Biometric techniques for authentication using body parts such as a fingerprint, face, iris, voice, finger-vein and also photoplethysmography have become increasingly important in the personal security field, including door access control, finance security, electronic passport, and mobile device. Finger-vein images are now used to human identification, however, difficulties in recognizing finger-vein images are caused by capturing under various conditions, such as different temperatures and illumination, and noise in the acquisition camera. The human photoplethysmography is also important signal for human identification. In this paper To increase the recognition rate, we develop camera based identification method by combining finger vein image and photoplethysmography signal. We use a compact CMOS camera with a penetrating infrared LED light source to acquire images of finger vein and photoplethysmography signal. In addition, we suggest a simple pattern matching method to reduce the calculation time for embedded environments. The experimental results show that our simple system has good results in terms of speed and accuracy for personal identification compared to the result of only finger vein images.

Most cyber breaches are caused by APT attacks using malware. Hackers use the email system as a medium to penetrate the target. It uses e-mail as a method to access internally, destroys databases using long-term collected vulnerabilities, and illegally acquires personal information through system operation and ransomware. As such, the e-mail system is the most friendly and convenient, but at the same time operates in a blind spot of security. As a result, personal information leakage accidents can cause great damage to the company and society as a whole. This study intends to suggest an effective methodology to securely manage the APT attack by strengthening the security configuration of the e-mail system operating in the enterprise.

Smart Phone devices offer convenience for users, but present a new set of security issues due to loss or malicious code. In this paper, a mobile cloud system environment is used with existing smart phones in an attempt to solve the problems in a banking environment. In order to prevent financial damages due to loss or personal information leakage by malicious code, a mobile cloud computing service that provides control and protection of personal information in environment that ensures individual authentication is used. Existing ID / Password with certificate, with the way smart phone dual password authentication scheme using the gyro sensors proposed.

Mobile devices like iphone, ipad, kindle, and PDA are used as everyday tool. In the mobile environment, smart phones and other mobile units are also used as a tool for protection or infringement of personal information. Therefore, smart monitoring technology is required to protect personal information and privacy. On the other hand, with smart phones and the mobile environment, diverse application technologies are realized on hardware and software platforms. Therefore, this paper designs the network structure that forms privacy trust zone, and based on this, deals with the monitoring and monitoring prevention system with a focus on CCTV, through which this paper proposes a system that provides privacy trust zone information and its utilization which is capable of smart monitoring.

As around the world, ground and underground transportation capacity is reaching its limit, centering on urban areas. As urban traffic becomes congested, time and cost are astronomical, and environmental destruction caused by urban pollution is becoming increasingly serious. As a way to solve this problem, the means of flying over the air are in the spotlight as the next generation of future transportation, and the concept of urban air mobility (UAM, Urban Air Mobility) is defined as systematic planning. The development of an electric-powered vertical take-off (eVTOL) aircraft that obtains electric power through a battery using a personal aerial vehicle (PAV) as a means of transportation has accelerated. As the aircraft development of new technology aircraft in the evtol method is actively carried out, the need to prepare systems such as aircraft certification standards, pilot qualification systems, and qualification management is emerging. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), which lead international standards, announced new special technical conditions and temporary regulations SCVTOL-01, respectively. However, the pilot qualification system for operating the uam aircraft has not yet been clearly announced. Therefore, this paper analyzes the recently announced FAA regulations and EASA regulations to identify differences and directions in perspectives on UAMs and study the existing vertical take-off and landing aircraft (VTOL) pilot qualification system to present directions for qualification classification.

Profiling-based recommendation services provide the convenience of easily accessing specialized content for individuals on the user side and provide an important profit model on the corporate side. Despite the utility of these recommendation services, the issues such as personal information infringement and restrictions on consumer options are emerging, and certain regulatory movements for profiling recommendation services are actively underway. Under the circumstance, there are concerns that the introduction of regulations without a close review of regulatory effectiveness and side effects will weaken the competitiveness of domestic companies in the global market. This study systematically analyzed how companies providing profiling-based recommendation services perceive the corresponding regulations.

A new trend has been emerging in recent years, with video game live streaming becoming a meeting ground for gamers, as well as a marketing strategy for game developers. In line with this trend, the emergence of the "Let's Play" culture has significantly changed the manner in which people enjoyed video games. In order to academically explore this new experience, this study seeks to answer the following research questions: (1) Does engaging in video game streaming offer the same feeling as playing the game? (2) If so, what are the factors that affect the feeling of telepresence from viewers' perspective? and (3) How does the feeling of telepresence affect viewers' learning experience of the streamed game? We generated and empirically tested a comprehensive research model based on the telepresence and consumer learning theories. The research findings revealed that the authenticity and pleasantness of the streamer and the interaction of viewers positively affect telepresence, which in turn is positively associated with the gained knowledge and a positive attitude toward the streamed game. Based on the research findings, various practical implications are discussed for game developers as well as platform providers.

This study attempted to demonstrate the role of perceived value and trust in the relationship between mobile banking service quality and use satisfaction. A survey was conducted on customers of Mongolian banks, and an analysis was conducted based on the collected data With the development of the fintech industry, the Internet-based mobile banking market is striving to provide convenient services to consumers. The result led to the introduction of an online-oriented Internet bank that can operate 24 hours a day regardless of time and space. The characteristic of operating only with the Internet has a positive aspect of providing services quickly and conveniently, but at the same time, including concerns about security and personal information leakage. This can make you hesitate to use the service. Therefore, we attempted to find out how the quality of mobile banking service affects the perceived value and satisfaction of using trust. A survey was conducted to verify the contents of the research model and hypothesis. This is to secure data to be used for empirical analysis of research hypotheses. The survey was conducted with 124 consumers in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia. Based on the analysis results, we understood the satisfaction of consumers using mobile banking and suggested ways for consumers to improve their actual satisfaction using mobile banking. Specifically, service quality sensitivity, security, convenience, and design had a positive effect on perceived value or trust, ultimately leading to consumer satisfaction.

Recently, the spread of personal mobility has been rapidly increasing due to the development of environmentally friendly alternative transportation means. In addition, the level of battery technology is also rapidly developing, accelerating the popularization of personal mobility. Such personal mobility has convenience of location transfer, amusement, and high portability compared to other transportation devices. Most personal mobility, however, is made up of small wheels, which cannot overcome obstacles such as rugged roads or obstacles on the road. In this paper, to solve these problems, we tried to devise a device that can easily overcome obstacles by combining wheels with small moving means. The wheel size can be mounted on the front wheel of the small moving means in a protruding manner so that obstacles can be encountered before the front wheels and the safety and ride comfort of the running can be improved.

In recent years, small mobile devices called personal mobility or smart mobility have attracted attention. Personal mobility refers to electric-driven personal transportation that can travel at close range and medium distance, including small electric vehicles, electric bicycles, electric motorcycles and electric scooters. Most of the electric scooters used in Korea are mainly imported from China. This is due to the fact that the price competitiveness of major components of electric scooters is owned in China. At this point, the domestic research direction is preferable for the composition and design of the electric scooter body rather than cost reduction for the components. In this study, we propose a new model of portable folding structure that is easy to use for electric scooters, which are personal vehicles using electric energy. We also made a prototype for practical use.
