The problem of trend change in the failure rate is great interest in the reliability and survival analysis. In this paper we develop a test statistic for testing whether or not the failure rate changes its trend using random censored data. The asymptotic normality of the test statistic is established. The efficiency values of loss due to censoring are discussed.

Purpose - Internet-based e-commerce is rapidly developing and applied, and e-commerce through Internet technology overcomes the time and space constraints of existing business exchanges and facilitates multinational transactions.At the same time, disputes over e-commerce are increasing.In order to solve these disputes, clear laws should be regulated and regulated. Design/methodology/approach - This paper first studies the development and trend of E-commerce, then studies the legal provisions of CISG, and then combines them to analyze and draw a conclusion. Findings - Since its enactment in 1980, the CISG has been one of the most influential international commercial laws to date, with 95 States parties. It is a very important international agreement and norm that helps maintain and facilitate the settlement of international trade disputes and coordination of international merchandise sales activities. However, CISG, which is most widely used in traditional trade, faces many challenges due to the nature of E-commerce, but after studying the development and trend of E-commerce and the legal provisions of E-commerce, we conclude that CISG can be applied to E-commerce. Research implications or Originality - All the international conventions are the fruit of the efforts of the people, CISG, as one of the most important unitary laws of international trade, can be said to be representative.The analysis of CISG's legal provisions should be combined with the current international e-commerce trade form, so that CISG can be reasonably applied to modern trade disputes.

ISO/TC46은 ISO 전문위원회 중에서도 가장 오래되었으며, 특히 도서관, 도큐멘테이션 및 정보센터, 색인 및 초록서비스, 문서기록, 정보학 및 출판 등과 관련된 표준화 활동을 하고 있다. 그 산하에는 모두 SC4, SC8, SC9, SC11의 4개 분과위원회가 있으며, 이들의 최근 활동을 분석함으로써 '정보와 도큐멘테이션'에 대한 국제표준화 흐름을 개략적으로 살펴보았다. 그리고 이 가운데 특히 SC9의 정보식별을 위한 표준화활동과 관련하여 ISBN, ISSN, ISMN, ISRN, ISRC, ISAN, ISWC, ISTC 등 8개의 국제표준번호들의 특성과 식별체계를 비교 분석한 후 <표 1>에 나타내었으며, 이들 번호간에 상호 관련성을 <그림 1>에 제시하였다. 또한 국제표준번호제도에 있어 전자자료에 대한 번호부여, 구성부분에 대한 번호부여, 작품에 대한 번호부여 등의 문제점과 전망에 대해 논급하였다.

In order to provide more systematic approach to analyze fabric trends and to develop fabrics accordingly, ecology fabric trend from 1986 to 2005 was analyzed related with fabric trend themes and fabric attributes. The result shows that in the 1980s, natural theme appeared, followed by primitive theme and imitated natural theme until the mid 1990s. From the late 1990s to the early 2000s, new natural theme appeared, followed by eco-friendly theme, and then recycling theme. In the natural theme, 'clean' was the most important fabric attribute and 'textured' and 'worn' were important fabric attributes in the primitive theme. In the imitated natural theme, 'wet' fabric attribute was preferred. In the new natural theme, 'lightweight' were preferred. The results of this study empirically demonstrated that abstract and ambiguous trend terms can be interpreted with a physical, substantial, and feasible attributes that fabric practitioners can easily understand.

This article surveys the fashion forecasting industry in Korean domestic markets. With the rise of new media and devices with high technology, the paradigm of fashion trends forecasting systems has dramatically changed. New perspectives of trend forecasting are required to understand the trend flow and consumer behavior of the MZ generation. The research questions are as follows: 1) Major trend forecasting companies studied the development of their strategies and new forecasting methods. 2) The consumers' needs in the domestic market were analyzed. The influence of the trend companies' forecasting on the market was investigated. The results are as follows: 1) International trend forecasting significantly affected the domestic market. The concordance rate between consumers' online searches about fashion trends was approximately 70.14%. The match rate by category is as follows: The highest rate, 85.06% is from pattern and print, color is 83.92%, the item is 80.39%, and style is 54.32%. 2) Specialized information such as the Pantone color chart is being widely consumed, leading to a trend among the masses. 3) The Korean-specific socio-cultural background has an impact on domestic trends.

The purpose of this study is to come up with ways that cooperate between on-line game design and fashion design by analyzing trend color and on-line game character's costume color in on-line game. As for the research methodology, First, on-line games were selected with reference to www.ranky.com. Second, 2009 SS trend color palettes suggested by Copenhagen International Fashion Fair was used as a criterion of fashion trend. Third, on-line game character's costume colors were analyzed in relation to the degree of reflection of trend and the game character's type. The results are as follows. Each on-line game character costume's colors were made in accordance with typical character types. But we can find a one-to-one correspondence between fashion trend colors and game character costume's colors. That's because both trends and character types are the results of the continuing interactions between human-beings and societies. In comparison with fashion trend colors, game character costume colors are partly raw and inharmonious. Therefore, it is necessary to apply fashion trend color in game character costume design for enhancing competitiveness in the world market.

