본 논문에서는 자율 주행 자동차의 연구 방향을 결정하기 위한 기관별 개인별 논문 분석을 통한 계량정보 분석을 검토한다. 기관별 개인별 논문 수 분석, 수준 분석, 국제협력연구 네트워크 분석, 핵심 기관과 개인의 Q-L분포를 이용하여 자율 주행 자동차의 연구 동향을 확인한다.

본 연구에서는 사회연결망 분석 기법을 활용해 무역 분야 연구의 동향과 지식구조를 입체적으로 파악했다. 이를 위해 2003년부터 2019년까지 국제통상연구, 무역학회지, Journal of Korea Trade의 3개 학술지에 수록된 1797개의 논문에서 4840개의 주제어를 추출해 분석을 실시했다. 분석 결과, 무역 연구의 주제어 분포는 다른 지적 네트워크와 마찬가지로 뚜렷한 멱함수 분포를 나타냈다. 학술지에 따라 상위 주제어에 다소의 차이가 나타났는데, Total Factor Productivity, Economic Growth, Korea-US FTA는 국제통상연구에서만 상위에 랭크됐다. Global Value Chain, Trust는 2011~2019년 기간에 새롭게 연구자들의 관심을 끈 주제어로 부상한 것으로 나타났다. E-Trade, WTO, Internationalization은 관심도가 근년에 올수록 줄어들었다. 기존 무역 분야 연구동향 분석은 서술적 방법에 의한 질적 분석이 대종을 이뤘으나, 본 연구는 사회 연결망 분석 기법을 활용한 양적 분석이라는 점에 의미가 있다.

An article is devoted to developing the concept of inter-territorial collaboration in the context of strengthening its economic security. This concept is based on the study of international experience and successful OTG functioning in Ukraine. The idea includes directions, forms, tools, procedures, and financial sources for joint projects that strengthen territorial associations' economic security. The research consists of assessing the state of economic development of territorial communities and forms of their cooperation with other territorial communities. Analysis, synthesis, induction, and deduction are the main methods of scientific knowledge used to summarize statistical information, normative and legal support, and global experience of cooperation of territorial communities. The study results include the main areas of cooperation of territorial communities in Ukraine, including long-term collaboration. The study also contains successful examples of collaboration between different territorial communities, applying practical aspects and tools to form effective interaction. The main points of discussion concern various forms of interaction between territorial communities, which allow achieving the economic goal more quickly and effectively.

This study based on TAM and D&M model to examine the Kuwaiti employee performance using the electronic document and records management system (EDRMS) in the Ministry of social affairs and labor. Additionally, this study has proposed the moderating effect of work cooperation on employee performance Data of 345 employees were collected from Ministry of social affairs and labor in Kuwait. Smart PLS 3.0 was used to analyze the data. Results indicated that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive influence on employee performance. However, findings do not support the relationship between system usage and user satisfaction. Additionally, the results show that there is a significant positive moderating effect of work cooperation. This research provides strong evidence for defining the key factors affecting system usage but also in view of its limits. It should be evaluated. Not all the factors affecting the intentions of end-users to use EDRMS have been fully covered. There are major variables, for example, facilitating state and perceived compatibility are important factors that can be covered in future research. This research is an addition to the current literature and the first attempt in this area to the best of authors' knowledge.

The cooperation among industry, academy and government is the main factor for world leading trade country. In particular, many papers and research is greatly helpful for finding the needs of industry and establishing strategies. Academic activities have significantly contributed the development of trade. In recent time, the approach based on complexity, convergence and consilience in increasing in academic fields for more mutual understanding and exchange of ideas. For this reason, joint research is necessary in trade. In this research, author can find not only the trend of joint research but also the centrality of trade researchers in the excellent journals in Korea by use of Social Network Analysis.

본 논문의 연구목적은 우리 정부가 추진하는 EU권과의 국제기술협력 중 주를 이루는 EU FP과 EUREKA에 대한 정책적 함의를 찾는 것에 있다. 본 논문은 총 5장으로 되어있다. 제 2장에서는 EU 국제기술협력 현황에 대해서 살펴보았다. 이어서 제 3장에서는 EU권 국제기술협력을 위한 정책적 함의를 위한 이론적 배경을 제시하였다. 여기에 토대를 이루는 이론으로는 네트워크와 거래비용이론이다. 제 4장에서는 연구방법을 그리고 제 5장에서는 우리정부의 EU권 국제기술협력 정책 사례를 통하여 제 3장에서 개발된 이론적으로 정립하는 것을 시도하였다. 이어서 제 6장에서는 결론 및 시사점을 도출하였다.

This paper explores the hub-and-spoke system as the structure of the global economic network that presents obstacles for international cooperation. With its exclusive jurisdiction and control over the hub, a powerful state can employ coercive economic measures to compel and deter unwanted behavior of rogue states and even its allies. Against this backdrop, this study analyzes the cases of the US blocking access to its market by Chinese Huawei as well as the case of Japan in restricting trade for highly advanced goods to South Korea. This analysis reveals that both measures are forms of secondary boycotts, which affect not only the entities within their jurisdiction but also others located in third countries. In addition, this paper extends its findings to free trade agreements and offers implications on the outward processing scheme for the Gaeseong Industrial Complex in the KORUS FTA and the Korea-China FTA. These events result in a gray-risk for South Korea, a country that aims to resolve North Korea's denuclearization and inter-Korean economic cooperation.

Developing into information oriented society, dependency on network systems increases gradually in the area of economy, society and so on. Under that circumstance, temporary stop or damage of integrity of network system may have a strong impact on economic activities and overall society. Recently, threat of cyber terrorism, organized hostile action to government or industry through network, is increasing. Because of the features of network, it is not sufficient only a nation's countermeasure against Cyber terrorism, so international cooperation is needed. We review the status of countermeasure against cyber terrorism and examine several considerations for policy establishment.
