Biometric techniques for authentication using body parts such as a fingerprint, face, iris, voice, finger-vein and also photoplethysmography have become increasingly important in the personal security field, including door access control, finance security, electronic passport, and mobile device. Finger-vein images are now used to human identification, however, difficulties in recognizing finger-vein images are caused by capturing under various conditions, such as different temperatures and illumination, and noise in the acquisition camera. The human photoplethysmography is also important signal for human identification. In this paper To increase the recognition rate, we develop camera based identification method by combining finger vein image and photoplethysmography signal. We use a compact CMOS camera with a penetrating infrared LED light source to acquire images of finger vein and photoplethysmography signal. In addition, we suggest a simple pattern matching method to reduce the calculation time for embedded environments. The experimental results show that our simple system has good results in terms of speed and accuracy for personal identification compared to the result of only finger vein images.

대부분의 사이버 침해사고는 악성코드를 이용한 APT 공격들에 의해 발생하고 있다. 해커들은 공격 대상에 침투하기 위해 이메일 시스템에 메계체로 한다. 내부로 접근하기 위한 방법으로 이메일을 이용하고, 장기간에 걸쳐 수집된 취약점을 이용해 데이터베이스를 파괴하고, 시스템 운영방해 및 랜섬웨어(Ransomware)를 통해서 개인정보를 불법으로 취득하고 있다. 이처럼 이메일시스템은 가장 친근하고 편리하지만 동시에 보안의 사각지대에서 운영되고 있는 게 현실이다. 이로 인해 개인정보 유출사고가 발생한다면 기업 및 사회 전체에 큰 피해를 줄 수 있다. 이번 연구는 기업내에서 운영 중인 이메일 시스템에 대한 보안 구성을 강화하여 APT 공격으로부터 안전하게 관리하기 위한 효과적인 방법론을 제시하고자 하였다.

스마트폰은 사용자들에게 편리함을 제공하지만 분실과 악성코로 인한 보안적인 측면에서 문제점을 이슈가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이중 보안 시스템 환경을 이용하여 기존에 사용되어지고 있는 스마트폰 뱅킹 환경에서의 문제점을 해결하고자 한다. 분실 또는 악성코드를 통해 개인정보 유출, 금전적인 피해를 줄이기 위해서는 스마트폰 뱅킹 서비스 환경에서 개인정보의 통제 및 보호가 보장되는 개인인증 방법을 제공할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해서 기존 ID/Password 방식과 더불어 공인인증서와 함께 스마트폰의 자이로센서를 이용한 이중 패스워드 인증 방식을 제안한다.

아이폰, 아이패드, 킨들, PDA 등 휴대용 모바일 디바이스가 일상의 도구로 사용되고 있다. 모바일 환경에서 스마트폰을 중심으로 한 단말기는 개인정보를 보호하거나 침해하는 도구로 활용된다. 따라서 개인정보 및 프라이버시를 보호하기 위한 스마트한 모니터링 기술이 요구된다. 반면 스마트 폰 및 모바일 환경은 다양한 응용기술이 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 플랫폼에서 구현되는 특징이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 프라이버시 신뢰 존을 형성하는 네트워크 구조를 설계하고 이를 CCTV를 중심으로 모니터링 및 모니터링 방지 시스템을 다룬다. 이를 통해 스마트한 모니터링이 가능한 프라이버시 신뢰 존의 정보 제공 및 활용 시스템을 제안한다.

As around the world, ground and underground transportation capacity is reaching its limit, centering on urban areas. As urban traffic becomes congested, time and cost are astronomical, and environmental destruction caused by urban pollution is becoming increasingly serious. As a way to solve this problem, the means of flying over the air are in the spotlight as the next generation of future transportation, and the concept of urban air mobility (UAM, Urban Air Mobility) is defined as systematic planning. The development of an electric-powered vertical take-off (eVTOL) aircraft that obtains electric power through a battery using a personal aerial vehicle (PAV) as a means of transportation has accelerated. As the aircraft development of new technology aircraft in the evtol method is actively carried out, the need to prepare systems such as aircraft certification standards, pilot qualification systems, and qualification management is emerging. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), which lead international standards, announced new special technical conditions and temporary regulations SCVTOL-01, respectively. However, the pilot qualification system for operating the uam aircraft has not yet been clearly announced. Therefore, this paper analyzes the recently announced FAA regulations and EASA regulations to identify differences and directions in perspectives on UAMs and study the existing vertical take-off and landing aircraft (VTOL) pilot qualification system to present directions for qualification classification.

