Purpose: Prior studies rarely investigated the effects of the Word of Mouse (WoM) information on consumers' motivation and willingness to purchase a product. Furthermore, few scholars have studied how word-of-mouth information works and they fail to find consistent results. Research design, data and methodology: This study uses a multivariate regression model to investigate the influence of WoM on consumer attitudes and consumer decision-making. It categorizes the quality of WoM into source level and acceptance level, to analyze its influence from a new perspective. A total of 400 surveys were completed, resulting in 336 usable questionnaires for analysis. It was collected in 14 cities from all regions in China. This study constructs a theoretical model of WoM influence on consumers' purchase willingness based on a systematic review of the related literature on WoM quality, perceived value, customer trust, and consumers' purchase willingness. Results: Empirical results reveal that the Internet WoM (consumer's source level and acceptance level) indirectly affects consumer behavior by influencing consumer attitudes. Conclusions: This study provides practical significance and value for merchants to develop better WoM marketing and to establish the reliability of WoM websites. Companies should consider online WoM from the perspective of consumers, thereby improving existing marketing strategies.

Sustainable development has been the key concept, both in economic policies and in environmental management. On the basis of an systems ecology perspective, this suggests the sustainable development of Korea\`s natural environment and economic activity using the EMERGY evaluation. The total EMERGY use(7,730E20sej/yr) in Korea is 81 percent from imported sources, fuels and goods and services. The ratio of outside investment to attracting natural resources is already large, like other industrialized countries. Continued availability of purchased inputs at a favorable balance of EMERGY trade, currently about 2.85 to 1 net EMERGY, tis the basis for present economic activity and must decrease as the net EMERGY of purchased inputs including fossil fuels goes down. EMERGY yield ratio and environmental loading ratio were 1.23 and 20.30, respectively. The population level is already in excess of carrying capacity. Its carrying capacity for steady state on its renewable sources is only 2.2 million people, compared to 45.9 million in 1977. EMERGY sustainability index is therefore less than one, which is indicative of highly developed consumer oriented economies. Until now the development of a country has been achieved by the economic growth, but it can be sustained in the long run by the use of renewable resource systems. the efficiency of energy usage, and the transformation of the social-economic structure based on an ecological-recycling concept.

And they earn a large income by trade Every kind environmental resource in an international commercial transaction. Especially, the study that a reliability assessment method to prevent to reliability problem to be happened when the solder lead(lead-free solder), non-cd component, non-bromide component(without the polybrominated biphenyls(PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDE))and hexavalent chromium(Cr VI) clearance component and mercury-free applied to electronic equipment is progressed. As the result of the study for applying of a reliability assessment technique of lead-free solder that recognized the most of urgent problem at the company, combination accelerated life test could taken by adding and appling the part of a humidity acceleration part to Eyring Model which is proposed by R.E.Thomas. The reliability assessment methods study of PWB clean environmental materials is expected to respond to a reliability elevation and environmental material regulation policy spreading all over the world by beginning form Europe.

This study deals with an important but ignored topic in previous IS research, so called trustee issue. The purpose of this study is to compare the influencing strengths of trust types on the customers' intention to adopt IT services. The research results showed that the influences of the customers' self-trust and the trust in mobile channel on the customers' intention to adopt mobile banking are statistically significant. However, unlike the results of previous research, it was revealed that the customers' trust in vendors is statistically insignificant in mobile banking services.

In the era of so-called knowledge-based economy, the creation and utilization of IT and new knowledge are recognized as core factors to enforce IT industry and to increase national competitiveness. Advanced countries, therefore, have heavily invested their resources on IT sector and introduced competition into the telecommunication market. ASEAN countries are trying to make themselves informationized society through IT market liberalization and industry development. They are investing lots of resources to construct IT infrastructure such as wired and wireless network and consider informationized society promotion as top national agenda. In this effort, Korea is a benchmarking model for them. Successful entering into ASEAN market requires close analysis and correct understanding of its IT policy and infrastructure. In this paper, therefore, tried to analyse IT policy and infrastructure of three ASEAN countries, which have high potential of economic cooperation in IT with Korea. And based on the analysis, tried to find out ways to enter into ASEAN.

