Features and Tendencies of the Digital Marketing Use in the Activation of the International Business Activity

  • The study highlights the features and trends of digital marketing for international business. To achieve these goals, the authors used a systematic approach that allows a comprehensive approach to the object of study, as well as used general and specific methods of scientific knowledge on the application of digital marketing for international business. The dynamics of the number of users of social networks in the world is analyzed, which allowed us to conclude about the steady trend of increasing the number of users of the Internet and social networks, as well as the time spent by users on social networks. The study of the dynamics of the number of users of social networks provides increased efficiency in the use of digital marketing tools to enhance international business. The most effective digital marketing tools for international business, including artificial intelligence, conversational marketing, chatbots, personalization, video marketing, live shopping, social media stories, interactive content, omnic marketing, augmented reality and technology immersion, native advertising, green marketing and mobile commerce.

Exploratory Study on Consumer's Hedonic Value for Retail Advertising and Marketing Plans: Based on In-depth Interview on Consumer's Shopping Experience

  • Going shopping would be a very reasoned and well-planned activity, however, at the same time, it would not. People may go shopping just for fun and as their leisure. The motivations for going shopping and their experiences cannot be fully explained with the economic utility or the information-processing model. Thus, this study explored the hedonic aspect of the experiences of shopping as an alternative explanation to consumers' motivations of shopping and discussed retail advertising and marketing plans. An in-depth interview was conducted to obtain a better understanding about hedonic value, and it was found that hedonic value affects a consumer's shopping experience and that understanding consumers' motivations for shopping and establishing competitive advertising and marketing plans is important in drawing more consumers. Strategic implications for establishing further retail advertising and marketing plans obtained from the findings were also suggested.

중소기업 수출마케팅 지원 플랫폼(Platform)에 관한 탐색적 연구 - 조기 수출성과 창출을 위한 마케팅 플랫폼과 활용 사례 - (A Study on The Supporting-Platform of International Marketing for SME's early export performance)

  • 최근 우리나라 중소기업의 수출기여도가 점점 약화되고 있는데 이에 대한 개선책을 수출마케팅 플랫폼 측면에서 제시하였다. 보유자원과 전문 인력이 취약한 한국 중소기업들은 수출에 있어 정부 등 지원기관의 수출지원 프로그램에 대한 의존도가 비교적 높으므로 프로그램의 운용시스템은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 수출지원프로그램의 운용측면에서의 개선점과 중소기업의 수출성과 창출을 위한 '수출마케팅 지원플랫폼'을 제안하였으며, 이 플랫폼을 적용하여 일선 중소기업을 1년간 지원한 사례와 성과를 소개한 연구이다. 본 플랫폼은 기업이 수출을 시작한 후 조기에 수출성과를 낼 수 있는 마케팅 방법론과 활동(activity) 그리고 프로세스에 초점을 맞추었으며, 국제마케팅 역량 강화에 도움이 되는 수출지원 프로그램들의 조합(combination)과 운영방안에 주안점을 둔 개념적 모형이다. 본 모형을 활용하면 중소기업은 저비용으로 비교적 짧은 기간 내에 수출성과를 낼 수 있다. 지원기관의 입장에서도 기존의 단조로운 수출지원 시스템에서 벗어나 제품의 특성에 따라 다양한 수출지원 프로그램을 소화할 수 있는 탄력적인 지원 플랫폼을 확보함으로서 수출지원의 효과를 배가시킬 수 있다. 본 연구 결과는 정부를 비롯한 수출지원기관들이 중소기업의 해외마케팅을 효과적으로 지원하는 '통합수출지원 플랫폼'으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • The article defines the problems of forming the models of government regulation of clustering, marketing management and labor market in the context of globalization, business bankruptcy risk and services market development. The clustering models based on the optimal partner network cooperation were proposed in order to ensure the strategic development of territories, to attract budget leading enterprises and to support small businesses. A descriptive model of government regulation of clustering, marketing management and labor market in the context of globalization, business bankruptcy risk and Covid-19 was determined.

  • The main purpose of the study is to determine the features of the functioning of the university as a part of the state structure in the context of marketing management n the context of storing information technologies. Students were obtained due to the following theoretical methods: systems of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison, classification, generalization and systematization, idealization and abstraction. It is advisable to study the essence and nature of educational services, as well as the role of education in economic development, relying on the methodology of institutional theory, the theory of stakeholders, which makes it possible to assess the contribution of education to the harmonization of public and individual interests, the formation of appropriate structures and subjects of development, ensuring the building of intellectual potential and quality of life. The specificity of the functioning of the university as a part of the state structure in terms of managing marketing activities was characterized.

