규제는 법률에 근거하여 시행됨이 원칙이나 그렇지 않은 경우도 많고, 이렇게 법적 구속력은 없으나 규제기능을 하는 그림자규제는 정부 뿐만 아니라 민간에 의해서도 시행될 수 있다. 본고는 인터넷상 저작권보호에 관한 미국, EU 및 영국의 그림자규제에 대해 살펴보고 우리에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다. 자율규제의 경우 저작권 침해행위를 가려내기 위한 필터링 기술 확보 및 적용을 위한 기술적, 재정적 문제 해결, 필터링 과정에서 합법적인 표현의 자유를 침해할 가능성 차단, 저작권 침해 의심행위에 대해 부과되는 제재조치의 적절성 보장, 인터넷 업계와 저작권자간 협의과정에 인터넷 사용자의 참여 또는 감시 보장, 정부의 역할 및 책임 명확화 등을 고려해야 할 것이다.

현재 제정 중에 있는 한국전기규정(KEC)은 국제전기표준인 IEC를 기반으로 제정 중에 있으며, 이에 따라 과거의 기준과 다른 IEC 기반의 전선 굵기, 차단용량, 접지방법 등을 적용할 수 있게 되었다. 그중에서 전선의 굵기와 차단기의 차단용량과 관련된 사항은 이미 국내 기술기준에 반영되어 적용되고 있다. 그러나 접지방법 및 체계에 대한 사항은 아직도 적용을 위해 충분하게 논의되지 않은 상태이다. 따라서 IEC를 기반으로 시설된 전기설비의 검증방안을 모색하여 KEC의 조기정착 및 전기설비안전을 확보하고자 한다.

본 연구는 외국의 환경규제 수준과 한국의 수출 사이의 관계에 대한 실증분석으로서, 82국가에 대한 2001년 수출자료를 이용하였으며 중력모형을 기본모형으로 하여 회귀분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 전체산업에 대하여 환경규제가 수출에 미치는 효과를 분석한 결과 환경규제가 강한 나라일수록 우리나라의 수출이 증가하고 있다. 둘째, 환경오염산업으로 분류된 17개 산업에 대하여 개별적으로 분석한 결과, 대체로 환경규제변수의 영향이 존재하지만 개별 산업에 따라 그 영향의 정도는 다르며 전체적으로는 매우 큰 영향이 있다고 보기는 힘들다.

This paper aims to find a reasonable solvency margin system in non-life insurance industry and also to evaluate the appropriateness of the current solvency margin regulation system in Korea. The current solvency margin system in Korea, based on EU's solvency margin model, was introduced during the 1997 financial crisis. The solvency requirement is not based on non-life insurer's risk, but simply on written premiums. The current solvency margin for general insurance, such as fire, marine, and automobile insurance, is determined by the greater between a premium-based amount and a claim-based amount, where the premium-based solvency margin is calculated by multiplying the net written premium for the preceding year by the premium based solvency margin ratio. Also, the amount of solvency margin for long term insurance is set at 4% of the policy reserve of the long term insurance. Still, there exist many differences between the current solvency margin regulation system in Korea and EU's model. This paper focuses on the rationality of the solvency margin regulation system, and compares the current system in Korea with EU's model and the RBC(Risk Based Capital) system in U.S. and Japan. Finally, this paper suggests a more specific and reasonable solvency margin system to be developed in Korea.

The main purpose of the article is to study the features of the impact of social and digital changes on the system of government regulation of banking acitivity. The digital economy sets the vector along which socio-economic systems of micro-, meso-, macro-levels will develop in the long term, which necessitates research and a comprehensive analysis of digital transformation processes. Once a priority for individual innovative companies, today digital transformation has become a mass phenomenon, and the corresponding projects are vital for the success of not only individual companies, but also regions and countries. At the same time, this transformation itself is closely connected with the trend of servicing socio-economic systems and is largely implemented on its basis. Moreover, this relationship and the mechanism for its implementation remain insufficiently studied, which necessitates the development of tools for its identification, assessment and management. As a result of the analysis, the key aspects of the impact of social and digital changes on the system of state regulation of banking activities were identified.

