정보기술과 인터넷의 발전은 정보의 대량생산과 함께 정보검색의 대중화를 가져왔으며, 검색포털사이트의 성장은 정보이용자들에게 정보를 획득할 수 있는 유일한 정보원으로서의 도서관에 대한 인식의 변화를 가져 왔다. 이용자들은 검색포털사이트를 보다 편리하고 다양한 정보를 획득할 수 있는 효과적인 정보원으로 각인하고 선호하게 되었다. 이러한 사회환경의 변화 속에서 도서관과 사서는 이용자의 정보요구에 보다 적극적이고 현실성 있는 정보서비스를 제공함으로써 그 사회적 역할과 위상을 정립하고 진일보할 수 있는 도전과 기회로 삼아야 할 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 도서관, 특히 공공도서관의 적극적인 정보서비스 방안으로서 정보검색대행서비스를 제안하고, 이러한 서비스의 가능성과 기대효과를 정보이용자에 대한 직접 설문을 통하여 조사하였다. 특히 대부분의 이용자들이 친숙하고 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 전화와 PDA등을 활용한 정보서비스에 대한 가능성 및 방법론에 대하여 제안하고자 한다.

본 연구는 다문화사회에 있어 대학도서관의 역할과 책임을 모색하고자 하는 목적으로 진행하였다. 조사내용은 부산대학교에 유학중인 중국학생을 대상으로 현재의 도서관 포털 서비스에 대한 이용자 만족도를 분석하는 작업이다. 이용자 만족도 평가방법은 도서관 정보서비스 품질평가 모형으로 유명한 LibQUAL+를 참조하여 구성하였으며, 평가지표는 LibQUAL+ 모형의 평가지표와 중국 청화대학교에서 사용한 서비스 만족도 평가지표를 사용하였다. 조사결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 전체적인 이용자 만족도는 대체적으로 낮게 나타났다. 학부생과 대학원생(석박사 과정)의 집단별로 보면, 대학원생(석박사 과정)보다 학부생의 만족도가 낮게 나타났다. 그리고 서비스의 간단 만족도 분석에서 보면 도서관 포털 서비스의 영향에 대한 만족도는 낮은 수준이며, 웹 공간 차원에 대한 만족도는 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 그리고 상대 만족도도 웹 공간 차원이 다른 차원들보다 높은 수준으로 나타났다.

SCM(Supply Chain Management) have been introduced in many companies for integrated management and improvement of business process. Recently, as internet and e-business concept are spread globally, the SCM concept is expanded from one internal company process to inter-company process, it makes a Global SCM concept. In this paper, we discuss the implementation of the Global SCM concept using e-business infrastructure, and propose SCM portal models. Four types of the SCM portal model are discussed, which are forecasting information sharing model, e-Marketplace-typed model, collaboration model and logistics information sharing model. The major concept of the SCM portal is to share information of supply chain process, it provide merits of scale to company. The result of this paper can be summarized as follows : First, the information sharing is very useful in the Global SCM. Second, the e-business infrastructure, especially e-Marketplace can be usefully used for implementation of SCM portal. Third, the M2M(Market to Market) function of e-Marketplace is a major function for implementing SCM portal.

The basic concept of an improved business and productivity for Small and Medium Sized Enterprizes, which makes use of an information portal, is to assure competitive power, increase the production quantity through the interchange of a company and the outside environment, and to build cooperation. To reduce the charge of the equipment, as well as to introduce and information program, it should build an information environment from inside the company by suing the information portal ASP(Application Service Provider). This portal is already built by the basic information infrastructure through the Internet.

본 연구의 목적은 포털의 언론으로서의 역할에 대한 논란을 정리해보고 포털 이용자들이 언론으로서 포털의 역할과 기능에 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 살펴보는 것이다. 아울러 이 연구는 포털 이용자들의 뉴스이용패턴과 뉴스 댓글에 관한 인식을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 주 1회 이상 포털사이트를 이용하고 있는 15세부터 45세 사이의 이용자 1,036명 을 대상으로 온라인설문조사를 실시했다. 그 결과 대부분의 포털이용자들(70.8%)은 포털이 다른 언론사처럼 언론의 역할을 한다고 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 10명 가운데 6명 가량은 포털 뉴스가 사회의 주요 이슈를 제기한다는 데 동의하고 있었다. 이러한 결과는 포털 이용자들이 언론으로서의 포털의 사회적 영향력과 책임을 중요하게 생각하고 있다는 것을 보여주고 있다. 하지만 40% 가량의 응답자들이 뉴스 댓글로 제시된 정보를 신뢰하지 않는다고 답했고, 댓글은 대부분 아르바이트생들이 쓰는 것으로 여겼다. 또한 10명 중 6명 가량은 댓글이 의도적으로 작성되고 있다고 응답했다. 따라서 포털 뉴스의 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해서는 뉴스 댓글에 대한 품질 관리가 어느 정도 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 포털을 자주 이용하는 사람일수록 포털이 편리하고 사회적 영향력이 크다고 생각함과 동시에 선정적이고 상업적인 면도 있다고 생각했다. 반면, 인터넷 이용을 많이 할수록 포털이 신속하고 편리하며 사회적 영향력이 크다고 생각하는 경향이 나타났다. 하지만 가구소득은 포털의 뉴스역할인식과 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 나타나지 않았다.

