The Effect of Interactivity on Relationship Quality and Performance in Internet Apparel Product Shopping (인터넷 의류제품 쇼핑 시 기업-소비자 간 상호작용성이 관계의 질과 관계성과에 미치는 영향)

  • Relationship marketing can be one of the most efficient strategies that enable a company to achieve business success in the marketing environment of tough competition and the desire of consumers for diverse products. Using relationship marketing instead of mass marketing can help a company increase profits. For. proper research in relationship marketing, it is indispensable to study interactivity. This study investigates the effects of interactivity on relationship marketing. The results are as follow: The enterprise-consumer interactivity had a significantly positive effect on relationship quality (trust, satisfaction, and commitment). Especially enterprise-consumer interactivity appeared as the most positive effect on satisfaction and customization benefit appeared to be the most positive effect on trust. The enterprise-consumer interactivity had a significantly positive effect on relationship performance (long-term relationship orientation, repurchase intention, and word of mouth). Especially, enterprise-consumer interactivity appeared as the most positive effect on long-term relationship orientation. Internet shopping malls should enhance the interaction between the company and customers with the feedback system to share important information, and maintain a reliable technological environment. The company can deal with customer requirements by supplying proper products and content. The findings of this study provide both industry and academic researchers with a guide to increase customer satisfaction in the relationship marketing process.

Full text search site that do to foodservice company hereupon is operated, it is becoming menu that do not fall in name of ' Eumsikjeomchatgi ' in a representative search site such as Yahoo, Empas, Hanmir and so on. But, is not beam margin battle array that these search engines find data that they want being applied perfectly in site FACE that is use up to now. Also, is looked that there is problem about practical use service and search. Because search effect of site by that investigate consumers' awareness and practical use turkey for foodservice company search site and diagnose present level, it is thing to grope improvement. This research may supply one suggestion point establishing by more effective marketing communication strategy through internet hereafter.

  • It is more important how to maintain and develop the company than starting any business. The matter of trust building in the early stage of start up company is a main cause to make or break business performance. This study analyzes the primary factor to the influence of matter of trust formation in the early stage of starting business at internet shopping mall. Also, We are here concerned with the strategies on the building brand to shopping mall of e-company and the increasing sales. To accomplish the aim of this paper is examined a concept of trust, consumer's purchase behavior and the factor of trust formation from the basis of preceding research, It was found from the result of an hypothesis testing for positive analyze that information quality, web design and shopping convenience influence factors to the initial trust.

  • This study conducted to predict the stock market prices based on the assumption that internet news articles might have an impact and effect on the rise and fall of stock market prices. The internet news articles were tested to evaluate the accuracy by comparing predicted values of the actual stock index and the forecasting models of the companies. This paper collected stock news from the internet, and analyzed and identified the relationship with the stock price index. Since the internet news contents consist mainly of unstructured texts, this study used text mining technique and multiple regression analysis technique to analyze news articles. A company H as a representative automobile manufacturing company was selected, and prediction models for the stock price index of company H was presented. Thus two prediction models for forecasting the upturn and decline of H stock index is derived and presented. Among the two prediction models, the error value of the prediction model (1) is low, and so the prediction performance of the model (1) is relatively better than that of the prediction model (2). As the further research, if the contents of this study are supplemented by real artificial intelligent investment decision system and applied to real investment, more practical research results will be able to be developed.

  • Company A, an embedded system manufacturer, provides its products to Company P which is the parent company of Company A. Both companies learned that they needed to find over 4,000 bugs before market release in order to meet the acceptable quality level. Traditionally, they had utilized time-series line graphs as their common performance measurement tool. These graphs compared accumulated numbers of bugs fixed with accumulated numbers of bugs found. Engineers in Company A had been under pressure to improve the process capacity because the line for bugs fixed was always below than the line for bugs found. By using a newly designed Bipolar diagram, engineers in Company A analyzed the process performance. And they were in a position to be more flexible for internal or inter-companies meeting. Authors explain an empirical study of a graphical and practical performance measurement tools relating to mainly the Bipolar diagram. As a result, the Bipolar diagram provides workload monitoring and performance measurement functions in a given timeframe by using the concepts of Optimum Process Line (or band) and Fair Process Capacity Zone.

  • By the developing of Internet. the environments of the company have rapidly been changed. Especially. managers in the Internet shoppingmall have been try to provide excellent e-Services to their customers. e-Service i~ defined comprised of all interactive services that are delivered on the Internet uSing advanced telecommunications. information, and multimedia technologies. but according to study of e-Satisfy. com[2000]. customer service through internet is still neither effective nor efficient and poor service will impact on company's profit but excellent service can improve their value and quality of the service or product. In order to customer-oriented e-Services. this study suggested the QFD linked with e-Service quality model for the Internet shoppingmall service system. which can help determine design characteristics being relevant to customer's e-Service quality requirements. this hybrid model have two stages. In the first stage. we do measure service quality and find priorities of service quality attribute by purchase process. and in the second stage. on the basis of priority of e-Service quality attributes, we find design characteristics to maximize customer satisfaction. From this study, we provide internet shoppingmall managers with the implications for improvement of service quality, measuring quality of e-service, providing design characteristics for customer-oriented service quality.

  • In the rapidly changing business environments, Internet companies have the characteristics of organizational culture that emphasize the flexible, open and autonomous nature of organizational culture, and are transforming into flexible smart working environment that is independent of time and place. Despite such an Internet business environment, the security management system still fails to reflect the business environment and organizational culture of the Internet company, and the control-focused security management system in the Internet company is facing limitations. Therefore, this study designed and developed Corporate members' autonomy-centered security items that considering the characteristics of the business environment and organizational culture of the Internet company. The results of this study are expected to be used to implement and operate corporate members' autonomy-centered security management system in internet companies with an agile business environment and an autonomous organizational culture.

  • In this paper, we present implemetnations of subcontract management system using intranet. Subcontract management is including the support functions such as process control, official documents exchange, and transmission of subcontract management policy carried out by a big companys subcontract management department. By the use of the developed system, both big company and subcontract company are expected to have benefits from a consistent management of information and a strong access function through the internet. Also, it will reduce time lag ocurred a legacy management between two companies in the past.