This study is a cross-sectional research study that analyzed the relationship between emotional regulation behavior and knowledge related to dementia among various age groups in order to collect basic data to reveal the relationship between the characteristics of emotional regulation of dementia patients before dementia and the symptoms of rapid emotional change after dementia. Data collection was from March 1 to March 20, 2024, and a total of 223 people were voluntarily participating in the study from their 20s to 70s. The collected data were t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and regression analysis using sps 18.0. The analysis showed that people who normally act pretentiously were not related to dementia-related knowledge, but those who act honestly had an impact on dementia-related content knowledge (t=14.808, p<0.01), treatment knowledge of dementia (t=7.916, p<0.01), and knowledge of nursing dementia (t=12.453, p<0.01) under a statistical significance level. And it was found that the inner behavior of emotional regulation behavior had an effect on dementia knowledge at 49.8%, the effect on treatment knowledge was 22.1%, and the effect on nursing knowledge was 41.2%. (p<0.01). Based on the results of this study, we propose a continuous study on how emotional behavior before dementia is related to rapid emotional change behavior after dementia disease.

연구목적: 본 연구의 핵심 문제는 국내 발파 작업에 대한 구체적인 소음규제 기준이 없다는 점이다. 현재 국내의 발파작업 소음규제 기준이 별도로 제정되지 않고 일일생활소음 기준인 70데시벨에 10데시벨 보정하여 80데시벨의 소음규제 기준을 갖고 있다. 대조적으로 많은 외국에서는 발파작업에 특별히 맞춰진 별도의 소음규제 기준을 갖고 있다. 이에 국내외 발파작업 소음규제 기준을 비교하여 국제적인 합리적 발파소음 기준을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법: 국내외 소음규제 기준을 비교 분석한 것으로 유추할 수 있다. 현행 국내의 발파작업시 소음규제 기준과 미국, 영국, 호주, 일본 및 중국 등의 발파작업시 소음규제 기준에 관한 데이터 수집 및 분석을 한다. 연구결과: 국내 건설현장의 발파작업시 소음규제 값은 별도로 제정되지 않아 발파소음의 특정, 특성에 적절하게 맞춰져 있지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 해외의 경우 발파작업시 소음규제 값에 대해 생활소음 규정 등을 일률적으로 적용하는 것은 보다 안전하고 효율적이며 친환경적인 발파공법을 적용할 수 있도록 현실적인 소음규제 값을 제정 하였다. 결론: 국내외 비교 연구한 내용과 같이 합리적인 발파작업시 소음규제 값을 제정하여 발파안전 기준을 잘 준수하여 효율적이며 경제적이고 친환경적인 발파공법의 도입을 방해하지 않고 널리 채택되기를 바란다.

In this paper, we examined trends and regulations of the global medical equipment industry through literature search. The medical equipment industry is attracting attention as a new growth engine in the Fourth Industrial revolution. However, the medical device industry is a highly competitive field due to product diversity, short product life cycle and technological advances. In addition, Medical equipment are related to human health and safety. Therefore, it can only be exported if it is approved by national or international standards. Therefore, from the development stage of the product, the medical equipment should designate the country to be exported and develop a medical equipment that meets the requirements for licensing the medical equipment in the country. Therefore, In this paper, In this paper, we will present the practical considerations of the medical equipment exporting company by examining the global medical equipment market trends and the regulations related to medical equipment in major countries.

The study identifies the importance of informational and legislative support in ensuring gender equality. It determines the relevance of gender inequality, the main problem, which is confirmed by research and statistical information. The study aims to determine the methods of collecting information and legal regulation of gender issues and the possibility of solving them by public authorities. The main methods of gathering information are census surveys, questionnaires, surveys on public service websites, work with local communities, surveys in nursing homes and orphanages, special survey programs, and election polls. The paper considers the legal regulation of gender inequalities at the international, state, local and organizational levels. According to the analysis of the problem of gender inequality, it is established that the problem is practically eliminated in many developed countries, while countries with low incomes face gender inequality constantly.
