According to get ubiquitous environment, it is suggested to environment to get information with whichever terminal at any time wherever. Advancement of ability of mobile device increase requirement of wireless internet base solution. In this paper We developed distance education system based on wireless internet. This system has no problem of bandwidth and resolution of pocket pc because of using SWF(Shockwave Flash). It can maintain readability of high quality when size of resolution is changed but another graphic format can't maintain it.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the fators affecting Internet addiction among adolescents in an area. Methods: By using cluster sampling, 2,479 participants representing 22 elementary school, 11 middle school, 7 high school students in a county of the Chungcheongnam-do. Data was analyzed by SPSS 12.0. using t-test, F-test, chi-square test, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression. Results: Internet addiction positively correlated with high school students(dummy variable), Internet-connected computers in PC Game Room(dummy variable), Internet using time(weekday) and Internet using time(weekend). Internet addiction negatively correlated with Internet-connected computers in school(dummy variable), Internet-connected computers in friend's house(dummy variable). For the male students, Significant factors affecting Internet addiction were eating habits, Internet-connected computers in friend's house, Internet using time(weekend). For the female students, Internet using time(weekday) and Internet using time(weekend) were significant. For the elementary school students, Significant factors affecting Internet addiction were Internet using tine(weekday) and Internet using time(weekend). In the case of the middle school students, Internet using tine(weekday), Internet using time(weekend) and eating habits were significant. but, the high school students, Internet using time(weekend) was significant. Conclusions: Students who spend more time in the internet have higher tendency to become addicted to the internet. Therefore, it would be necessary to develop program to prevent internet addiction.

As people get broader access to health information through the internet, there is a greater need for measure to maximize the social advantages of the internet and to minimize negative side-effects. With this concern, this paper classifies internet health information services sites into : on-line supply of health information, on-line consultation, on-line diagnosis, and on-line sales. As well this paper analyzes domestic laws supporting and/or regulating these services. The efficient provision of internet health services requires comprehensive laws on individual privacy protection, prevention and handling of medical accidents, an electronic prescription form for internet diagnosis, electronic signing, payment for medical expenses, qualifications for internet medical practitioners. Additional laws are required to establish internet pharmacies and internet health goods stores. These new laws can be prepared either separately or through revision of existing laws governing medical practice, pharmacies, and public health promotion. However, as the legal control by the government on cyber processes and entities has a fairly minimal effect, consumers should be encouraged to improve their own capacity for wisely using internet health services and health-service providers should be encouraged to promote voluntary supervision and control of their own services and practices.

This study suggests a revised TAM (Technology Acceptance Model)-based performance evaluation model in MS (management science) education. Recently, many MS education programs are developed on the basis of computer and Internet communication technology. Previous researchers used TAM as an individual performance evaluation model, and proved that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are the substantive successful factors. This study provides a revised TAM-based conceptual framework for understanding what is involved in improving university MS education and what might be implied by conducting research on its improvement. It is argued in this research that three sets of forces and conditions have a direct and indirect impact on MS education ; first, each student has self efficacy and it is a critical determinant of behavior next, the use of Internet-based information system at MS education affects on the renewal of MS education : and finally, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have impacts on behavioral intention and actual system usage. This research concludes with suggestions for which direction this framework provides for future research on the premise and limits of efforts to renew MS education in university.

Web 2.0 could influence the teaching and learning system significantly due to its characteristics to utilize information using internet in various ways, to create information, and to reorganize it through information sharing. In this new environment of information-oriented classes using the computer, positive education method is required to develop new teaching/learning method based on the internet web 2.0 in order to fulfill the learner's intellectual curiosity and to lead the future-oriented classes. This paper proposed a teaching-learning models in the web 2.0-based internet information education and its effect analysis.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine the effect of providing information using a mobile internet terminal on anxiety, discomfort and satisfaction with education among patients undergoing a coronary angiogram. Methods: Data were collected from July 27, 2016 to February 23, 2017. A total of 64 participants (34 for the experiment group and 30 for the control group) admitted to a department of cardiology internal medicine for coronary angiography were recruited. Data were analyzed by SPSS Window 22.0 Program. Results: Information provided through mobile internet terminal did not affect anxiety and objective and subjective discomfort of the participants for coronary angiography, it was effective in satisfaction with education. Conclusion: Based on the results, it is indicated that video education using a mobile internet terminal could be an effective method to improve nurses' work efficiency and quality and to raise satisfaction with education.

We want to achieve the reliable information system such as e learning system in the internet environments. The difficulty of the program reliability estimation comes from faults that occurred from program and data files are distributed among several servers. This paper is focus on a modeling approach based on Colored Petri Nets to estimate the program reliability in an internet environment. The procedure of analyzing the reliability is as follows. At first, we propose an internet program model. This model is transformed into a Colored Petri net, and the reliability is estimated. We adapt this model to the analyzing the reliability in the internet environment. This method is very simple, and is very helpful to develope program

With the rapid development in computer hardware and software in recent years, the contents and methods of teaching English have been altered greatly. The use of multimedia and the Internet as a means of language teaching is increasing as information technology accelerates. Using multimedia and the Internet in language teaching allows teachers to have more time to devote to interacting with their students. Above all, it arouses in students the motivation for learning and enables each student to study with the speed commensurate to his/her own ability. Both teachers and students can choose their own style that is most efficient for their classes. When students are efficiently stimulated through visual and auditory materials, they can be more easily motivated to utilize and develop creative techniques by using multimedia and the Internet. Thus, in the information age, it would be desirable to innovate the existing concepts of lineal education and allow more student-centered lessons to more readily expose students to contents and experiences according to their own demands.

The information technology is becoming very essential in our daily lives. Internet environment, especially, has been seriously affecting the area of education. The cost-effectiveness analysis is required as universities are investing quite much in the development of internet infrastructure. This study shows a simple statistical result on the utilization of internet equipments. It is found that the enough availability is not provided to the students who are going to use equipments for the purpose of study as a big portion of them are occupied by the users for the purpose of amusement.

The Internet is increasingly changing our lives and enables the ordinary person to have access to never-ending quantities of information and knowledge. Technology and the Internet empower individuals and facilitate a more active role in the educational process. The webcast is a media file distributed over the Internet using streaming media technology and is used extensively in the commercial sector for investor relations presentations, in e-learning, and for related communications activities. And relating to computers, technology, and news are particularly popular and many new shows are added regularly. Especially e-learning is a general term used to refer to computer-enhanced learning and has the ability to level the learning playing field. So that the e-learning experience will be second nature to the growing Internet population. And this study intends to develop web-based education.
