A Design of Call Routing Agent for Multi-Channel (멀티채널 환경에서의 콜 에이전트 설계 및 구현)

  • CRM(Customer Relationship Management) improves the competitiveness of small companies to large enterprises. E-mail, SMS (Short Message Service), telephony service, DM (Direct Mail) are used for customer response in many companies. In order to improve company's profit, business diversification is in progress with protecting the succession of existing customers, and the only of new customers. Futhermore, BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) and BPM (Business Process Management) of the CRM can be easily found in many companies, because it is the first contact point to the company at the customer's view. This paper discusses the development of CRM, and proposes a call object routing agent that is the main engine of the CRM. Result of performance evaluation of proposed method show that the system is effective and powerful enough to use at the multi-channel environment.

  • As computers and networks become popular, distributing information on the Interment is common in our daily life. Also, the explosion of the Internet, of wireless digital communication and data exchange on Internet has rapidly changed the way we connect with other people. But secure mall is gamins popularity abroad and domestically because of their nature of prodding security. That is. it has been used a variety of fields such as general mail and e-mail for advertisement But, As the data transmitted on network can be easily opened or forged with simple operations. Most of existing e-mall system don't have any security on the transmitted information. Thus, security mail system need to provide security including message encryption, content integrity, message origin authentication, and non-repudiation. In this paper, we design implement secure mall system with non-repudiation service and encryption capability to provide services for certification of delivery and certification of content as well as the basic security services.

  • Finance, Securities, banking system provides information through Internet, DM SMS, IVR, E-mail and FAX for customer. Customers can use multi channel. Enterprise requires Host transaction and transparency for DB processing, This paper provides two contributions to the study. First, we discuss Server of Fire insurance (finance, securities and capital, bank system) in Enterprise. Second, we present Real time monitoring system for customer transparency. Finally, we design and implement the proposed system. These techniques can be efficiently supported in CRM(Customer Relationship Management).

  • 유선 인터넷 망의 Mail 서비스에는 POP3(Post Office Protocol 3)규약과 IMAP4 (Internet Message Access Protocol 4)규약을 기반으로 하는 Mail 등이 있다. 무선 인터넷을 이용한 모바일 메일 서비스를 위해서는, POP3 Mail의 경우 전용 모바일 메일 서버를 이용하거나 메일 변환을 거쳐야 하고. Web Mail로 이용되는 IMAP4 메일의 경우에는 원격 파일 서버와 같이 서버 측에 메일이 보관되므로 IMAP4 규약이 없는 모바일 클라이언트로는 모바일 메일 서비스의 이용이 곤란하다. 본 논문에서는 XML 기반의 마크업 언어 변환기를 설계하고. 최근 보편화되고 있는 IMAP4 기반의 Web Mail을 모바일에서 이용할 수 있도록 하는 모바일용 메일 추출 엔진을 구현함으로써, POP3 메일 서비스뿐만 아니라 IMAP4를 기반으로 하는 Web Mail을 모바일 환경에서 이용할 수 있도록 하는 모바일 메일 서비스 방법을 제시하였다.

A Method to Block Spam Mail Automatically Through the Connection to Link URL (링크 유알엘 접속을 통한 스팸메일 자동 차단 방법에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, I developed a method whereby spam mail is automatically blocked through the connection to link URL. The blocking system works as follows. First, the system extracts information of URL linked to electronic mail which was delivered from any server on the internet. Next, the system lets itself be connected to the web pages through this URL. Last, the system blocks the electronic mail if those web pages contain any key word which was defined as a clue to spam mail.

  • Until now, face to face coaching has been applied almost for completing the goal in various field. Face to face coaching is difficult always to reach each other anywhere, anytime due to the availability of internet and mobile devices. Recently, e-coaching is attempted to expend. But current e-coaching is supporting the secondary role for face to face coaching. E-coaching system has many benefits to use advancement technologies in internet. Therefore, the development of e-coaching system based on horizontal relationships between coach and coachee needs to communication anytime and anywhere in Internet. Usually previous online coaching systems have four types of interactions i.e. electronic mail, video chat, text chat, phone call. Most of the e-coaching approaches are easy to access and provide communication synchronous; video chat is an excellent visibility, whereas e-mail is asynchronous and document-centric. In this paper, we design and implement the integration e-coaching system based on synchronous and asynchronous. This system provides the asynchronous coaching offered by way of e-mail, and the synchronous coaching used P2P (Peer to Peer) video chat and text group chat. This system allows simultaneously asynchronous and synchronous coaching, and supports individual and group communication for periodical or informal coaching.

