인터넷 점포의 의류상품환경에 대한 인식이 쇼핑감정과 점포태도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Apparel Merchandise on Experienced Emotion for Apparel Shopping and Attitude toward the Internet Store)

  • The purpose of this study identifies effect of apparel merchandise characteristics on experienced emotion for apparel shopping and effect of consumer's emotion on attitude toward the internet shop. The data were collected from a sample of 271 internet shopper of university students(male: 82, femaie: 189). They visited the on-line shop for apparel shopping and after searching a casual clothing which they wanted to buy, requested to answer the questionnaire. The covariance structural model and research hypothesis analyzed by using AMOS 4.0 program. The results are as follows: First, the structural model is accepted($X^2$=128.30/d.f.=119/p=0.26, GFI=0.95 ; AGFI=0.93; RMR:0.05: NFI=0.94; PNFI=0.73). Second, apparel merchandise characteristics(price, information, assortment) of the internet shop lead a consumer's positive emotions for apparel shopping. Limited assortment variety of product induce negative emotions. Third, positive and negative emotions that consumer experienced for apparel shopping influence attitude toward the internet shop.

인터넷 쇼핑몰 속성 지각과 후회가 불평 행동과 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Internet Shopping Mall Attributes and Regret on the Complaining Behavior and Repurchase Intentions)

  • This study focused on examining methods for the favorable relationship between internet shopping mall and customers from a point of view that it was necessary for internet fashion market getting faced with keen competition to change its marketing focus from securing new customers to customer retention strategies. Measurement instruments were selected to measure these variables and a questionnaire was made. Data was collected in 491 men and women in their twenties residing in Gwangju city using the questionnaire. The analysis results were summarized as follows: First, in the failure to purchase fashion products in internet shopping mall, as consumer's favorable internet shopping attributes, their possibility of complaining and repurchase intentions became higher, and had negative effect on regret and dissatisfaction. Second, attributions of the result of a failure to purchase fashion products in internet shopping mall were found to increase regret and dissatisfaction. Third, customers experiencing regret and dissatisfaction showed a very high possibility of complaining but their possibility of repurchase intentions had negative affect.

인터넷 게임중독이 불안을 매개로 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향: 중국 하얼빈 지역 남자 대학생을 중심으로 (The Mediating Effect of Anxiety on the Relationship between Internet Game Addiction and Life Satisfaction: Focusing on Male University Students in Harbin, China)

  • The purpose of this study is to review Chinese policy on internet game addiction, and understand the level of internet game addiction, anxiety, and life satisfaction levels, and examine how game addiction affects life satisfaction with anxiety as a medium among male university students in China. In order to achieve the goals of the study, a survey was conducted on 240 male university students in Harbin, China. The research results are as follows. First, the internet game addiction level of male university students was at a relatively low level. Only 2.9% scored over 36 points, the litmus test for the category of clinical criterion, whereas the majority belonged to the general user group. Meanwhile, anxiety was at an intermediate level, along with a relatively high level of life satisfaction. Next, internet game addiction showed a positive correlation with anxiety, and a negative correlation with life satisfaction level. A negative correlation was found between anxiety and life satisfaction level. Lastly, anxiety was found to play a complete mediation role, as a mediator variable between internet game addiction and life satisfaction level. Based on the above results, policy and practical suggestions are proposed to improve the mental health of university students and to prevent and treat game addiction within China.

The moderating role of motivations in problematic use of online gaming: A study of live streaming viewers of Twitch

  • While the Internet continues to integrate with modern lives, the risks of negative outcomes resulting from problematic use (PU) are also increasing. Although psychological well-being and use motivations have been shown to play major roles in Internet PU, understanding the moderating mechanism is critical for advanced knowledge. The present study employed survey data from users of a live video-game streaming service (LVGS) that is an area rarely been studied. Result concluded a positive moderating effect of escapism motive (EM) on the association between loneliness and the PU of LVGS, while the moderating mechanism between EM and stress was not indicated. A moderating effect of information seeking (IS) on the relationship between stress and the PU of LVGS was found negative, but no mechanism between IS and loneliness was indicated. This study highlights how the interplay of different motivation and pathologies may induce or prevent video-game-related addiction.

