The objective of this paper is to identify the problems of Korean inland transportation system and suggest the improvement plan for reducing the export logistics cost. The results are as follows: (1) Expansion of logistics hub facilities : Logistics hub facilities- integrated freight terminal and ICD, etc. can shorten the empty leg and reduce the logistics cost. (2) Design for CVO(Commercial Vehicle Operations) : CVO has various functions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of freight transportation. (3) Rationalization of freight transportation industry : In particular, the deregulation of the motor freight industry and the privatization of the railway industry induce the competition among their firms and undercut the transportation rates in the long run. (4) Use of third-party logistics : The benefits of TPL are system reliability, improved customer service, and more efficient cost performance.

The object of this thesis is to evaluate performance of Industry Complex of Rural Areas Policy and to suggest solutions to solve problems of the policy and development plans for Industry Complex of Rural Areas in Korea. The Industry Complex of Rural Areas Policy has contributed to increase of income and growth of industries in farming areas. Since business environment has been changing rapidly and competition has been getting fierce, Korean small business in rural are as need to develop new strategies to strengthen their competitiveness. Therefore, this thesis will suggest public programs to support for development of Korean small businesses in rural areas. The suggestions are as below 1) plans to form funds to provide financial aid to small business in rural areas. Specific plans to raise funds for public programs that would be executed by National Industry Complex of Rural Areas Association are included. 2) plans to improve abilities of SBCs to develop technologies 3) plans to establish marketing channels for SBCs in rural areas. 4) plans to create systems to promote restructuring in Industry Complex of Rural Area.

Korean firms have had a short history of foreign direct investment and export in China market entry. This present study empirically analyzed determinants of the choice of foreign market entry modes, Particularly forcusing on the China market entry on Korean manufacture firms. This study developed a research model to determinant factor in the China market entry and collected 77 survey responses from the Korean manufacture firms. This study model construct in the third factor, China market character, company character and product character. In China market character, the variance are China trade barrier, culture different, competition power. The variance in company character are internationalization experience, enterprise rage and entry motivation. Also the variance in product character are product different, customer service and cost advantage. It is researcher's main interest that which type of China market entry format brought most positive evaluation form the Korean manufacture firms. therefor, these research results turned out to be different a little both export and direct investment in China market of Korean manufacture firms.

Currently, container transport services play a substantial role in global cargo transportation, by serving as an intermodal between exporter and importer. Container shipping has become increasingly important over the past few decades, due to obvious advantages. However, Vietnam's container market has shown severely ongoing competition among numerous domestic and foreign shipping lines, resulting in serious consequences occurring such as freight rates substantially decreasing within the last 10 years. Vietnam's sea lanes have become more defensive, to cover losses of shipping companies. Selection of criteria for competitive evaluation of container transport companies is necessary, to facilitate addressing the problems within the enterprise, especially relating to its position in the market and from here, business management can implement strategic plans and reasonable policy, to survive and grow.

A technology for inevitable integration as well as an ability of development of technology according to professional fields is needed and supported for securing technology in the era of international competition. In other words, advanced business technique and technology applied for streamlining of management are required and the relations between operations and systems could be clarified. This paper reviews the course for development of process used in the systems engineering and business administration and tries to seek the way of training professionals in a variety of fields for elevating domestic technologies in different fields to the international level. Particularly, it tries to get the way of overcome the present technical restriction that depends on imports through matching a hazard analysis method with the method above mentioned. Especially, it tries to present the way of contributing to securing software safety on the basis of the importance of development of process model that takes the life cycle into consideration.

As the development of information and globalization of world economy enters new condition, the stake of every nation's makes more complwx, and multilateral negotiation lead by WTO is seriously delayed. But the number of agreement about FTA increase exponentially. In this study we aim to consider whether Korean FTA affects the relation of the trade of Korea and Japan or not, especially Automobile industry. The composition of this paper is as follows. Chap. 1 is Introduction. In Chap. 2, we consider the change of the Trade Policy of Korea focusing in FTA. In Chap. 3, we consider how Korean FTA affect the structure of Japan's Trade, especially the automobile industry of Korea and Japan. In Chap. 4, we have conclusion. As the conclusion, the impact to the automobile industry of Korea and Japan is that Korean FTA works to Korean automobile industry advantageously in micro level, but in macro level, the competition of world automobile industry move into a next generation technology market.

This paper selects length of berth, area of yard, unloading capacity and number of berth as the input indexes, and cargo turnover as output index to research the source of turnover growth of 22 main ports in Korea. We gains the following results: in general, the trade ports in Korea are the stage of expansion period, the sources of turnover growth depends on the growth of factor inputs and could not be supported by TFP and technical progress. Especially in the west and east coast, TFP and technical progress is the block to the turnover growth. Four major factors to the increase of TFP are following: competition between ports, reform of property system, harbor-hinterland economic and international trade, modeling, imitation and innovation in management, technology and system.

The purpose of the research is to explore the development of Beijing fashion industry in the wave of the world-wide creative industries. Two methods are used in this study: discourse analysis and case study. As a form of modern economy, creative industries are the core of originality and intellectual property. It works to develop and use knowledge resource to produce endless new products and new markets, thereby promoting economic and social development. Beijing local garment enterprises should base on the Government's policies and support, creative talent and high technology to cultivate the local fashion brands with the international competition to achieve the clothing industrial upgrading and the building of Beijing as the world-wide fashion capital.

Korea's IT's firms activities have been vigorous more than ever, since the implementation of " Special law on the nurturing IT firms" in 1990. It is widely acknowledged that Chinese economy becomes a center of world economy and takes up a considerable portion of the trade in Northeastern Asia. Due to the investment and the logistics modernization strategy of Chinese government, recognizing the importance of logistics, the competitiveness of Chinese major ports is tending upward rapidly. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the competitiveness of Chinese major ports in order to develop the logistics strategy of Korea by cooperating or competing with Chinese ports. In this study, we analyzed the competitiveness of 10 major Chinese ports with Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA). Through the analysis, we could investigate the efficiency of 10 major Chinese ports and figure out the trend of the efficiency within recent 10 years. In order for Korea to achieve the national strategic goal, becoming a logistics hub in East Asia, it is obvious to understand the competitiveness of Chinese major ports which are major competitor and strategic partner at the same time. This study will be useful to understand the competitiveness of Chinese ports and to develop a logistics hub strategy of Korea.
