본 연구의 주된 목적은 LDA를 이용하여 국제지적연구의 주제와 연구추세를 확인하는 것이었다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 나는 LDA와 국제지적연구에 관한 선행연구를 검토하였고 이를 기반으로 4 개의 연구 질문을 설정하였다. 이러한 연구 질문에 답을 구하기 위해 나는 FIG Peer Review Journal에 2008년 1월1일 부터 2017년 10월 31일 사이에 발표된 370편의 논문들을 LDA를 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석의 결과 나는 국제지적연구에 12개의 주요 주제가 존재하고 있음을 확인하였다. 그리고 이러한 주제 중에 가장 영향력 있는 주제는 topic 2 (지적정보시스템)로 확인되었으며 또한 topic 5 (토지개발과 토지행정)도 전체 문서에서 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있는 주제로 파악되었다. 이두 주제는 지난 10년 동안 추세선이 매우 활발하게 움직인 가장 인기 있는 주제들로서 앞으로의 지적연구에서도 주도적인 역할을 수행할 것이 틀림없다.

본 연구는 시각장애인을 대상으로 한 음악 연구의 동향을 살펴보기 위해 1998년부터 2017년까지 국내 국제 학술지에 게재된 총 62편의 학술논문을 내용분석 하였다. 발표연대, 학술지 분야, 연구방법, 연구유형, 연구주제, 연령, 장애특성을 분석틀로 하였다. 연구결과, 최근 10년간 국내 외 모두 논문 편수가 급증하였으며, 교육학, 치료학 등 다양한 분야로 확대되는 경향을 보였다. 연구방법에서 국내는 조사연구가 압도적으로 많은 반면, 국외는 질적연구와 실험연구가 고르게 분포하였다. 연구유형과 주제를 살펴보면, 국내는 음악흥미와 적성을 주제로 한 인식 및 현황조사 연구가 다수였으나, 국외는 음악중재, 음악지각 및 인지를 주제로 한 음악의 영향과 경험 연구가 높은 빈도를 나타냈다. 연령은 국내 외 모두 성인과 아동청소년으로 조사되었고 노인 대상은 확인되지 않았다. 장애특성별 빈도에서 전맹, 저시력을 대상으로 한 연구가 많은 반면, 중도나 중복장애는 적었다. 이는 시각장애와 음악에 관한 연구 동향을 설명함으로써 해당 분야 후속연구의 방향을 제안한다는 의의를 갖는다.

Electric motors and drives consume the largest amount of electricity more than 40% of global electricity consumption. In addition, motors, drives and its components are included in the global high-trade products and the main driving source for industrial equipment and house appliances. Thus, International standards and regulations for their safety and efficiency are internationally being discussed and created for the protection of its citizens and energy saving. So, understanding the international standards and the regulation of each country is essential to enhance overseas market and to develop product. In this paper, on the basis of this background, status and trends of international standards and regulations are introduced for safety and efficiency of motors and the drives. Safety and efficiency of the IEC (International Electrotechical Commission) standards are introduced in the emphasis. Also, regulations are studied about the differences and trends in each county.

This study examines the research trends and knowledge structure of international trade studies using topic modeling method, which is one of the main methodologies of text mining. We collected and analyzed English abstracts of 1,868 papers of three Korean major journals in the area of international trade from 2003 to 2019. We used the Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA), an unsupervised machine learning algorithm to extract the latent topics from the large quantity of research abstracts. 20 topics are identified without any prior human judgement. The topics reveal topographical maps of research in international trade and are representative and meaningful in the sense that most of them correspond to previously established sub-topics in trade studies. Then we conducted a regression analysis on the document-topic distributions generated by LDA to identify hot and cold topics. We discovered 2 hot topics(internationalization capacity and performance of export companies, economic effect of trade) and 2 cold topics(exchange rate and current account, trade finance). Trade studies are characterized as a interdisciplinary study of three agendas(i.e. international economy, International Business, trade practice), and 20 topics identified can be grouped into these 3 agendas. From the estimated results of the study, we find that the Korean government's active pursuit of FTA and consequent necessity of capacity building in Korean export firms lie behind the popularity of topic selection by the Korean researchers in the area of int'l trade.

