Wireless community networks (WCNs) are considered another form of ownership of internet protocol (IP) networks, where community members manage and own every piece of equipment in a decentralized way, and routing for traffic is done in a cooperative manner. However, the current routing protocols for WCNs suffer from stability and scalability issues. In this paper, an enhanced routing protocol is proposed based on the optimized link state routing (OLSR) protocol to meet the standards of efficiency in terms of stability and scalability. The proposed routing protocol is enhanced through two phases: multicasting expansion and multipoint relay (MPR) selection based on an analytical hierarchical process (AHP). The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed routing protocol outperforms the OLSR protocol in terms of network control overhead and packet delivery ratio by 18% and 1% respectively.

본 연구는 성공적인 국제회의로 평가받고 있는 2010년 서울 G20 정상회의, 2012년 서울 핵안보정상회의 등 국제회의 개최사례를 중심으로 의전경호체계의 현황 및 문제점을 분석하고 그 개선방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 도출한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국제회의 지원법규의 정립이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 '국제회의산업 육성에 관한 법률'에 대한 국가차원 주무부처 정립, 국제회의 지원법규의 체계에 대한 조정, 국제회의 지원조직의 일관성 유지 등이 수반되어야 한다. 둘째, 경호안전체계 관련법규 소관부처 간 이해 조정이 필요하다. 국제회의 의전경호와 밀접한 관련이 있는 경호안전체계 관련 다수 법규 간의 충돌 가능성 해소가 필요하다. 셋째, 국제회의 의전경호체계 확립을 위한 정부합동 의전편람 제작이 필요하다. 행정부, 입법부 등에 산재하여 다소 국지적이고, 일관성이 없는 의전관련 주요지침(편람)을 정부합동 의전편람 제작을 통해 국제회의 의전체계 확립을 도모해야 할 것이다. 넷째, PCO의 전문역량 배양 및 강화가 필요하다. "분야별로 PCO를 선정, 활용하여 차세대 유망 산업으로 기대되는 국제 컨벤션 대행 산업의 기반을 육성하고 해당 분야의 인력을 양성한다"는 정부 방침이 충분히 달성할 수 있도록 다양한 분야의 PCO를 발굴하여 국가 차원의 지원을 병행해야 할 것이다.

The environmental problems such as global climate change, global waming, ozone depletion, environmental pollution have been caused by the rapid economic growth, increasing in use of fossil fuels for industrialization and scientific technology development. Especially human activities are significantly altering the atomosphere's composition and its radiative properties. To Stabilize greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere at a level that would prevent dangerous anthropogenic interference with the climate system, the international community adopted the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change in 1992 and Kyoto protocol in 1997. Also to protect ozone layer the international community adopted the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer in 1985, and the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer in 1987. To achieve global environmental objectives, some multilateral environmental agreements includes trade regulation. For example, Montreal Protocol includes the provisions to regulate the world trade of the sudstances which might destroy ozone layer. However Kyoto Protocol has no provisions to regulate trade and is not in force yet. Although there is no trade regulation article in Kyoto Protocol, the international world trade will be influenced by limitation and reduction of CO2 and strengthening the CO2 emission standard for import good. For example Korean car industy agreed with EU to reduce CO2 emission from new passenger car and Korean Semiconductor industry agreed with WSC(World Semiconductor Council) to reduce PFCs in 1999.

운송장비의 국제담보권에 관한 협약 및 항공기 장비에 특유한 사안에 관한 운송장비의 국제담보권 협약 의정서가 UNIDROIT 및 ICAO의 공동 후원 하에 케이프타운에서 개최된 외교회의에서 2001년 11월 16일 채택되었다. 케이프타운 협약 및 의정서는 2006년 3월 1일 발효되었다. 케이프 타운 협약 및 의정서는 국제등록에 의하여 지지 될 항공기 장비의 저당, 소유권유보 및 리스 담보권의 설정, 완성 및 우선권에 관한 국제 법적 제도를 규정하고 있다. 이 논문의 목적은 케이프타운 협약 및 의정서의 목적 및 원칙을 설명하고, 케이프타운 협약 및 의정서상 항공기 장비의 국제담보권 및 그들의 보호를 위한 국제등록에 관한 조항들을 검토하고, 그리고 한국의 케이프타운 협약 및 의정서 가입상의 문제점에 관하여 논의하는 것이다. 이 논문의 예상되는 결과로는, 효과적 방식으로 고가 또는 특히 경제적 중요성이 있는 항공기 장비의 취득 및 이용의 금융을 촉진하고, 매년 매우 많은 금액의 금융비용을 절약하는데 기여할 것이며, 또한 항공기 장비의 국제담보권이 전세계적으로 인정되고 보호 될 것이다.

The existing Europe Standard, EN 50159 with respect of safety of railway signalling communication protocol has been changed into International Standard, IEC 62280. This Standard presents the requirement for safe communication between safety-related devices which connects with transmission system, there are both closed and open transmission system. Regardless of this international Standards, the communication protocol for interface between CTC communication server and external facilities has been standardized several years ago in our country, so this is applied to integrated CTC system in KORAIL. Two Standards are currently standardized as a protocol between CTC and external facilities, these standard protocols are also required high level safety as a communication link which is transmitted vital control information in common with the train control system. For that reason, we have made analysis of requirement for the safe transmission required by international standard. Under this analysis, we have studied safety features of communication protocol applying to our standard. In other words, we have researched that how many the requirement from international standard for safe transmission is reflected in domestic standard protocol, and also whether our standard makes sure of safety enough or not.

E-Health allows you to supersede the central patient wireless healthcare system. Wireless Body Sensor Network (WBSN) is the first phase of the e-Health system. In this paper, we aim to understand e-Health architecture and configuration, and attempt to minimize energy consumption and latency in transmission routing protocols during restrictive latency in data delivery of WBSN phase. The goal is to concentrate on polling protocol to improve and optimize the routing time interval and schedule communication to reduce energy utilization. In this research, two types of network models routing protocols are proposed - elemental and clustering. The elemental model improves efficiency by using a polling protocol, and the clustering model is the extension of the elemental model that Destruct Supervised Decision Tree (DSDT) algorithm has been proposed to solve the time interval conflict transmission. The simulation study verifies that the proposed models deliver better performance than the existing BSN protocol for WBSN.

There are two standards currently compete for the dominance of IP telephony architecture. Those are H.323 protocol suit by International Telecommunication Union Sector T(ITU-T) and Session Initiation Protocol/Session Description Protocol(SIP/SDP) by International Engineering Task Force(IETF). This paper has been studied a adaption VoIP in home networking, Especially SIP-based call screening service in home gateway. And then this paper has designed SIP-based call screening service in home gateway working protocol, verified them.