Background: With the development of information and communication technology, there is a growing number of people looking for health information on the internet. This pilot study was performed to analyze the pattern of pharmacist consultation on the internet portal site. Methods: Questions and answers posted on the portal site "Naver Jisik-iN" from March 1st to 31th in 2016 were collected. Medications asked were categorized into prescription drugs, nonprescription drugs, sanitary aids, emergency drugs, functional health foods, and others. Medications were subcategorized into 14 according to the anatomical therapeutic chemical classification system. Questions were divided into 10 categories based on Hepler's drug-related problems. Results: Of the 955 cases, females accounted for 59.5% and inquirers from 11 to 40 years old, 89.4%. The number of prescription drugs, nonprescription drugs, sanitary aids, emergency drugs, functional health foods, and others were 428 (44.8%), 328 (34.3%), 31 (3.3%), 2 (0.2%), 122 (12.8%), and 44 (4.6%), respectively. Questions for drugs acting on alimentary tract and metabolism took up 27.4% followed by those on nervous system, 13.6% and anti-infectives for systemic use, 12.2%. Pharmacist consultation regarding drug information, drug interaction, and adverse reaction occupied 47.9%, 15.2%, and 12.3%, respectively. Conclusion: Health counseling through online is predicted to increase steadily, so pharmacists should broaden their boundaries beyond off-line pharmacies to meet social needs.

스마트 폰 기술의 급속한 발전과 더불어 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경 하에서 기존의 웹사이트나 포털시스템에서 제공하는 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 모바일 사용자들의 요구가 급증하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 서비스들은 데스크 탑 PC나 노트북 등의 환경에 맞춰져 있어 스마트 폰과 같은 오늘날의 모바일 기기에서는 그대로 사용하기 어려운 상황으로 수정으로 인한 많은 비용이나 시스템 보안에 대한 어려움이 큰 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 웹서버로부터 제공되는 포털 서비스를 모바일 기기에서 원활하게 이용할 수 있도록 중간에 미들웨어 시스템을 두어 최소한의 수정과 기능 설정만으로 포털시스템과 연동할 수 있으면서 인트라넷 보안과 스마트 폰 어플의 장점을 살릴 수 있는 안드로이드 기반 스마트 폰 응용을 위한 미들웨어를 설계하고 구현하였다.

IT 관련 교과에서 실습 교육이 그 어느 때보다 강조되고 있다. 이 글은 IT 교육을 위한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반의 가상 데스크탑 서비스 제공 방안과 효율적인 운영 관리 방안을 연구하였다. 구현된 가상 실습 환경 시스템을 이용하면 교과의 커리큘럼에 적합하도록 커스토마이징된 실습환경을 제공할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 제안된 시스템을 이용할 경우 교과운영 사전에 미리 교과별로 프로비저닝 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 산정한 규모와 운영 정책을 참고하여 여러 사이버대학이 공동 활용할 수 있는 클라우드 실습 포털시스템을 구축한다면 보다 효율적이고 효과적인 가상실습 교육 서비스 시스템을 구축하고 제공할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

While the impact or internet on our everyday life keeps increasing, the internet users are turning toward the value added information only that suits their purpose instead of just wandering over a sea (pool) or information. Although it is easy to locate the information using various search engines. we still finds it time and cost consuming to update the existing information or to add similar Information. There are several portal sites managed by each industrial types or associations/organizations for the purpose or strengthening the competitiveness or small and medium-sized enterprises And currently, tremendous manpower and expenses are put into the selection and quality improvement or information to satisfy the needs toward the high qualify information by the specialized users in their fields collection and updating or the information is partially available manually during He period or budget allocation by the government it becomes problematic, however, to continue this service when the project expires. This report presents the system for the information collection, analysis and classification of portal sites operated for the special purposes and automatic upload to the proper sites. In addition. expression or web robots and application of robots and several information types are suggested which will eventually accomplish currency or information and automatic updates and addition or documents with the least expenses or maintenance.
