk had a higher word-of-mouth acceptance than other groups. The Group with a high-risk had more word-of-mouth transmission than other groups. 3) It was found that when word-of-mouth was accepted, the factual information about fashion products (size and material) was most referred to, and that the overall evaluation of satisfaction and dissatisfaction was most conveyed when word-of-mouth was conveyed. 4) Internet word-of-mouth acceptance was affected by product risk, economic risk, and transaction risk. Internet word-of-mouth transmission was affected by economic risk, and fashion/social psychological risk, product risk, and transaction risk.

인터넷쇼핑몰 이용에 따른 청소년의 쇼핑성향과 가격지각 (Adolescents' Shopping Orientation and Price Perception According to Their Experience on Internet Shopping Mall)

  • This study investigated adolescents' shopping orientation and price perception according to socio statistics and their experience of internet shopping mall. We distributed the questionnaire to 411 high school students in near Seoul. In the order of high shopping orientation, they showed 'compare products', 'enjoy as leisure', 'shop loyalty', 'discount shopping', and 'brand shopping' orientation. In the order of high price perception, they showed 'economic', 'value', 'brand-quality', and 'price knowledge'. The higher in 'shop loyalty', 'enjoy as leisure' in the shopping orientation, the higher in the price concept of 'price knowledge'. Adolescents who have experience to shopping through internet shopping mall, have the higher enjoy as leisure, shop loyalty, compare products' in shopping orientation, and the higher 'economic, price knowledge' in price perception than those who have not. Socio-statistics parameters are found to affect adolescents' shopping orientation and price perception. Adolescents had average scores in 'shop loyalty', while they had high scores in 'compare products'. Thus, in order to have superior position in adolescent's market, detailed product specification and information are necessary to enhance their shop loyalty. Adolescents thought the price was economical, and they had less concept in 'price knowledge' due to their position. Unlike adults, adolescent's gender does not have effects on their 'economic concept. Male students also had high scores in 'economic concept' as much as female students did.

스포츠용품 인터넷 구매의 위험지각에 관한 연구 (Perceived Risk in Online Purchase of Sporting Goods)

  • As the number of Internet users increases, online shopping malls are gradually flourishing and sales are continuously growing. However, since consumers are not able to check what they purchase when buying products on the Internet, they are bound to have higher risk perception than buying directly from off-line stores. Especially, sporting goods require a special attention because a preliminary test is important. Therefore, the risk perception is much higher when people purchase sporting goods online. This study first identifies the multi-dimensionality of risk perception. Then, it investigates whether online purchasing experience of sporting goods makes differences in the level of risk perception. In addition, it examines whether the risk perception by those who had an experience in purchasing sporting goods online affects the customer satisfaction. This study has identified five dimensions in the concept of risk perception, such as financial risk, performance risk, security risk, delivery risk, and psychological/physical risk. A statistical analysis shows that people without an experience in purchasing sporting goods online have perceived significantly higher performance risk, security risk, and psychological/physical risk than those with online purchasing experiences. Finally, this study has found that delivery risk, financial risk, and psychological/physical risk have significant negative influences on the customer satisfaction.

  • 본 연구에서는 학습이나 교육과 관련된 인터넷 이용에 대한 이해를 높이기 위한 목적으로 한국, 미국, 캐나다 대학생들의 교육용 인터넷 이용의 주요 동기요인에 차이가 있는가를 확인하고, 각각의 요인에 대한 특성을 파악하였다. 더 나아가 본 연구에서 확인된 동기요인이 3 개국 대학생들의 인터넷에 대한 태도와 사용 의지에 미치는 영향 정도의 차이를 파악하고, 이차적으로 인터넷에 대한 태도와 사용의지가 이용 성과향상에 얼마나 영향을 미치는가를 확인했다. 본 논문의 결과는 3 개국 대학생의 인터넷 이용에 영향을 주는 요인의 이해를 돕고, 문화적 차이에 따른 인터넷 사용의지와 성과 인식의 차이 여부를 확인하는 데 도움을 줄 것이다.

대학생들의 인터넷 중독 인식에 대한 탐색적 연구 : 포토보이스 적용 (An Exploratory Study on University Students' Perception of Internet Addiction : Using Photovoice)

  • 본 연구는 참여적 연구방법인 포토보이스 방법을 적용하여 대학생들의 인터넷 중독에 대한 주관적 인식에 대해 심층적으로 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 G대학의 대학생 9명이며, 일반적인 포토보이스 연구절차에 따라 오리엔테이션, 연구 참여자들의 사진촬영을 통한 자료수집, 사진 선정, 맥락화, 범주화 과정으로 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과 인터넷 중독의 의미, 인터넷 중독이 삶에 미치는 영향, 인터넷 중독에서 벗어나는 방안이라는 주제에 따라 15개의 하위범주가 도출 되었다. 인터넷 중독의 의미에 대한 인식은 '자기조절 능력상실', '출구 없는 습관', '세상과의 단절', '나를 잃어버림', '자발적 감옥'이라는 5가지 범주로 나타났다. 인터넷 중독이 삶에 미치는 영향은 5가지 범주로 '건강 악화, '사회적 고립, '망가진 일상', '익명으로 인한 폭력성', '나의 발견과 삶의 확장'이었다. 인터넷 중독에서 벗어나는 방법에 대해서는 '자기바라보기', '새로운 취미생활', '주변의 도움', '현실속의 만남', '강제적 차단'이 도출되었다. 대학생의 시선으로 바라본 인터넷 중독에 대한 논의와 올바른 인터넷 사용을 조력할 수 있는 상담 프로그램 구성에 대한 시사점을 제언하였다.
