모터 제어 정밀도 향상을 위한 정지 마찰력 보상 (Static Friction Compensation for Enhancing Motor Control Precision)

  • DC motor is a representative electric motor commonly utilized in various motion control fields. However, DC motor-based motion control systems suffer from degradation of position precision due to nonlinear static friction. In order to enhance control precision, friction model-based compensators have been introduced in previous researches, where friction models are identified and counter inputs are added to control inputs for cancelling out the identified friction forces. In this paper, a static friction compensator is proposed without use of a friction model. The proposed compensation algorithm utilizes internal state manipulation to generate compensation pulses, and related parameters are easily tuned experimentally. The proposed friction compensator is applied to a DC motor-based motion control system, and results are presented in comparison with those without a friction compensator.

  • 본 연구는 벤처기업들이 내부통제운영시스템을 안정적으로 운영하는 경우 회계정보에 긍정 혹은 부정적인 영향과 같은 상호 밀접한 관련성이 있는지를 검증하기 위해 GEM상장기업을 대상으로 분석하였다. 홍콩의 GEM상장기업은 한국의 KOSDAQ시장과 유사한 상장기업으로 한국의 기업들도 상장을 진행하고 있는 증권 시장이다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 내부통제시스템의 운영을 평가할 수 있는 내부통제 지수와 회계정보의 질을 평가할 수 있는 재량적 발생액을 통해 회귀분석을 진행하였다. 이익의 조정은 재량적 발생액을 통해 이루어지기 때문에 기업이 인위적으로 미래의 이익을 실현하기 위해 경영자가 의도적으로 변형했는지를 확인하기 위해 수정된 존스(Jones)모형을 이용하였다. 실증 분석에서는 내부통제지수와 회계정보의 질을 평가할 수 있는 재량적 발생액과의 관계정도를 분석 하였으며 상호관련성은 매우 밀접한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 향후 벤처기업의 이익조정 형태와 기업 가치를 평가하는데 유용한 지침을 제공할 수 있으며, 신흥 벤처기업들의 재무적 환경을 이해하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

  • To control internal temperature distribution of moulding machine is very important in molding products such as Polycabonate. Nylon and PVDF. In this experiment, we developed temperature measurement system in order to control temperature of moulding machine. It was measured by telemetering system because of rotational mechanism. Form experimental results, it was sufficient to apply to moulding machine under 250 .deg C.

  • 본 논문에서는 UPS 인버터의 성능 개선을 위하여 출력측 LC 필터의 커패시터 전압과 전류의 2중 제어루프를 구성하고, 2중 제어루프에 디지털 제어시스템을 채택하였다 또한, 디지털 제어기의 연산지연시간을 보상하기 위하여 이러한 연산지연시간을 인버터 플랜트의 고유한 파라미터로 가정하고, 플랜트 모델에 포함시켜 모델링 하였다. UPS 인버터 출련전압의 과도상태 응답특실을 개선하고, 파라미터 변동에 강인한 특성을 얻기 위하여 2중 제어루프에서 내부 전류 제어루프는 내부 모델 제어기를 제안하였다. UPS 인버터 출력전압의 0의 정상상태 오차를 얻기 위하여 외부 전압 제어루프는 비례 제어기와 공진 제어기를 병렬로 연결한 비례-공진 진압제어기를 제안하였다.

최적 변조제어기를 이용한 전력시스템의 부하주파수 제어에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Load Frequency Control of Power System Using an Optimal Modulation Controller)

  • The load frequency control(LFC) of power system is one of important subjects in view of system operation and control. That is, even though the rapid load disturbances are applied to the given power system, the stable and reliable power should be supplied to the users, converging unconditionally and rapidly the frequency deviations and the tie-line power flow ones of each area into allowable boundary limits. Nonetheless of such needs, if the internal parameter perturbation and the sudden load variation are given, the unstable phenomena of power systems can be often brought out because of the large frequency deviation and the unsuppressible power line one. So, an optimal modulation controller for UC of multi-area power system is designed by a recursive algorithm that determines the state weighting matrix Q of a linear quadratic performance criterion. The optimal modulation controller is based on optimal control and can obtain the exact dynamic response of the UC of multi-area power system in the time domain. The performances of the resultant optimal modulation control, that is, the steady-state deviations of frequency and tie-line power flow and the related dynamics, were investigated and analyzed in detail by being applied to the UC of multi-area power system in the perturbations of predetermined internal parameters. Through the simulation results tried variously in this paper for disturbance of stepwise load changes, the superiorities of the proposed optimal modulation controller in robustness and stability were proved.

