  • With a rapid development of Information Telecommunication technique, network communication environment has been greatly improved. People come to feel more convinient to purchase products through Internet. Accordingly, various kinds of electronic payment systems have been developed and used. In this paper, we propose an algorithm which not only can associate the broker system with an electronic cash user, but also regenerate all amount of money previously paid using technique such as Meta-Message recovery and a RSA Blind Signature based on discrete logarithm problem.

  • This study introduced the new technologies that are expanding the realm of electronic commerce to the Internet and small business. Each of the key components of electronic commerce(contracts, signatures, notaries, payment systems and adult trails)are supported in the new electronic commerce. Electronic commerce is more than just handling purchase transactions and funds transfers over the internet. Despite Electronic commerce's past roots in transactions between large corporations, banks, and other financial institutions, the use of the internet as a way to bring Electronic commerce to the individual consumer has led to shift in viewpoint. Over the past few years, both the press and the business community have increased their focus on Electronic commerce involving the consumer Effective payment system should be established for the internet commerce. In this study, we examined the current development and application of Electronic payment system. Two different payment systems are used and under application. One is IC-card type of payment system which has gained popularity in England, Hong-Kong, and many other countries as a substitution of cash. The other type of payment system is e-cash, which is used more conveniently for the payment through internet. The question of which method is better fitted for the internet commerce should be evaluated in the view of cost and benefit since the associated technology is still under evolution.   • The Internet leads the transformation of the all-over social life with its radical diffusion and development. Moreover, it can be more focussed on the electronic commerce using the Internet - a new type of commerce, which is diffusion and developing. In the paper, we propose an electronic payment protocol with a network-type electronic-cash based on Public Key Infrastructure(PKI). The proposed protocol overcomes the problem of NetBill which deals with only contents and can't ensure anonymity. It also prevents illegal copy and distribution and insures the greatest safety by means of giving a certification number to the digital contents offered on the on-line.

  • The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the present conditions and problems of the Internet Fashion Shopping-Mall, grope for as active plan to the Internet Fashion Shopping-Mall as a strategic method of fashion industry. The fashion industry of Internet Electronic Commerce has good prospect, and I propose the following some strategic plans of Internet Fashion Shopping-Mall. On the basis of my study, as a means of technology supplement, Virtual Reality System, such as 3D System or the newest Electronic Dressing Room System to solve the problem of products'an actual feeling, should be needed for consumers to feel as they really put the clothes on. Second, to offer more diversity programs, such as consumer sensitivity program, additional service, fashion news, life information and so on, are needed for companies to come over again the consumers to connect to the shopping-mall site. And, to build more perfect security terms of payment systems, such as ICash, Disital Cash, Net Check, Internet Insurance and so on, should be introduced for consumers to pay and furnish their personal information. If these technological developments are realized, Internet Fashion Shopping-Mall products will be a great success.

  • Internet portal sites have served customers for more than a decade in Korea. There have been several such sites have survived, succeeded and led the internet industry. What is the source of their competitiveness? We assumed that the network effect, which can vary dynamically, is an important factor; so we tried to build and analyze a system dynamics model on portal sites that represent their advertising business model. This model includes not only the network effect, but also customer's' expectations of the quality of portal sites, which also varies dynamically. As a result of our research, we can state that the network effect is important to stabilize and increase portal sites' quality, market share, income and cash flow. And we know that investment at a level above that which is merely required is necessary to preserve and stabilize their business.

  • With the advent of the internet age and the outbreak of COVID-19, many companies have embraced online trade. However, due to the way the cyber economy works, the number of companies engaged in financial fraud by falsifying their transaction amounts and customer numbers has been gradually increasing. The purpose of this study is to analyze financial fraud of companies in the Internet era and to present solutions. Therefore, this study analyzed the financial fraud behavior of Luckin Coffee in China as an example and studied the causes and countermeasures of financial fraud. As a result, it was found that the cause of financial fraud lies in the opacity of cash flows from online transactions. The recommendations proposed by this study is to improve internal control systems in companies, develop risk management system, and establish comprehensive external supervision system

  • With the growth of e-commerce banks make the best use of internet banking which can provide all sorts of financial services in cyber space and satisfy customers beyond traditional banking services which are cash reserve and loan based on retail. For survival of internet banking high quality of service should be provided to customers. For this, the attributes of service quality in internet banking should be identified first. The studies on scale of service quality in internet banking have been divided into two ways. While traditional way has focused on SERVQUAL, several researchers have developed scale of e-service quality. However, the dimension of e-service quality is applied from the traditional dimension of service quality. In this paper five dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy based on SERVQUAL are used as scale of service quality in internet banking through reviewing previous studies. In addition, because service value is correlated to service quality, the dimensions of service quality can affect e-service value. The positive relationship among e-service value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in online or offline service has been identified by previous studies. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship among service quality, e-service value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in internet banking. SPSS 12.0 is used to test validity and reliability of questionnaire items and correlation of variables and AMOS 4.0 is used to test the hypotheses. The results of this study show that the responsiveness, assurance, and empathy factors of service quality have a positive effect on service value and that the tangible and assurance factors have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. It also shows that e-service value affects positively customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer satisfaction affects positively customer loyalty. Therefore, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, service quality and value of internet banking should be improved through reinforcing customers' trust in internet service quality.

  • The Purpose of this Article is to analyze the special settlement and electronic settlement system in the international trade. First, Factoring is a fast, easy and flexible way to improve a company's cash flow and generate working capital for the company. Factoring can be short-term or part of an ongoing financing program. New companies can benefit as well, since there is no requirement for a long-term credit history. Second, Forfaiting is a method of trade financing that allows exporters to obtain cash and be free of all risks by selling their medium term receivables on a 'without recourse' basis. Forfaiting can be an alternative to export credit or insurance cover, especially for those transactions in which the export credit agency is not open to a particular country and/or bank. Third, The Bolero System is jointly financed by SWIFT(Society for World International Financial Telecommunications) which handles most of the electronic funds transfer for banks, and the Through Transport Mutual Assurance Association(the TT Club), a mutual insurance association most of whose members are drawn from the Multimodal transport industry or transport intermediaries. Fourth, TradeCard is a payment and settlement system that is an alternative to letters of crdeit. That is, TradeCard is a business-to-business e-commerce infrastructure that enables buyers and sellers to conduct and settle international trade transactions securely over the Internet.

  • Recently, there have been some trials to use a TV system as an Internet terminal for easier and more convenient use of Internet. Because a TV Web browser system has a TV display with a set-top box as an execution environment, it has some limits and there are specific requirements. The efficient implementation of the Web browser for TV needs the proxy server that includes HTML conversions for TV environments as well as general cash functions. In order to implement a Web environment on general TV and set-tops, we introduce a distributed structure using a proxy server and propose TV - HTML conversions as an important feature of the proxy server.