공항의 안정적인 운영을 위하여 승객의 단기예측은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 인천공항의 출입국자 예측을 위하여 출입국자의 대부분을 차지하는 한국인과 중국인의 출국자의 예측 모델링을 수행하였다. 예측 모델링 정확도 향상을 위해 네이버와 바이두 검색 트렌드 데이터를 활용하였다. 출국자 수들과 관련 검색 트렌드 데이터 간 Granger Causality 테스트를 수행하여 상관관계가 있음을 확인하였다. "출국자 수" 단독으로 예측하는 것보다 "출국자 수"와 "검색어 트렌드" 자료를 합하여 예측하는 것이 정확도가 향상됨을 알 수 있었다. 이는 검색이 어떤 일을 수행하기 전에 하는 행위이기 때문이고, 검색 트렌드 데이터 내에 태생적으로 예측 기재가 존재함을 본 연구를 통하여 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 중국의 성(省)별 소득불균형의 추이를 살펴보고 패널 데이터 분석방법을 이용하여 지역별 소득불균형에 대한 세계화의 영향을 추정하였다. 실증분석을 위한 패널 자료는 중국의 지역별 소득불균형이 크게 확대되기 시작한 1990년부터 자료가 이용 가능한 2007년까지 중국의 29개 성별 자료를 이용하였다. 1990년대 중국의 성간 불균형은 크게 확대되는 추세를 보였으며, 2000년 이후 불균형 정도는 서서히 약화되는 것으로 나타났다. 중국을 대상으로 한 실증분석 결과는 성의 국제무역 규모 수준뿐만 아니라 전체 성들의 평균에 대한 비율 모두 중국의 성별 소득 불균형에 중요한 영향을 미치는 변수임을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 국제무역의 성장은 성간 소득불균형을 확대시킬 수 있음을 의미한다. 한편 중국의 각 성들은 넒은 영역을 포함하므로 각각의 성들 내에서도 도시와 농촌지역간 불균형이 지역간 소득불균형의 중요한 원인이 될 수 있다. 그러므로 지역간 균형발전을 위한 중앙정부의 서부대개발정책과 병행하여 소도시들에 대한 다양한 개발정책들이 필요함을 시사한다.

본 논문은 해외의 예술경영 학술연구의 동향을 언어네트워크분석을 통하여 연구한 것이다. 본 연구는 예술경영 분야의 대표적 국제 전문학술지인 「International Journal of Arts Management」에 수록된 185편의 논문 초록에 게재된 357개의 주제어를 대상으로 분석을 시도하였다. 시간적 범위는 최근 연구 동향 분석을 위해 2008년부터 2017년까지로 설정하였다. 분석결과에 따르면 첫째, 빈도수가 가장 높은 주제어는 '박물관/미술관'이었다. 그리고 '공연예술'과 '예술' 또한 빈도수 20회 이상을 기록한 상위 그룹이었다. 그 뒤를 이어 '영화산업'과 '연극'에 대한 연구들이 많았다. 이런 예술 장르에 관련된 연구외에도 '소비자행동'과 '시장전략' 등 경영에 관련된 주제어들도 상위 그룹에 포함되어 있다. 둘째, 연도별 연구 동향을 보면 지난 10년 동안 매년 평균 53개의 주제어와 19개의 논문이 개재되고 있는데 국제적으로 예술경영연구가 꾸준하게 수행되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 분석대상 주제어 중 '박물관/미술관'은 빈도수가 가장 높은데, 지난 10년 간 지속적인 연구 소재가 되어져 왔고, '공연예술'도 지속적인 관심 주제어인 것을 볼 수 있다. '영화산업', '연극 그리고 '문화'는 10년 동안 간헐적인 연구 대상이었으며, '화랑'은 2011년까지 언급이 없다가 2012년부터는 꾸준히 언급되어져 왔음을 알 수 있었다. 전반적으로 해외의 예술경영연구 흐름을 살펴보면 대중문 화나 문화산업보다는 2000년대 후반에는 순수예술 쪽이 강세를 보이다가 시간이 흐를수록 주제들이 다양해지며 예술경영에 대한 연구들 또한 다양해지고 있음을 유추해 볼 수 있다. 셋째, 주제어별 연결빈도에서는 34회의 연결빈도를 보여준 '예술'과 '공연예술'이 가장 높은 연결 빈도를 기록하였다. 넷째, 주제어들 간의 밀도는 0.039로 주제어들 간 밀도 수치는 높지 않은 편이었다. 다섯째, 중심성분석에 따르면 '예술', '박물관/미술관', '공연예술', '연극' 그리고 '브랜드' 등이 중심에 위치하며 중심성이 높은 것을 보여주었다.