The exposure of food to ionizing radiation has been recognized as a safe and effective mode of food preservation in more than 55 countries. The benefits include eradication of insect pests, inactivation of food pathogens, extension of shelf-life, and improvement in food hygiene. Regulatory authorities around the world have emphasized the implementation of various national and international regulations to facilitate trade and development of consumers' confidence in purchasing irradiated foods. Therefore, the need for reliable irradiation detection methods has increased to enforce these regulations. At present, a number of promising analytical approaches have been developed and evaluated. Moreover, about 10 European Standards have been adopted as General CODEX Alimentarius methods for the detection of irradiated foodstuffs. However, most of these methods demand relatively expensive equipment and prolonged sample preparation. Therefore, simple and cost-effective approaches would be advantageous for rapid screening of foodstuffs. The suspected samples need to be analyzed further with more validated techniques to confirm the screening results. In this review, existing screening methods (i.e. physical, chemical, and biological) for the identification of irradiated foods have been outlined along with their principles, scopes and limitations.

EPCglobal 네트워크란 EPC(Electronic Product Code)와 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) 기술을 바탕으로 제품에 식별번호를 부여하고 정보를 저장할 수 있는 공간을 네트워크로 연동하여 공급자, 수요자, 소비가 제품에 관련된 정보를 알 수 있게 해주는 시스템을 말한다. 또한 EPCglobal 네트워크 아키텍처 프레임워크(EPCglobal network architecture framework)는 EPC를 사용하여 공급과 유통망 강화라는 업체간의 공동 목표를 위한 서비스하는 것이다. EPCglobal 네트워크 아키텍처 중 EPCIS(EPC Information System) 수집 애플리케이션, EPCIS 접근 애플리케이션에서 이벤트 정의 시 공통적인 의사소통을 위한 표준 어휘 정의가 필수적이며, 그 어휘 종류에는 표준 어휘(standard vocabulary)와 사용자어휘(user vocabulary)가 있다. 이 논문은 이 가운데 EPCglobal 네트워크 아키텍처의 표준 어휘 정의에 초점을 두고, 사용자 어휘는 부분적으로 정의하고자 한다. 따라서 이 논문은 EPCglobal 네트워크 프레임 아키텍처의 이벤트 정의 시 사용될 표준 어휘를 제안하고, XML 구현을 통해 실제 사용 가능한 환경을 제공할 것이다.

The continuing pace of technological change and the trend toward larger and faster ships is evident as shipping lines compete in seeking economies of scale in the global market and ports. become increasingly reliant on sophisticated equipment. Across the Asia and Pacific region some of the worlds most modern container ships are calling at an extensive network of mainline and feeder ports. This paper shows that during the period from 1999 to 2011, Asian container trade is expected to continue to increase more rapidly than the world average, i.e., 7.2 per cent per annum compared with the world average of 6.3 per cent. It is forecast that the total volumes of international containers handled at the ports in Asia and the Pacific will increase at an average growth rate of 7,2 per cent per annum. In order to handle the anticipated port container traffic in 2011, new container berths are required in nearly every country in the Asia and the Pacific region. This will entail very significant capital investment requirements. If countries in the UNESCAP region are to position their ports to meet the challenges of the next decade, there is an urgent need to implement more robust strategies to address important issues including prioritisation of port development projects, promotion of private sector participation in ports, emphasis on productivity and preparation for intermodal integration and logistics growth.

Purpose: As moment-based marketing messages (i.e., messages related to current moments or event), companies put significant investments to distribute TV advertising related to external moments in a retail environment. While the literature offers strong support for the value of distributions of context-based messaging to advertisers, less attention has been given to how to design those messages to effectively communicate across channels. This research adds a new dimension of analysis to the study of advertising context and its cross-channel effects on online consumer behavior. Research Design, Data and Methodology: A system-of-equations Tobit regression model was adopted using data collected from an advertising agency that consists of 1,223 TV ads aired during the Rio Olympics and NCAA, tagging from consumers, and a text analysis. Results: First, TV ads with high centrality of context lead to lower online search behavior and higher online social actions. Second, how brands can design messages more effectively was explored by using product information as a moderator that could improve the impact of context-based TV advertisements. Conclusions: Given that expenses in traditional channels are still one of the biggest channel management decisions, it is critical to understand how consumer engagement varies by design of context-based TV advertising.
