Since internet and XML has come out, Web Services are regarded as a new paradigm of next generation's IT are becoming a leading technology to integrate the distributed applications on internet using XML based Platforms and distributed computing based on component technologies independent on implementing languages. Nowadays internet is generally used and the use of wireless internet is rapidly rising. The quantities of contents on the web-sites to manage and maintain are getting larger according to these trends and the update cycles are getting shorter It is necessary to solve these Problems that developing the systems which can effectively generate, maintain and manage the contents on the web-sites. In the paper, a system which can integrates wired and wireless services is designed and implemented using the technologies like XML based components, JWSDP, Wireless Server Side Script, WML editor and etc.,

The purpose of this study is to analysis web sites which relate to housing environment on Internet and to suggest guidelines which are needed in digital life. Data are in 53 web sites searched by housing environmental word such as people, living, town and so on. The web sites are analyzed by key words. The results of this study were as follow: The web sites are divided into e-housing community, e-housing management, e-housing workplace and e-housing design. These are the digital life of new type. E-housing community sitess key words are 3D virtual world, chatting, information, service, community etc. E-housing community is related to making new wired community cross time and space. E-housing management sitess key words are guard management, apartment management, building management etc. E-housing management sites provide the useful information of housing management. E-housing workplace sitess key words are virtual office. conference etc. E-housing workplace sites enable us to work in cyberspace. E-housing design sitess key words are design, interior, furniture etc. E-housing design sites provide marketing, consulting and designing in relation to the house. The web life style on cyberspace is common and makes many changes happen in house life and environment.

$21^{st}$ century has seen a tremendous advancement in the field of Information and Communication Technology. The commercial utilization of Internet tools and technologies has brought change in the traditional working environment. The functioning in an electronic environment is far more complicated than working in traditional environment and this brings many challenges, threats and potential problems. In this paper we analyze the challenges, threats and potential problems in the working environment of Pokhara University due to application of Internet tools and technology. We have chosen four basic areas on the basis of use that include web resources, electronic mails, social sites and P2P technologies. The main focus is to analyze the impact on work place productivity, social interaction, use and abuse of technology and legal issues associated with them. We, finally summarize the findings and offer solutions and recommendations from the observed data based on direct survey conducted in Pokhara University, Nepal.

Due to the development of high speed Internet, a number of Internet users connect online to access web sites. However, there are several procedures required, before you actually find what you were looking for. These procedures are necessary to access Internet services you need, but it is somewhat inconvenient to users. The virtual portal system suggested in this paper is designed to solve such inconvenience. The virtual portal system described in this paper perceives personal computers as web service providing sites, so that it enables users to define customized services by themselves. Also, it makes an exclusive browser as a multiple browser window and provides features to navigate web sites. Therefore, this paper suggests methods for building a pesonalized virtual portal system, where users are able to access web services more conveniently.

Recently, the use of digital contents and demand have been increased with expanding users of internet. Thus, the importance of digital contents distribution site's has been increased that deal in commercially. The model that measuring acceptance of web sites is studying lively, however, the web sites that dealing and distributing specific goods to be called digital contents have insufficient theoretical base and model about acceptance of customers. Also, the research that acceptance of existing commercial web sites have limitation to explain systematically which influence on acceptance of digital contents distribution sites. Because, those research connect directly the feature of web sites, the purchase of web sites or the feature of buyers and acceptance. For that reason, it's hard to reflect the feature of digital contents. In this research, to measure customers' acceptance of web sites that distribute digital image, it is based on Technology Acceptance Model by Davis. This research find out the significant cause from survey by users of digital image distribution site. and TAM which has been adapted the analyzation of new site's acceptance can explain the state of digital image distribution site use. This research let us know the evaluation of digital image distribution site and operating strategy as a new business model.

This study empirically examined the structural relationships among service quality of internet real estate information web-sites, trust, customer satisfaction and reuse intention. In order to achieve the purpose, survey method was applied using a sample of 293 real estate information web-site users. The results of this study showed that service quality of real estate web-sites had a significant effect on trust and customer satisfaction. And, the trust of web-sites have influenced on customer satisfaction and reuse intention. Finally, the customer satisfaction of estate information web-sites had a significant positive effect on reuse intention.

The service of health information was provided through internal and external weather agency web sites. The purpose of this study was to analyze current status of the weather agency web sites dealing with health information in the internet, and to evaluate their contents and technical aspects. The evaluation tool consisted of five area (appropriateness, accessibility, supportiveness, feedback, and continuance) with nineteen items. For the public confidence, web sites were limited to national meteorological administration and representative weather agencies. The evaluating web sites were fourteen from eight countries. The evaluation scores of fourteen web sites were 37.8 out of 53.0 in total. Each subcategory score were 5-12 out of 12 in appropriate, 4-12 out of 12 in accessibility, 4-10 out of 11 in supportiveness, 2-8 out of 9 in feedback, and 2-8 out of 9 in continuance. The score of feedback was the lowest. Survey results indicated that Korean Meteorological Administration homepage was middle status compared with the others in side of depth of health information and feedback from expert. Climate change affect human health, so it will be possible to prevent some disease at first through climate information. It should be developed to provide high quality health information and system related climate on KMA homepage.

Nowadays many Internet users have their own homepages and blogs on the Internet. Developers and designers offer a lot of options to users to increase their satisfaction. Do users prefer a lot of options? This study shows that users may prefer simple web-sites to complex web-sites. Moreover, users' attitudes can be affected by individual characteristics users have. This study focuses on one of the individual differences, computer anxiety. As a result, users who have high computer anxiety had more negative attitudes to web-sites than users having low computer anxiety had. This result emphasizes the importance of understanding users when designing interfaces.