프로파일링 기반 추천 서비스는 이용자 측면에서는 개인에게 특화된 콘텐츠를 쉽게 접근하는 편의를 제공하고, 기업 측면에서는 중요한 수익모델을 제공하고 있다. 이러한 추천 서비스의 효용에도 불구하고, 개인정보 침해 문제, 소비자 선택권 제한 등의 이슈가 대두되고 있어, 프로파일링 추천 서비스에 대한 일정한 규제 움직임이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 하지만 규제 실효성 및 부작용에 대한 면밀한 검토 없이 규제를 도입할 경우, 글로벌 시장에서 국내 기업의 경쟁력 약화라는 우려가 확산되고 있다. 본 연구는 프로파일링 기반 추천 서비스를 제공하는 기업들이 규제 움직임을 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 조사하여 체계적으로 분석하였다.

A new trend has been emerging in recent years, with video game live streaming becoming a meeting ground for gamers, as well as a marketing strategy for game developers. In line with this trend, the emergence of the "Let's Play" culture has significantly changed the manner in which people enjoyed video games. In order to academically explore this new experience, this study seeks to answer the following research questions: (1) Does engaging in video game streaming offer the same feeling as playing the game? (2) If so, what are the factors that affect the feeling of telepresence from viewers' perspective? and (3) How does the feeling of telepresence affect viewers' learning experience of the streamed game? We generated and empirically tested a comprehensive research model based on the telepresence and consumer learning theories. The research findings revealed that the authenticity and pleasantness of the streamer and the interaction of viewers positively affect telepresence, which in turn is positively associated with the gained knowledge and a positive attitude toward the streamed game. Based on the research findings, various practical implications are discussed for game developers as well as platform providers.

This study attempted to demonstrate the role of perceived value and trust in the relationship between mobile banking service quality and use satisfaction. A survey was conducted on customers of Mongolian banks, and an analysis was conducted based on the collected data With the development of the fintech industry, the Internet-based mobile banking market is striving to provide convenient services to consumers. The result led to the introduction of an online-oriented Internet bank that can operate 24 hours a day regardless of time and space. The characteristic of operating only with the Internet has a positive aspect of providing services quickly and conveniently, but at the same time, including concerns about security and personal information leakage. This can make you hesitate to use the service. Therefore, we attempted to find out how the quality of mobile banking service affects the perceived value and satisfaction of using trust. A survey was conducted to verify the contents of the research model and hypothesis. This is to secure data to be used for empirical analysis of research hypotheses. The survey was conducted with 124 consumers in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia. Based on the analysis results, we understood the satisfaction of consumers using mobile banking and suggested ways for consumers to improve their actual satisfaction using mobile banking. Specifically, service quality sensitivity, security, convenience, and design had a positive effect on perceived value or trust, ultimately leading to consumer satisfaction.

Recently, the spread of personal mobility has been rapidly increasing due to the development of environmentally friendly alternative transportation means. In addition, the level of battery technology is also rapidly developing, accelerating the popularization of personal mobility. Such personal mobility has convenience of location transfer, amusement, and high portability compared to other transportation devices. Most personal mobility, however, is made up of small wheels, which cannot overcome obstacles such as rugged roads or obstacles on the road. In this paper, to solve these problems, we tried to devise a device that can easily overcome obstacles by combining wheels with small moving means. The wheel size can be mounted on the front wheel of the small moving means in a protruding manner so that obstacles can be encountered before the front wheels and the safety and ride comfort of the running can be improved.

In recent years, small mobile devices called personal mobility or smart mobility have attracted attention. Personal mobility refers to electric-driven personal transportation that can travel at close range and medium distance, including small electric vehicles, electric bicycles, electric motorcycles and electric scooters. Most of the electric scooters used in Korea are mainly imported from China. This is due to the fact that the price competitiveness of major components of electric scooters is owned in China. At this point, the domestic research direction is preferable for the composition and design of the electric scooter body rather than cost reduction for the components. In this study, we propose a new model of portable folding structure that is easy to use for electric scooters, which are personal vehicles using electric energy. We also made a prototype for practical use.