마행감석탕가감방(麻杏甘石湯加減方)이 천식모델 생쥐의 CD3, CD4, CD8 세포에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Mahaenggamseok-tang-gagambang on CD3, CD4, CD8 Cells in OVA-induced Asthmatic Mice)

  • Objective: The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of Mahaenggamseok-tang-gagambang (MGTG) on CD3+ T cells, CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells in ovalbumin (OVA)-induced asthmatic mice. Methods: C57BL/6 mice were injected, inhaled and sprayed with OVA for 12 weeks (four a week) for asthma induction. Two experimental groups were treated with different concentrations of MGTG (400 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg) extract and cyclosporin A (10 mg/kg) for the later 8 weeks. At the end of the experiment, the mice lung was removed and analyzed CD3+ T cells, CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells by flow cytometer. Results: Numbers of CD3+ T cells in lung of the MGTG groups (200, 400 mg/kg) were significantly decreased compared with that of control group. Numbers of CD4+ T cells in lung of the MGTG groups (200, 400 mg/kg) were significantly decreased compared with that of control group. Numbers of CD8+ T cells in lung of the MGTG groups (200, 400 mg/kg) were significantly decreased compared with that of control group. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that MGTG alleviated asthmatic hyperreactiviry through CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. Further study of relative cytokines is expected.

전도방식 순차제조 비구면 렌즈 제조시스템 개발 (Development of a Convective Sequential Production System for Aspheric Lens)

  • The fabrication method of aspheric lens is changed from machining to press molding so as to improve the productivity. In the case of the press molding method, the temperature control of the molding die is most important, because the temperature of each molding die determines the quality of lens. But any practical method for direct measuring of the lens temperature and the die internal temperature is yet unknown. Besides, in the case of the press molding system in which the heating and pressing and cooing of a die is done at separate work stations, the lens productivity of the system for small lens is yet too low. The paper shows an improved structure of convective sequential system, the lens productivity of which is three times as many as the conventional convective system. To know the die internal temperature, numerical results are given using ANSYS. A new convective sequential system is developed and tested. Finally, the Taguchi method is applied in order to optimize the setting conditions of individual work station of the system.

충격장치의 반 능동 제어시스템 설계 (Semi-Actively Controlled Impact System Design)

  • A semi-actively controlled impact system which adjusts an impulse exerted by the external impact is studies. The main control variables are internal pressure difference inside the cylinder and the shock absorber displacement while it travels. Compared to a conventional one so called a passive system with a variable orifice inside the cylinder, a semi-actively controlled system utilizes an external orifice controlled by a highly fast responding electrical proportional valve. This device overcomes the temperature and viscosity change due to continuous operating and keeps the desired pressure difference and displacement in every operation. In this article a new prototype impact system is designed and manufactured based on a semi-actively control system. Through computer simulations and experiments, we verify the possibility of controlling the shock absorber pressure and displacement. After investigating the control performance a modified semi-actively controlled system with better control performance is also proposed.

  • In this paper, a learning control problem is formulated for cooperating multiple-robot manipulators with uncertain system parameters. The commonly held object is also assumed to be unknown and the multiple-robots themselfs experience uncertain operating conditions such as link parameters, viscous friction parameters, suctions, actuator bias, and etc. Under these conditions, the learning controllers designed for learning of uncertain parameters and robot control inputs for multiple-robot systems are shown to drive the multiple-robot manipulators to follow the desired Cartesian trajectory with the desired internal forces to the unknown object.

  • MANPro-based control is a novel control paradigm aimed at intelligent manufacturing systems on the basis of mobile agent-based negotiation process (MANPro). MANPro is a negotiation mechanism based on the agent-based control architecture and, especially, it adapts a mobile agent system called N-agent for the negotiation process. N-agent travels around the network of distributed manufacturing systems to acquire information, and it makes a decision for system control according to the obtained information. MANPro includes communication architecture and information architecture for intelligent shop floor control. MANPro also considers the following issues: (1) negotiation mechanism, (2) single-agent internal strategic policies, and (3) information model. Communication architecture concerns the first issue of the negotiation mechanism. It provides information exchanging mechanism with functional modules. In specific, N-agent is equipped with an intelligent reasoning engine with a built-in knowledge base. This reasoning engine is closely related to the single-agent internal strategic policies of the second issue. Finally, ontology-based information architecture addresses information models and provides a framework for information modeling on negotiation. In this paper, these three issues are addressed in detail and a framework of MANPro-based control is also proposed.
