As the standards organization under ISO responsible for the development of all international financial services standards, ISO/TC 68 plays a key role in the development and adoption of new technologies in the banking, brokerage and insurance industries. In this paper many of its current work projects are introduced for developing ecommerce standards. We need to discuss the recommendations on XML conversion with ISO and other international standard organizations. Each country try to adopt the international standards even though domestic technical standards and barriers. To solve this problem of interworking between these standards, harmonization activities are nedded. For development and distribution of electronic documents to be conformed to international standards, it is enough to have the role of international activities continue to supply part of the domestic industry and the trends in participation and international standard.Our principal focus is on facilitating national and international trade, through the simplification and harmonization of processes, procedures and information flows, and so contributing to the growth of global commerce.

정보통신환경에서 사용되는 정보통신기기간의 상호접속은 표준 규격을 적합하게 구현했는가에 따라 좌우된다. 국내에서도 최근 정보통신 기기간의 상호운용성의 중요도가 한층 커지고 있다. 최근에는 상호 호환성이 있는 정보의 소통을 위해 정보기술(information technology) 및 전기통신(telecommunication) 분야의 표준화 요구가 실질적으로 대두되기 시작하여 이에 대한 연구가 ISO(International Organization for Standardization)와 CCITT(International Telegraph and Telephone Consultative Committee)를 중심으로 활발하게 추진되고 있다. 블루투스도 이들 국제표준기구에서 제정 권고된 표준을 기반으로 블루투스 제품들을 상호 접속하여 호환성 있게 운용하기 위하여 블루투스 SIG(Special Interest Group)에서 블루투스 제품에 대한 적합성시험을 실시하고 있다. ISO(the International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies, from some 120 countries. The technical work of ISO is highly decentralized, carried out in a hierarchy of some 2,700 technical committees(TC), sub-committees(SC) and working groups(WG). The results of the ISO work are published as International Standards. In this paper, main fields of work at the ISO/TC43/SCI are described.

Manufacturing Message Specification(MMS) was sewed as an International Standard by International Standardization Organization(ISO). MMS is being accepted throughout the world as a solution to communications among multi vendor factory floor environments. This paper describes an implementation of MMS which operates on Application Layer of Open Systems Interconnection(OSI) 7 layer model. MMS was implemented on MSDOS in apersonal computer environment.

The internet is enabling a new economy based on the networking of human knowledge. While the benefits of connecting people to people, people to information and people to data within an organization are becoming more recognized and appreciated, much less is known about managing knowledge creation and dissemination across corporate boundaries. This paper addresses the challenges associated with selecting the best collaborative strategy and managing relationships which span organizational cultures and boundaries.

Quality in agriculture statistics at the international level is very important to all countries in the world. We investigate international organizations which produce worldwide agricultural statistics. The UN-FAO is one of the most important organization in agricultural statistics fields. We first introduce the Statistics division in FAO and present some considerations like production, reliability, quality of the agriculture data from my own experience as a consultant in FAO and Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in Korea.

With the opening of the KTX and establishing the KORAIL(Korea Railroad Corporation) in January 2005, KORAIL would like to go aboard to oversea railway market. The purpose of this study suggests how to facilitate and manage international marketing method such as 3C's analysis on KORAIL oversea railway development business. This study findings suggest both KORAIL change integrated international organization and KORAIL should have strategic alliance with other special railway-fields korean companies to deal with oversea E&M turn-key projects.

The number of women seafarers around the world is 2%, and about 30% of women in the shipping industry. International organizations are making efforts in various ways to advance women in the maritime industry. This study provides recent information about the International Maritime Organization(IMO)'s new programme as IMO focuses on women in maritime during 2019, under the World Maritime Day theme "Empowering Women in the Maritime Community".
