Background : Mutual understanding between North and South Korea is essential for the engagement of Inter-Korean exchange and cooperation. However, the two Koreas have been divided for 70 years where Korean evolved differently within the two countries. This created a gap in the most basic foundation for mutual understanding, language. Fostering exchange and cooperation in the traditional medicine field requires a higher understanding of the specialized traditional medicine terminologies. Objectives : The purpose of this study is to formulate a future management plan for the "Comparative Terminology of Korean Medicine in South and North Korea," providing a foundation for standardizing Korean medicine terminology of the two Koreas. Methods : The study collected case studies of Korean medicine terminology management and standardization from government and international organization websites and documents. It provided future terminology management strategies based on this data. Results : The project for the standardization of Korean medicine terminology between North and South Korea can be divided into 4 stages according to the level of exchange and cooperation. The first step is to "establish a foundation for terminology standardization." The second step is "term comparison." If the exchanges and cooperation between North and South Korea, the third step will be to promote the "terminology standardization" project through Inter-Korean dialogue. Finally, after incorporating discussion on terminology standardization, the Inter-Korean Medicine Terminology can be published. Conclusions : This requires a system to support and facilitate Inter-Korean medicine exchange and cooperation. It is important to provide a support system that can provide results in a timely fashion by training relevant experts, collecting data and information, communicating with experts in the industry, academia and research institutes. This system will be able to ensure the continuity of the terminology standardization project.

With starting of the WTO system, the environments of international trade and commerce met new aspects of affairs such as lowering of trade barriers among nations and bittering of competition among companies that transcend nation's border. In these changing environments of international trade and commerce, to accomplish high rates of export growth, it is necessary that the government and private companies have to establish new international trade and commerce policies and effective counter plans. In relation to these situations, to cultivate international trade and commerce specialist constantly who can be adapted to the situation of the times, the persons concerned with international trade and commerce education of the university must be considering the change of environments, and analyze the problems and pursue the change constantly to fulfill the needs of the society. Therefore, in this study, we investigated the changing features of the educational environments for international trade and commerce in Korea, and suggested improvement direction of education of international trade and commerce of university. We suggest that following; firstly, development of the link major, secondly, development of standardized curriculum, thirdly, enlargement of cooperation with foreign countrie's universities, and fourthly, activation of the trade incubator project.

For the assessment of the performance and safety of a deep underground radioactive repository system, the thermal, hydraulic, mechanical, and chemical behaviors and their coupling should be studied. In order to analyze the THMC coupling behavior more effectively, which requires complex mathematical models and modelling techniques, DECOVALEX international cooperation project was launched in 1992. Since its beginning, four major stages of the project were successfully completed and THMC modelling techniques for various conditions could be developed. In this study, the current status and major achievements from the project were reviewed and possible benefits of the participation to the project were discussed.

An embedded motion controller supporting the PLC programming environment based on the IEC 61131-3 International Standard Language was developed in this paper. In this developed motion controller, the CoDeSys, one of the IEC61131-3 development tools, was embedded in order to support that of PLC as well as the development environment of the PC, and the various function blocks based on PLCopen standard for motion control such as the linear and circular interpolation control were implemented. Moreover, the ethernet based remote control on real-time operating system and the motion simulator for a motion programmer were implemented.

University-industry cooperation is indispensable for a short-term problem solving, as well as sustainable growth in the economy of the Republic of Korea. In order to embody and implement that, the government has run a variety of financial assistance programs and policies for the promotion of the cooperation for the last 10 years, and Korea Sanhak Foundation has made progress in academic and research development support, creative personnel training and scholarships, International Support and other projects. In this paper, window-type university-industry convergence and practices, and analyzing the best practices of national and international IT-based fusion technology, corporate cooperation were established to support measures taken in conjunction type and model of the university. Industry utilizing the latest IT technology based on this model, academia, proposed a collaboration system between workers building measures.

The article deals with problems of innovation development on a network basis, which require effective mechanisms of innovation communications. In research the organizational aspects of ICT infrastructure development for innovation networks sustainable development based on cooperative marketing principles is considered. The proposed research idea is based on the idea that ICT implementation is based not only on the operational approach for innovation management as a factor of efficiency of internal communications, but also on knowledge economy and post-industrial economy trends. Therefore, the purpose of study is to develop an ICT model of innovation infrastructure to improve its effectiveness (strategic character) and efficiency (operative character) through increasing the efficiency of network communication interactions. Creation of information space and communication tools to support innovation network sustainable development and cooperation activities in research is proposed to be solved with the help of specialized ICT platform. It is shown, that ICT platform of innovation cooperation innovation network is important tool for common work of participants. ICT platform is considered as an integrated information system designed to automate business processes related to the sustainable development of innovation network, segment management and integration with HEI information systems and industrial cooperation. The main factors that determine the need to use a special ICT platform for innovation network cooperation were considered. The main issues of concurrent engineering (C-technology) application in high-technology industries and innovation cooperation for integrated product development were studied.

Harbor function has been changed into physical distribution position harbor system for providing most suitable physical distribution service with comprehensive rationalization of international physical distribution over simple loading unloading, and change function by far. Thus, to change our country into advanced economy, the factor of growth obstacles was to be eliminated, or it is so important that the physical distribution base establishment enlarges to improve potential productivity. That is, self effort is needed for physical distribution competition system, adjustable arrangement of physical distribution area, the establishment of comprehensive informations system, physical distribution rationalization. When considering this number, cooperation of these three countries is very important. Also, it is needless to say that we need efficient international logistics system in Asia. The key point to realize efficient international logistics system is unit load system utilizing pallets and containers. To build up efficient logistics system among Korea, China, and Japan, we need 'total palletization' with standardized pallets. We may regard 'total palletization' as an 'efficient highway of North-Eastern Asia logistics.' In this study, we will suggest two kinds of effects, which logistics standardization among Korea, China, and Japan will make. One is the effect on economy and trade, and the other is the effect on logistics business and environments.

Recently, the rapid Increase of knowledge information resources and the advancement of information and communication technology has affected all libraries and the museums which collected knowledge and the information resources and provided service with indigenous for a long time. Hence, The library and the museum began to constructs the cooperative system with the cultural heritage agency such as international museums, libraries and archives after realizing the impossibility of physical self-sufficiency that the users are not able to obtain the knowledge resources and the library are not able to provide them. In this Paper, some models are presented for the data cooperation system construction of the library and the museum and developmental plan in the future. The models are (1) Interchangeable model for autonomous noninterference (2) dispense mutual service model (3) intensive service center model (4) a mixture union model.
