A.I. has being developed from the technology for Big data analysis to the technology like a human being. The sensing technology of IOT will make A.I. have the more delicate sense than human's five senses. The computer resource is going to be able to support A.I. by clouding networking technology wherever and whenever. Like this A.I. is getting developed as a golden boy of the latest technologies At the same time, many experts have the anxiety and bleak outlook about A.I. Most of dystopian images of the future come out when the contemplative view is lost or it is not possible to view the phenomena objectively. Or it is because of the absence of confidence and ability to convert from the visions of technology development to the subject visions of human will. This study is not about the mass dismissal, unemployment or the end of mankind by machinery according to the development of A.I. technology and service, but more about the occurrent issue like the personal information invasion in daily life. Also the ethical and institutional models are considered to develop A.I. industry protecting the personal information.

In recent years, Personal Health Record (PHR) has emerged as a patient-centric model of health information exchange. The Personal Health Record (PHR) owners enjoy the full right of accessing their records anywhere and anytime making storage and retrieval more efficient. Due to the sensitivity and confidential nature of the PHR, however, the PHR is maintained in a secure and private environment with the individual determining rights of access. In this paper, we propose a system which enables access to the user's PHR in the event of emergency. In emergency situation where the user is unconscious, the emergency staff can use the PHR information to request a emergency access to the PHR server based on the predefined rights of access for PHR. Under the proposed system, the PHR owner can specify a fine grain access control policy during emergency situations.

Personal Health Records(PHR) service offers patients a convenient and easy-to-use solution for managing their personal health records, crucial medical files, and emergency contacts. In spite of the indispensable advantages, PHR service brings critical challenges that cannot be avoided from consumer side if the security of the data is concerned. The problem of user's privacy infringement and leaking user's sensitive medical information is increasing with the fusion of PHR technology and healthcare. In this paper, therefore, we analyze the various security aspects that are vulnerable to the PHR service and needed to be resolved. Moreover, we analyze the security requirements from the point of view of the PHR users and application service providers and provides the PHR security mechanism for addressing PHR security threats and satisfying PHR security requirements.

One of the hottest issues of security is information leakage of financial institution. Financial institutions including commercial banks are frequently threatened by attempts of leakage through hacking and vulnerability, and this information is centered on personal information of their clients. Through this study, I found out that security managers of financial institutions are trying to prevent the leaking of private information, but in fact most of them barely know where their personal information is. Even if they know where it is and trace the data, it is often found in unexpected places. Because there is a lot of waste in time and human resources as search is done manually, we have understood that responding to IT Compliance requires a lot of effort. This study is to improve IT Compliance response and protect information leakage through monitoring PC and servers, the main storage of personal information by automated system, periodically.

Recently, digitalization is accelerating in all industries, and the use of information and personal information produced and used in the process of it is very important for the success or failure of a company. However, malicious attempts to steal or leak major information and personal information of a company as an adverse effect continue to increase, and appropriate defense and response are absolutely necessary. However, in the case of small and medium-sized enterprises, the priority of information protection and the possession of professional manpower are very insufficient compared to large enterprises. This paper studies the certification and audit implemented in Korea, and suggests ways to expand the certification of the information protection system suitable for SMEs and improve the effectiveness of the support system through the expansion of the privacy law notification standard and operation of support system.

Recently, The medical services make use mobile healthcare system to transmit patient information on wireless environment. But It is difficult to satisfied for specified patient to send message, and it's not sufficient healthcare system to help regular treatment for example a diabetic or a pregnant woman. Thus, this paper proposes an healthcare scheduling application which manages a pregnant woman pregnant-checking, fetal movement sensing, antenatal training and promotion of health information using networking, data transmission method and application framwork of WPAN concepts.

This paper presents a learning framework that fits the digital age - an e-Friendly PLE. The learning framework is based on the theory of connectivism which asserts that knowledge and the learning of knowledge is distributive and is not located in any given place but rather consists of the network of connections formed from experiences and interactions with a knowing community, thus, the newly empowered learner is thinking and interacting in new ways. The framework's approach to learning is based on conversation and interaction, on sharing, creation and participation, on learning not as a separate activity, but rather as embedded in meaningful activities such as games or workflows. It sees learning as an active, personal inquiry, interpretation, and construction of meaning from prior knowledge and experience with one's actual environment.

This paper presents a solution for personal profiling system based on user-oriented tracking. Here, we introduce a new way to identify and track humans by using two types of cameras: dome and face camera. Dome camera has a wide view angle so that it is suitable for tracking human movement in large area. However, it is difficult to identify a person only by using dome camera because it only sees the target from above. Thus, face camera is employed to obtain facial information for identifying a person. In addition, we also propose a new mechanism to locate human on targeted location by using grid-cell system. These result in a system which has the capability of maintaining human identity and tracking human activity (movement) effectively.

As society gradually enters a virtual, non-face-to-face society, the use of online content is increasing as well. In particular, as smartphones are thoroughly established in our daily life, the platforms of webtoons, mobile broadcasting, and education are shifting from personal computers to smartphones. Recently, the development of the Over-The-Top media service (OTT service) enabled streaming services of various media contents through the internet and activation of IPTV. Therefore, the rapid increase of popularity of short-form content is a natural phenomenon with smartphone platforms with fast, improvised, and endless communication. Lately, TikTok became the favored platform with prosumers, defined as people who are both producers and consumers. In this study, I studied the experiential response of YouTube and TikTok users as representative examples of a short-form content platform developed after the 2000s, the flourishing years of digital content with a length of 30 seconds.

This research explored methods for improvements to be made within the field of drone usage within the construction industry based on an investigation of factors which limit their efficiency and productivity. Limiting factors and improvement measures were presented in terms of technology, service, law and policy for employing drones at construction sites. Our first suggestion is, from a technical point of view, that companies need to expand professional manpower and infrastructure for systematic management. Second, in terms of service expansion, it is necessary to have management capabilities for operation such as the use of drones with enhanced safety and reinforced on-site education and personal information management. Third, in terms of legal and institutional support measures, it is necessary to prepare a plan for reforming the legal system for revitalization and to expand the training of professional manpower. This study may contribute not only to the development of drone technology, but also to effectively respond to various problems that appear at construction sites.