Economic and Non-economic Determinants of Environmental Sustainability in the Long Run: Evidence from G20 Economies

  • Purpose - This paper analyzes the economic and non-economic factors that contribute to environmental sustainability by reducing CO2 emissions, based on G20 panel data. Design/methodology - We conduct a comparative analysis of advanced and developing economies during 1995-2016. To examine the impact, an environmental Kuznets curve (EKC) model was employed, incorporating additional explanatory variables such as internet use, renewable energy, and services trade. Findings - The empirical findings show the existence of an inverted U-shaped EKC phenomenon between GDP per capita and CO2 emissions in G20 economies, with the turning point at a per capita GDP level of US$ 38,340. Moreover, an inverted U-shape relation exists between internet use and CO2 emissions, with the turning point at a 44% internet use rate. The comparative analysis show that the inverted U-shape curve only exits in advanced economies, with turning points of US$ 42,356 per capita GDP and 27% internet use rate, respectively. Renewable energy and services trade have a greater negative impact on CO2 emissions in advanced economies than in developing economies. Originality/value - Renewable energy and services trade have a greater negative impact on CO2 emissions in advanced economies than in developing economies. Overall, the results suggest the role of internet use, renewable energy and services trade in sustainable development in G20 countries.

인터넷 소비자의 구매지연행동에 영향을 미치는 요인 : 상황적 요인과 지각된 불확실성을 중심으로 (Factors Influencing Internet Consumer's Purchase Delay Behaviors : Focusing on Situational Factors and Perceived Uncertainty)

  • 본 연구는 인터넷 소비자의 구매지연행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 하였고, 인터넷 소비자의 상황적 요인과 지각된 불확실성이 구매지연행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 서울 수도권 지역의 인터넷 소비자를 대상으로 설문조사를 하여 394부의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 전반적 구매지연에는 부정적 경험과 후회회피가 정(+)의 영향요인으로 나타났다. 결제단계 지연에는 시간압박성, 구매변경 가능성, 부정적 경험 및 후회회피가, 장바구니 포기에는 시간압박성과 부정적 경험, 후회회피가 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 전반적인 구매지연과 결제단계 지연에는 정보, 선호 및 심리불확실성이, 장바구니 포기에는 정보 및 심리 불확실성이 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 본 연구는 인터넷 소비자의 구매지연행동의 상황적 요인과 지각된 불확실성을 분석함으로써 인터넷 분야 연구의 이론 확장 및 다양화에 기여하였고, 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 고객관리와 마케팅 전략에 유용한 자료를 제공한 의의가 있다.

중학생의 성별 및 학년에 따른 인터넷 사용·휴대폰 사용·학업성취도와의 관계 (The Relations among Use of Internet and Cellular Phone and Academic Achievement with Middle School Students)

  • While internet and cellular phones are very attractive to adolescents, they cause a lot of problems because of adolescent's addiction to internet and cellular phones. The purpose of this study is to investigate relations among overuse of internet and cellular phone and academic achievement with middle school students according to their sex and grade. For this purpose, the survey consist of 44-item, self-administered paper-and-pencil questionnaire from 444 two middle schools students located in Busan. Also, their academic achievements were used for statistical data processing. As a result, firstly, middle school students did not tend to be so seriously addicted to the internet and cellular phones. The internet was used more by male students and cellular phones by female students, and the more male and female students used the internet, the higher they tended to use the cellular phones. There was a negative correlation between the tendency of internet use and academic achievement, but there were no significant differences between genders. In terms of the tendency of using cellular phones and academic achievement, there were no correlations among male students, but there was a negative correlation in female counterparts. Secondly, in terms of grade, the 2nd-grade students had a higher tendency to use both of them than the 1st- and 3rd-grade counterparts. The tendency of using the internet and cellular phones, in each grade had significantly static correlation and the higher they tended to use the internet, the lower they had academic achievement the 3rd-grade. On the other hand, the tendency of using cellular phones, only 2nd-grade students had low academic achievement.

