The Internet can deliver various information and services at the lowest cost without time and space constraints while targeting the world among all existing means of communication. Unlike traditional media such as TV, newspapers, and radio in the past, promotions through mobile environments allow target customers to use two-way low-cost, high-efficiency promotional strategies regardless of time and place. With the development of the Internet, social media has developed into a place to acquire information about favorite companies and their products. Social media greatly contributes to the production of text, photos, videos, and various networks, and has expanded global communication and communication media through the interaction and sharing of various information. In addition, through social media, users can communicate in various ways, reveal themselves, and share and exchange information such as knowledge and personal thoughts. In line with these changes, corporate marketers and sellers are striving to provide consumers with appropriate information more quickly. We aims to find out about social media marketing strategies useful for companies.

The development of IT technology help citizens demand information and public services through internet that they want, and the changes also help the government converge public opinions and become important measures for citizens to participate in deciding governmental policies. So, this thesis makes an overture of a possibility for utilizing PCRM, a way for citizens to participate in Police Administration, by utilizing IT technologies in which everybody can participate without difficulty. The utilization ways are, on a large scale, classified with a macroscopic aspect and microscopic aspect. One of the macroscopic aspects is, first, the consideration of access to services and convenience in utilization. Second, services should have a both-sidedproperty. Ultimately, citizens'participation should have a positive mutual participation level. One of the microscopic aspects is, first, that the police organizations have to establish a strategy to analyze and fractionate customers. Second, the police organizations have to make an effort to develop policy services and P.R strategies. Third, police organizations have to make an effort to manage customers. Fourth, police organizations have to execute customer management in general. So, all of the police organizations have to maintain unity, to some extent, about citizen participation plazas. In addition, at the same time, consciousness aspects have to be accompanied for the reasonable utilization of PCRM. Citizens have to cultivate citizen consciousness, ownership consciousness for society, and positive participation consciousness to solve social problems.

Currently, with the success of 5G commercialization, a server system that integrates various Internet public safety services should be developed. In this paper, we developed a public safety integrated server, which is an IoT platform connecting IoT device and IoT gateway based on IP PBX. This server is based on embedded OS and various IoT services are executed in one system and call processing / broadcasting server function that processes emergency call and emergency broadcasting in public places is built in. This system collects IoT sensor data and emergency bell information and automatically sends out emergency alarms, emergency evacuation broadcasts, etc. at an accident site in an emergency situation, and transmits the daily information to the upper IoT service server, Provide public safety management services.

Recently as the Internet services become popular, the number of practical approaches to tackle social problems by using computers is increasing rapidly. One of the typical problems is the surveying system that handles a large amount of various data and thus requires much effort in time and manpower. As the necessity of the computerized surveying system is increased, there have been many tries to develop the surveying system based on the web or standalone software for public opinion collection, market research, and so on. In this paper, we design and implement a respondent based real-time surveying system using XML and QCL in order to efficiently process a various style of questionaries.

The purpose of this study is to provide the effective internet marketing communication strategy as marketing tools by analyzing the web sites of young casual fashion brands. We've selected 19 young casual fashion brands in 3 department stores and made the classification standard - advertising, promotion, public relation(PR), customer management - and analysed the young casual fashion brands according to 4 classification standard on the web sites. As a result of study, it is found that 19 young casual brands' web sites put an emphasis on activity of customer management and promotion in general. However, they did not conduct the PR and advertising actively compared with other parts. Especially, the promotion strategy occupies more parts than any other parts through the variety of membership card's services. Also they are sending e-mails or providing 1:1(FAQ/Q&A) board to the members as a customer management to be able to help to communicate with customer through the web site.

The WPP payment protocol uses the WAP protocol to enable credit card payment on the wireless internet. Since the security of the WAP protocol is based on the WTLS security protocol, there exists an end-to-end security weakness for the WPP payment protocol. This paper is suggesting a payment protocol, which is making use of the Public-Key Cryptosystem and the Mobile Gateway, so assuring end-to-end security independently of specific protocols. As the on-line certification authority is participating on the authentication process of the payment protocol, the suggested payment protocol enables wireless devices to get services from service providers on other domains.

SIP is a flexible and extensible call setup protocol that may be combined with other protocols used in the Internet to make various services like voice communication. Voice communication can be classified into normal calls used for communication between common users and emergency calls for 112, 119 and other services through public safety networks. It is required to research to process effectively these normal calls and emergency calls through public networks such as the Internet. In this paper, we propose a bypass scheme for emergency calls by giving priority to INVITE messages for them and processing them with priority in the SIP proxy queue. We perform simulation studies using the network simulator ns-2 for the performance evaluation. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme processes emergency calls faster than normal calls and thus it is expected to make a special purpose network like the national disaster network efficiently by using the existing Internet.

As ICT industrial paradigm changes and wireless communication services evolve, demands on spectrum information are soaring. We conducted demand survey of experts and public in general on spectrum information and prioritized what we should disclose. And we looked into overseas cases and analyzed their policy, the current status, exceptions for opening spectrum information. In this paper, we suggested a direction on how to make spectrum information public in Korea. Also, we made a proposal to establish management system and legislation for opening spectrum information.

Objectives : To determine which factors are related to young adults perception of their health. Two research questions were asked. Which aspects of health does self-perceived health as a index of general health reflect? Why do two individuals with the same level of general health have different health perceptions? Methods : The sampling frame comprised college or graduate school students, aged 20 to 29, who were members of A, one of the 4 biggest internet communication services. The questionnaires were sent to study samples(n=1,000) and answered by E-mail. Response rate was 37.0%. Results : Firstly, physical health ranked highest and self-perceived health ranked lowest. Secondly, health, anxiety, depression, and self-perceived health showed significant differences between the sexes, with women showing a higher health status in these categories except for self-perceived health. Thirdly, the two factors significantly related to self-perceived health were physical health and self-esteem, as determined by multivariate analysis, Conclusions : The factors significantly related to self-perceived health were physical health and self-esteem. Further studies of the health characteristics of young adults are needed.

ETF made the RFCs of MPLS technologies for providing the QoS of ATM or Frame Relay and the flexibility&scalability of IP on the Internet services. IETF has been expanding MPLS technologies as a common control component for supporting the various switching technologies called GMPLS. Also, IETF has standardized the signaling protocols based on such technologies, such as LDP, CR-LDP and RSVP-TE. ETRI developed the MPLS system based on ATM switch in order to provide more reliable services, differentiated services and value-added services like the VPN and traffic engineering service on the Korea Public Sector network. We are planning on deploying model services and commercial services on that network. This paper explains the basic functions of LDP, design and development of LDP on our system, and compares with LDP development and operation on other MPLS systems made by Cisco, Juniper, Nortel and Riverstone. In conclusion, this paper deduces the future services and applications by LDP through these explanation and comparison.