복합운송주선업의 마케팅활동이 거래유형에 따라 대하주 거래관계의 지속성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of MTO's Marketing Activity Factors on Relationship Continuity under Transactional Types)

  • 본 연구는 국제물류시장에서 활동하고 있는 복합운송주선업체가 기존 고객과 지속적인 거래관계를 유지하기 위해 어떤 요인이 중요한지 규명하기 위하여 관계마케팅의 개념과 도구를 적용하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 고객과 지속적인 관계 지향적인 활동요인으로서 고객과 접촉강도(contact identity with customer), 상호개방성(two-way communication), 협력적 의도(cooperative intention)는 거래관계의 지속성(relationship continuity)에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 추가로 구매방식(온라인/오프라인 의존도)과 서비스의 형태(표준과 맞춤형)의 상황별 분석에 있어서는 서비스의 형태별로는 거래의 지속성에 차이가 없었으나, 구매방식별로는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나 오프라인 거래방식보다 온라인 거래방식 의존도가 높은 경우 거래관계의 지속성을 확보하는데 필요한 별도의 마케팅 전략을 수립하여 실행에 옮길 필요성을 제기하였다. 아울러 복합운송주선업체가 관계마케팅을 활용하는데 따른 시사점과 향후 연구 과제를 제시하였다.

  • South Korea has spend billions planing for entertainment contents development, exporting contents, developing strategies for overseas marketing. But one piece of the plan may be missing: The ability of corporations to continue to provide vital services. Over the years, a number of studies have examined korean waves and have reached the same conclusion: starting a activity without reasonable strategies tends to have effects on merchandising, income, image, etc. For the purpose of analysis, this study has adopted SWOT matrix, Japan's market, for instance, is mixed by variation factors-opportunities, threats, strengths, weakness. Fortunately, Because Japan's market, the most world's cultural contents, has an environmental condition of advanced level, If Our en-contents have a high level, through localization and strategic alliance, the marketing strategies for japan' market will do a good chance of success.

Network Analysis on Communication of Welfare Policy Using Twitter Data

  • This main purpose of the study is to identify social network of communicators sharing information on Bokjiro for publicizing welfare policy. This study employs NodeXL pro to understand networks and their role in the social network. The data for social network analysis was collected from Twitter for a week. The result of the analysis shows that the social network of communicators on Bokjiro does not have many nodes. It also has an independent network with high possibility of information distortion. Little communicators have controlling power in information flow in one way of communication. According to the result, it is not effective for marketing strategy of welfare policy in providing online information through Bokjiro. The study suggests that the government should use the transactional approach to marketing based on agent-oriented activity focusing on the exchange relationship between information providers and demanders in an age of networked intelligence.

  • The article considers the peculiarities of developing a marketing strategy for the adaptation of small businesses to quarantine restrictions in the field of commercial entrepreneurship. The importance of reformatting the existing marketing strategy in connection with the change of key conditions of trade activity with the introduction of quarantine restrictions due to the covid19 virus epidemic is substantiated. Quarantine restrictions and the temporary introduction of lockdown in various countries around the world, including Ukraine, have not only caused a crisis for small businesses. But they became a shock therapy and accelerated the digitalization of retail. Trends in digitalization and development of digital infrastructure allow both to adapt the structures of commercial entrepreneurship to the current conditions, and set directions for development in the long run. Particular attention in the article is paid to changing the business model and automation of sales processes based on the introduction of vending. The preconditions and existing experience of vending in Ukraine are analyzed. An outline of the business model of the project for the sale of goods through vending machines has been developed.

기술개발·네트워크 역량과 경영성과간 관계에서 국제마케팅 활동의 매개적 역할에 관한 연구 (A Study on Mediating Effect of International Marketing Activity between R&D and Network Capabilities and Performance of Korean INNOBIZs)

  • 본 연구는 국제화를 추구하는 한국 기술혁신형 중소기업(INNOBIZs)의 기술개발 역량, 네트워크 역량 및 국제마케팅 활동 간의 관계와 이들이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 기존의 연구에서 기술개발 역량, 네트워크 역량 및 국제마케팅 활동이 경영성과에 직접적으로 영향을 미친다고 보고 있지만, INNOBIZs를 대상으로 이들 변수 간에 잠재되어 있는 구체적인 인과관계에 대한 파악하고자 하는 연구는 많지 않았다. 최근 글로벌 경쟁환경이 복잡해지고 소비자의 욕구가 다양화에 따라 기업이 뛰어난 제품을 개발하더라도 마케팅 활동과 통합되지 않거나, 기업이 구축한 네트워크를 마케팅 활동에 활용하지 않으면 기업이 원하는 최대의 성과를 기대할 수 없을 것이다. 본 연구의 공분산구조분석결과, 기술개발 역량과 마케팅 활동은 경영성과에 직접적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었지만 네트워크 역량은 경영성과에 직접적인 영향관계가 없었던 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기술개발 역량과 네트워크 역량이 마케팅 활동을 매개하여 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향으로 나타났는데, 특히 네트워크 역량과 경영성과 사이의 직접적인 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 기업간 구축되어 있는 네트워크를 국제마케팅 활동에 활용할 때 성과에 영향을 미치는 것을 이론적, 실무적으로 시사한다고 하겠다.