Constructing Negative Links from Multi-facet of Social Media

  • Various types of social media make the people share their personal experience in different ways. In some social networking sites. Some users post their reviews, some users can support these reviews with comments, and some users just rate the reviews as kind of support or not. Unfortunately, there is rare explicit negative comments towards other reviews. This means if there is a link between two users, it must be positive link. Apparently, the negative link is invisible in these social network. Or in other word, the negative links are redundant to positive links. In this work, we first discuss the feature extraction from social media data and propose new method to compute the distance between each pair of comments or reviews on social media. Then we investigate whether we can predict negative links via regression analysis when only positive links are manifested from social media data. In particular, we provide a principled way to mathematically incorporate multi-facet data in a novel framework, Constructing Negative Links, CsNL to predict negative links for discovering the hidden information. Additionally, we investigate the ways of solution to general negative link predication problems with CsNL and its extension. Experiments are performed on real-world data and results show that negative links is predictable with multi-facet of social media data by the proposed framework CsNL. Essentially, high prediction accuracy suggests that negative links are redundant to positive links. Further experiments are performed to evaluate coefficients on different kernels. The results show that user generated content dominates the prediction performance of CsNL.

도플갱어 브랜드 이미지 효과에 대한 실증적 분석: 인터넷 커뮤니티를 중심으로 (An Empirical Analysis of Doppelgänger Brand Image Effects: Focused on the Internet Community)

  • Recently there have been an increasing number of companies suffering a negative brand image in the major media. Thompson et al. (2006) defined this as "$Doppelg{\ddot{a}}nger$ Brand Image." The images mentioned above have been created and propagated on Internet communities, which are one of the major paths of online spreading. This study will empirically analyze the effect of each $Doppelg{\ddot{a}}nger$ brand image on the customer's brand attitude, using a text-mining method focusing on "A company"'s case. This study will also cover the change in customer brand attitudes related to the company's correspondence in a situation in which the $Doppelg{\ddot{a}}nger$ brand image exists. In addition, the study will determine the presence of a priming effect after the spread of the $Doppelg{\ddot{a}}nger$ brand image. To that end, we collected 974 comments from 94,889 posts and A's official blogs related to A from B community, the largest automobile community site in Korea. Through this investigation, we obtained the following results. First, there was a significant difference in the ratio of negative sentiment of internet community before and after $Doppelg{\ddot{a}}nger$ brand image. Second, with regard to the topic modeling, the ratio of articles including negative topics increased and the other article ratio decreased over time. Finally, we found that there is a priming effect about negative brand image of "A company."

  • 인터넷 보급의 확산과 전자상거래의 활성화 그리고 유ㆍ무선 인터넷의 보급에 따른 악의적인 사이버 공격의 시도가 점점 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해 점차 더 많은 문제가 야기될 것으로 예상된다. 현재 일반적인 인터넷상의 시스템은 악의적인 공격에 적절하게 대응해오지 못하고 있으며, 다른 범용의 시스템들도 기존의 백신 프로그램에 의존하며 그 공격에 대응해오고 있다. 따라서 새로운 침입에 대하여는 대처하기 힘든 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 생체 자율분산시스템의 일부분인 T세포의 positive selection과 negative selection을 이용한 자기/비자기 인식 알고리즘을 제안한다 제안한 알고리즘은 네트워크 환경에서 침입탐지 시스템에 적용하여 기존에 알려진 침입뿐만 아니라 새로운 침입에 대해서도 대처할 수 있다.