  • 현재 세계적으로 전자적 정보매체중 인터넷의 여러 기술적 방편인 Web, E-Mail, usenet 등을 통한 인터넷 무역이 보편화되어가고 있는 실정이다. 기존의 부가가치통신망(VAN)을 이용한 EDI에서 보다 보편적이며 접근이 용이하면서 개방적인 인터넷 EDI로 대체되고 있다. 인터넷을 이용한 무역계약의 체결은 기존 방식에 비해 신속성, 경제성, 편리성에 있어 뛰어난 장점을 지니고 있어 조만간 많은 이용이 뒤따를 것으로 예견되나 현재 준거법, 문서의 법적효력, 계약의 유효성, 청약의 유인, 계약성립시점 둥의 법적 문제가 해결되어야 할 것으로 여겨진다. 특히 계약성립시점에 관하여 인터넷을 통한 승낙의 의사전달이 대화자간인지, 격지자간인지의 여부가 불투명한 실정이다. 대화자간 법리와 격지자간법리의 구분기준은 발신과 도달의 시간적 동시성을 기준으로 분석하는 것이 보다 합리적일 것으로 여겨진다. 본 연구는 현재 인터넷을 이용한 의사전달 중 가장 많은 이용이 예상되는 E-Mail을 중심으로 기타 인터넷기술을 이용한 의사전달의 효력발생시점에 관한 법리를 분석하고 만일 대화자간의 법리가 적용된다면 문제시될 도달시점에 대해서 논의하는데 그 목적이 있다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통해 살펴보았을 때, 인터넷을 통한 승낙의 의사전달은 대화자간의 법리가 적용되어 영 미법이나 한국, 일본법이 준거법으로 채택된다 하더라도 도달 주의가 지지되어야 하며, 이 경우 도달시점은 E-Mail의 경우 수신측 사용자 컴퓨터가 아닌 수신자가 지정한 수신서버컴퓨터에 기록되는 시점이 되어야 한다는 견해이다.

  • This paper presents a multimedia mail system which transmit and redeive multimedia mailing messges on Intemet.This mail system is an extension of the exsting e-mail system for multimedia uncluding,text,image,MPEG video,and binary data,The MIME(Multipurpose Intert Mail Extensions)format,which is an extension of REF-822 maill format,is used to reprssent multimedia,and SMTP(Simple Mail Transfer Protocol)is utilized as a mail transport prttocol.The IMAP(Intenet Mail Access Protcol)which privides more functions than the widely used POP(Post Office Protocol)is used as a mailbox retrival protocol.The mail client is complemented on a multimedia PC while the server is implemented on a UNIX system.In the mail system, a mail sending program allows a user to attach binary files such as Postscript files and MPEG compressed video,while a receiving program provides direct interface to application programs to play back received multimedia mail messages.

  • With rapidly developing Internet applications, an e-mail has been considered as one of the most popular methods for exchanging information. The e-mail, however, has a serious problem that users ran receive a lot of unwanted e-mails, what we called, spam mails, which cause big problems economically as well as socially. In order to block and filter out the spam mails, many researchers and companies have performed many sorts of research on spam filtering. In general, users of e-mail have different criteria on deciding if an e-mail is spam or not. Furthermore, in e-mail client systems, users do different actions according to a spam mail or not. In this paper, we propose a mail filtering system using such user actions. The proposed system consists of two steps: One is an action inference step to draw user actions from an e-mail and the other is a mail classification step to decide if the e-mail is spam or not. All the two steps use incremental learning, of which an algorithm is IB2 of TiMBL. To evaluate the proposed system, we collect 12,000 mails of 12 persons. The accuracy is $81{\sim}93%$ according to each person. The proposed system outperforms, at about 14% on the average, a system that does not use any information about user actions.

  • 2011년 현재 유무선 인터넷을 이용해 VoIP, e-mail 통신을 하며, 금융거래인 은행거래, 주식거래, 안전결제 서비스를 이용하고 있다. 하지만 유무선 인터넷에서 침해사고가 발생하여 VoIP, e-mail이나 은행거래, 주식거래, 안전결제에 취약점 가능성이 있다. 2011년 3월 개인정보보호법 국회통과로 금융거래에서 개인정보를 보호해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 WiBro 인터넷 금융거래에서 VoIP, e-mail이나 은행거래, 주식거래, 안전결제를 할 때, SecuiScan을 이용하여 취약점을 분석한다. 취약점을 분석한 결과, 발견된 취약점을 이용하여 실험실 환경에서 해킹공격을 실시한다. 해킹결과 분석과 침해사고 유형에 따른 보안성 강화를 위한 보안 대책을 제시한다. 본 논문의 연구는 WiBro 인터넷 금융거래 보안성 강화에 기여할 것이다.