The reluctance of Latin American countries to practice international arbitration is not a new topic in international law. This reluctance historically based on Calvo Doctrine provoked not only the absence of Latin American countries from the major international commercial arbitration conventions, but obsolete national arbitration legislation. Recently, however, these countries have undertaken major steps showing that the region is no longer reluctant to practice international commercial arbitration. Most Latin American countries have ratified the 1958 Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards ("New York Convention"), the 1965 Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes ("Washington Convention") and the 1975 Inter-American Convention on International Commercial Arbitration ("Panama Convention"). The majority of Latin American countries have also modified and adapted their national legislation on arbitration to the UNCITRAL model law. Even judiciary has been following this pro-arbitration. This article will focus on some of these factors provoking the acceptance of international commercial arbitration in Latin America to trace the common trends and characteristics in an attempt to understand better how international arbitration set on its place firmly. For this purpose we selected five countries, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico and Venezuela, to analyse legislations and jurisprudence. Latin America is ready to challenge any obstacles to promote arbitration as alternative methods of judicial resolution. There is an ever-increasing number of international arbitration in Latin America. Both practitioners and judiciary have shown desires to promote the resolution of disputes by arbitration and used the legal instruments to ensure that process interpreting and applying legislations for pro-arbitration. Even there remains Calvo Doctrine's culture in Latin America still now, it should be certain this culture will disappear from the conduct of international arbitration.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the fashion trends of Korean men's golfwears and furnished the researchers of same major with reliable data base. Lately, Korean men were concerned about their appearance rather than social position. Moreover, they tried to express the needs of youthfulness with free lift through clothings. These trend had been showed itself not only development of golfwears, but also change of esthetic tastes of men's golfwears. First of all, the development of men's golfwears was affected by the major three factors out of many various factors. That is, popularization of golf by the international activities of Korean progolfers, appearance of young consumers after IMF and the casualization of the men's formal dress, the making an everyday dress of men's sportswears. The results of analyzing of fashion trends of the men's golfwears is as follow: 1. The characteristics with naturalness, comfort of men's golfwears was manifested casualization trends by the factors of downward tendency of golfer's age, 5-days working, men's biz casual preference, individual ism after IMF. 2. Men's character golfwears was showed by the ageless as a youthfulness expression, the Sportism as an international trend, 2002 world cup, etc. 3. All of golfwears have to be functional characteristics because the golf is an active sports spending long time in golf course. Unconstruction style was an important fashion trends of men's golfwears by using functional materials to meet the needs of consumers. 4. The men's clothing was deviated from a fixed idea called masculine after IMF. Moreover, this trend was increased by the appearance of lovely man, genderlessness and had an effect on men's golfwears. Consequently. men's golfwears was showed feminization characteristics as a feminine, sensitive style. In the future, Korean men will try to express their character and thought freely through golfwears, men's golfwears will be continued ‘beyond the golf course’ image reflecting in the future fashion trends.

Due to recent upsurge in international marriages, the socio-cultural adaptation, the reinforcement of family stability, and the social integration support of marriage-based immigrant family have been the major social issues. This paper tries to show the current status of marriage-based immigrants and their children nation-wide. Specifically, it analyzes the statistical trends in international marriages, traits of marriage-based immigrants and their children, their attitudes towards child raising and education, and presents policy measures to enhance their life quality.

Recent telecommunication technology trends have made possible the concept of Intelligent Network, which is expected to lead to additional revenues for both telecommunication administers as well as business service customers. In this paper international Korea Telecommunication Network configuration with special services are described and introducing the Intelligent Network Services into the international Korea Telecommunication Network in a phased manner is studied considering of interworking between international and domestic Intelligent Network services.

정보의 체계적인 조직과 연계를 통해 검색의 정확률과 재현율을 제고하기 위해서는 전거레코드의 구축이 필수적이다. 특히, 저작의 집중과 탐색을 위한 기반으로서 전거레코드는 도서관 뿐 아니라 박물관, 기록관, 미술관 등 그 적용 범위가 더욱 확대되는 추세에 있다. 그러나 우리 도서관계에서는 지난 1999년에 KORMARC- 전거통제용을 제정한 이래, 국제적인 목록 환경과 국내 도서관계의 요구를 수용하면서 이에 대한 지속적인 관리와 개정작업을 수행하지 못하고 있다. 그 결과, 국내 도서관계에서 전거레코드를 구축하고 있는 도서관은 손에 꼽을 정도로 소수에 불과하며, 이러한 전거레코드의 부재는 검색의 효율을 저해하는 주요 원인으로 지목되고 있다. 이에 이 연구에서는 전거제어와 관련한 국제적인 목록 동향과 이러한 동향을 대폭 수용하여 개정한 MARC21을 상세히 분석한 다음, 우리 도서관계에 적용할 KORMARC - 전거통제용의 개정(안)을 제안하였다. 개정(안)의 도출을 위해 이 연구에서는 문헌조사, 국내 도서관 및 VIAF의 전거레코드 분석, 도서관 실무진과의 집단면접 등의 방법을 활용하였다.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to identify recent domestic and international research trends regarding shoes carried out in biomechanics field and to suggest the direction of shoe research later. Method: To achieve this goal of research, the Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed, Korea Education and Research Information Service and Korean Citation Index were searched to identify trends in 64 domestic and international research. Also, classified into the interaction of the human body, usability evaluation of functional shoes, smart shoe development research, and suggested the following are the suggestions for future research directions. Conclusion: A study for the coordination of muscle activity, control of motion and prevention of injury should be sought by developing shoes of eco-friendly materials, and scientific evidence such as physical aspects, materials, floor shapes and friction should be supported. Second, a study on elite athletes in various sports is needed based on functional shoes using new materials to improve their performance along with cooperation in muscle activities and prevention of injury. Third, various information and energy production are possible in real time through human behavioral information, and the application of Human Machine Interface (HMI) technology through shoe-sensor-human interaction should be explored.
