A Study on the Organizational Culture of OPPO

  • The Internet industry is developing at a high speed and entering the stage of convergence of everything, in which mobile devices are a key part, and smartphone manufacturing enterprises are developing rapidly in this environment. As one of the smartphone manufacturing enterprises that have dominated the Chinese smartphone market for many years, OPPO enterprise has developed rapidly and occupied a large share of the smartphone market. As a globally renowned technology company, its unique organizational culture is behind its success. In this study, through the analysis of OPPO's information and related literature, we found that OPPO's organizational culture has the characteristics of emphasizing teamwork, focusing on innovation, and advocating customer first. This organizational culture not only enhances employees' sense of belonging, but also promotes the company's long-term development. This study is not only important for understanding OPPO's success, but also for other companies to construct and optimize their organizational culture.

An Ontology Driven Mapping Algorithm between Heterogeneous Product Classification Taxonomies

  • Semantic Web and its related technologies have been opening the era of information sharing via Web. In the meantime, there are several huddles to overcome toward the new era and one of the major huddles is information integration issue unless we build and use a single unified but huge ontology which address everything in the world. Particularly in e-business area, information integration problem must be a great concern in search and comparison of products from various internet shopping sites and e-marketplaces. To overcome such an information integration problem, we propose an ontology driven mapping algorithm between heterogeneous product classification and description frameworks. We also perform comparative evaluation of the proposed mapping algorithm against a well-known ontology mapping tool, PROMPT.

Helping People with Visual Disability Using AI

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has evolved rapidly in recent years and is used in everything from banking to email management to surgery, but without the help of the visible, most of the fun features of the Internet include visual impairment. It benefits people with disabilities. The main purpose of this study is to find ways to help people with visual impairments using AI technology. A visually impaired request is made for the visually impaired. For example, when a message arrives that the program will notify you by voice (reads the sender's name, read the message, and replies to it if necessary), this is a special program installed on your mobile phone. This program uses a customized algorithm developed in Python to convert written text to voice, read text, and convert voice to written text on a message when a visually impaired person wants to respond. Then it sends the response in the form of a text message. Therefore, the research should lead to programs for people with visual impairments. This program makes mobile phones easier and more comfortable to use and makes the daily life easier for visual impairments.

  • Distributing information on the internet is common in our daily life. In the past, e-mail has been the primary choice of exchanging information, but instant messengers are gaining popularity abroad and domestically because of their immediate responses. Instant messaging has become the fastest growing communication technology in recent years. Instant messaging is effectively a chat room for two people. Users that have accounts with the same provider are able to send messages via computer in real time. Instant messaging has exploded into the business world as companies now utilize the technology for everything from interoffice communication to client/customer communication. In this paper, we propose a method of instant messenger system design for effective collaboration of statistical data collection.

관계 성숙 모형과 SKT사례: 지식 파트너와 함께 춤을 (Relationship Maturity Model with SKT Case: Dancing with Knowledge Partners)

  • In the age where the Internet changes everything, even the earth has become flat. The boarders between nations, locations, times, and industries are not meaningful, and no single company can do the whole process well. Therefore, various types of 'Value network' and 'Relation web' emerge for moving first and learning fast. Both the relationship maturity model (RMM) proposed and the partnership management initiatives at SKT demonstrate that the concept is important, and that the final goal can be reached only through a series of critical outcome at each phase. In particular, recognizing as core infrastructures various online/offline channels, deep trust, and rich communications is an important finding for a successful relationship management. Also, related literatures suggest the following key factors to be influential in more than two phases: professionalism including expertise, similarity, channel infrastructure, trustful/trustworthy, and absorptive capacity. Based on these findings, future efforts need to be put on the research & development of related measurement and management tools. It is hoped that more dance with their partners through these efforts.

  • 산업 전 분야에 4차 산업혁명의 신기술인 IoT(Internet of Things), AI(Artificial Intelligence), Bigdata 등이 융합되어 새로운 가치를 창출하는 초연결 지능정보사회가 도래되고 있다. 모든 것이 네트워크에 연결되어 데이터가 폭발적으로 증가하고, 인공지능이 스스로 학습하여 지적 판단 기능까지도 가능하다. 특히 사물인터넷은 언제 어디서나 어느 것과도 연결될 수 있는 새로운 통신환경을 제공함에 따라 모든 것들이 연결되는 초 연결을 가능케 하고 있다. 인공지능 기술은 인간이 가진 지각, 학습, 추론, 자연어처리 등의 능력을 컴퓨터가 실행할 수 있도록 구현되고 있다. 인공지능은 기계학습, 딥러닝(Deep leearning), 자연어처리, 음성인식, 시각인식 등 첨단기술을 개발하는 방향으로 발전되고 있으며, 안전, 의료, 국방, 금융, 복지 등의 다양한 응용 분야에 특화된 소프트웨어와 머신러닝(Machine learning), 클라우드(Cloud) 기술을 포함하고 있다. 이를 통해 인간의 편의와 새로운 가치를 제공하기 위해 산업 전반의 다양한 분야에 활용된다. 하지만, 이와는 반대로 지능적이고 정교해진 사이버 위협들이 증가하고 신기술의 기술적 안전성 확보와 같은 잠재적 역기능들을 동반함에 따라 이에 대한 대응이 필요한 시점이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 역기능을 해결하기 위한 하나의 방안으로 인공지능기술을 활용하여 IoT 통합보안관제 가능하도록 새로운 데이터모델링(Data modelling) 방안을 제안하였다.

Research on Relay Selection Technology Based on Regular Hexagon Region Segmentation in C-V2X

  • Traffic safety and congestion are becoming more and more serious, especially the frequent occurrence of traffic accidents, which have caused great casualties and economic losses. Cellular Vehicle to Everything (C-V2X) can assist in safe driving and improve traffic efficiency through real-time information sharing and communication between vehicles. All vehicles communicate directly with Base Stations (BS), which will increase the base station load. And when the communicating vehicles are too far apart, too fast or there are obstacles in the communication path, the communication link can be unstable or even interrupted. Therefore, choosing an effective and reliable multi-hop relay-assisted Vehicle to Vehicle (V2V) communication can not only reduce the base station load and improve the system throughput but also expand the base station coverage and improve the communication quality of edge vehicles. Therefore, a communication area division scheme based on regular hexagon segmentation technology is proposed, a relay-assisted V2V communication mechanism is designed for the divided communication areas, and an efficient communication link is constructed by selecting the best relay node. Simulation results show that the scheme can improve the throughput of the system by nearly 55% and enhance the robustness of the V2V communication link.

정보 중심 네트워크를 위한 이름 기반 라우팅 프로토콜의 비교 및 분석 (Comparison and Analysis of Name-Based Routing Protocols for Information-Centric Network)

  • ICN(Information-Centric Network)은 인터넷 상에 존재하는 방대한 정보를 효율적으로 이용하기 위하여 기존의 인터넷 통신 패러다임을 정보 기반의 통신 방법으로 전환하기 위한 차세대 인터넷 통신 기술이다. 따라서 ICN은 호스트 주소를 중심으로 통신 절차에 집중하던 기존 인터넷 통신 기술과는 달리 인터넷 상에 존재하는 모든 것을 정보라는 개념으로 정의함으로써 각 정보를 이용하기 위한 통신 목적에 집중한다. 이를 위하여 ICN에서는 각 정보에 이름을 붙여 사용하는 이름 기반 라우팅(NbR, Name-based Routing) 방법을 사용하며 ICN에 참여하는 모든 라우터는 각 라우터 마다 정보를 공유할 수 있도록 물리적인 스토리지를 가지는 특징이 있다. ICN에서의 NbR 방법은 각 라우터에서 보유하고 있는 스토리지에 도달하는 방법에 따라 one-phase routing과 two-phase routing으로 나뉜다. 그러나 현재 제시되고 있는 ICN에서의 NbR 방법은 ICN이 가지고 있는 고유한 특징을 반영하지 못하고 있기 때문에 많은 문제점을 발생시키고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 ICN을 위한 효율적인 NbR 방법을 제시하기 위하여 정보에 대한 캐싱, 접근 시간, 분산, 이동성, 확장성, 배포 측면에서 NbR 이슈들을 점검하고, ICN을 위해 제안된 기존 방법들에 대한 비교 분석을 수행하였다. 또한 분석된 내용을 기반으로 ICN에서의 효율적인 NbR 기법에 대한 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

  • In the modern Society, the human's way of thinking as well as the new cultural creation has been changing by bringing on a change rapidly. The moderns are demanding humanity and the new cultural cretion through the exchange between the old things and new things by setting material before everything else. The latest trends of today had an effect on the fashion Illustration, a new art category, which gives a new image. This report of research has a purpose which expresses korean images by connecting the korean tradition style to the modern fashion. And we are concerned about the national culture and tradition with the international stream. For this reason I studied these for the purpose of expanding expression area of sewing techniques by applying to fashion Illustration expressing handcraft techniques by natural beauty improving the modern and traditional images, updating, and succeeding to tradition. As the way of studying and contents, I referred to the inside and outside of the country's literatures, these, publications, magazines, or the internet sufing. Firstly, as the theoretical study, I studied a conception and history of the fashion Illustration. I studied the theoretical background of the sewing techniques through the histories, tools, and techniques. The theoretical background of the sewing handicraft is studied through the colors, patterns, materials and sorts. I also and indicated the various works by the domestic designers.

사이버네틱스 관점에서 본 넷 아트에 나타난 의미론적 분석 (A Semantics Analysis in the Net Arts fran a Cybernetics Perspective)

  • Arts gains a new relation as the new academic area that deals with living organisms and through this technology, it affects everything, such as the body, entity, consciousness and unconsciousness to bring an overall change. Based on this premise, arts require a different interpretation from the previous product-focused interpretation or the analysis focusing on the aesthetics. As the result of arts using the scientific methods, I examined the changes of the arts semantics and how it evolved with what kind of contents and characteristics. The net art with the internet base also form a close relationship with the social and cultural codes. In categorizing the social issues and the topical discussions with semantic factors that evolve from the digital biological perspective, it can be divided into four types of complex interaction, positive feedback negative feedback, and amplification of unsettledness. Based on the characteristics of the multimedia and the interactive reaction, the technique and the imagery amplify the message through a spatial and timely meeting in a mutual repletion. In other words, the emotional communication is used to attempt the messages from the products and the expression in various methods.
