This study aims to present explicit findings from an internal perspective, namely the interaction patterns of marketing communication between pentahelix elements and testing the expectations of tourists towards tourism activities through a simulation model between variables. This study is divided into two methods of analysis, namely qualitative explorative, where the study aims to invest in communication patterns and patterns of interaction between pentahelix stakeholders in Sitiwinangun Tourism Village, West Java, Indonesia with involve 17 informants who came from pentahelix elements (Government, academics, community, business and media). Second, quantitative method to measure the extent of effectiveness rather than collaboration activities and the role of marketing communication to tourist satisfaction is done by an analytical approach involving 30 tourists through customer satisfaction surveys. The results of this study illustrate that the involvement of each pentahelix element has not been maximized. The pattern of interaction and communication between elements also shows the gap between interests, expectations, and reality. This study provides a real picture that to realize a tourism program that is profitable, holistic, and sustainable requires collaboration that is wrapped with transparent and interactive communication patterns. The marketing communication concept approach combined with collaboration theory between stakeholders can be useful for sustainable tourism.
Consumers' desire for beauty has become a driving force in the beauty service industry which was further developed through specialization and segmentation. Nail-care service, which is one of the beauty services, is showing rapid growth, and intense competition among salons has become apparent. Thus, service management method and marketing strategy are required for customer satisfaction. Therefore, in this study, we tried to classify the nail-care services on the basis of systematization and realization of its characteristics which are fundamental when developing management and marketing strategies. The subjects of this study were women in their 20s and above living in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon areas. As a result, the nail-care service factors are classified as "external environment" (interior, celebrity, newness), "internal environment" (equipment and products, cleanliness, and environment), "location" (location and transportation convenience), "reputation" (good reputation), "technician skill," "kindness," "relationship" (relationship, empathy, and affinity), and "price and discount." The consumer types of nail-care services were classified into three groups according to the degree of involvement of these concept systems. These results can be used as marketing basics and will be the basis for studying marketing strategies. However, the consideration of setting up a marketing strategy for each consumer type will be presented in a follow-up study.
Purpose: The ability of a firm to acquire resources through marketing networks is crucial for its competitiveness. Nonetheless, the influence of these networks on the performance of a firm's innovation is still uncertain, particularly in the face of environmental uncertainty. This research investigates the impact of marketing networks, specifically network embeddedness and structural holes, on the performance of innovation in situations characterized by environmental uncertainty. Research design, data and methodology: The empirical examination was carried out within the framework of internal network entities, specifically the manufacturer-supplier-sub supplier relationships, involving the primary suppliers of a Korean engineering firm. Construct measures utilized in this study were derived from existing measures and prior research. A questionnaire survey was conducted with a major first-tier supplier of a Korean engineering firm. Proposed hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling. Results: The survey findings suggest that only network embeddedness has an impact on the perception of major first-tier suppliers regarding the buyer's innovation performance. Conclusions: To strengthen the empirical evidence regarding the effects of marketing networks on innovation performance, future research should take into account cultural factors such as collectivism, which is indicative of the distinctive business-to-business marketing relationships observed in the Korean context.
The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of internal marketing activities on motivating dental hygienists in dental hospital in an effort to be of use for setting strategies geared toward boosting the productivity of dental hygienists. The findings of the study were as follows: Concerning internal marketing activities by general characteristics, the dental hygienists who received 4-year college or higher education received more education than the college graduates ($p{\leq}0.001$). As for the leave system, the dental hygienists who worked in general hospitals (p=0.011) and sited in Chungcheongnam-do ($p{\leq}0.001$) replied more leaves were provided. In terms of welfare benefits, there were significant differences in those regards according to the type of hospital (p=0.029) and service area ($p{\leq}0.001$). As to the reward system, their responses about this system were similar to their responses about education & training, leaves and welfare benefits. The motivating factors consisted of 6 motivation factors and 10 hygiene factors. The motivation factors included an opportunities to develop ability and appropriate training to their work. The hygiene factors involved implement of policies and procedures, work environments, relationship with colleagues. Regarding awareness of the motivation factors by general characteristics, there were differences in that aspect according to age (p=0.043), and their awareness of the hygiene factors was different according to service area (p=0.038). As a result of analyzing which factors affected motivating, the leave system (p=0.038) and communication (p=0.001) that belonged to the internal marketing activities were identified as the influential motivation factors. In terms of the hygiene factors, age and service area were influential among the general characteristics (p=0.047, p=0.045). Above findings of the study suggest that it will be possible for dental institutions to ensure successful management by conducting internal marketing activities tailored to the characteristics of their organizational members and by motivating dental hygienists especially through communication.
Purpose: This study was to identify internal marketing, nursing professionalism, emotional exhaustion, personal accomplishment that influence turnover intention among hospital nurses and to predict in turnover intention. Methods: A cross-sectional sample of 270 hospital nurses from 2 university hospitals in Seoul and Chungbuk, South Korea. The data were collected from May to June, 2013 and using analyzed with t-test, ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression by using SPSS 19.0 program. Results: The mean score for nurse turnover was $3.91{\pm}0.53$, internal marketing $2.58{\pm}0.48$, nursing professionalism $3.30{\pm}0.64$, emotional exhaustion $3.23{\pm}0.64$, and personal accomplishment $3.24{\pm}0.41$. The significant factors of turnover intention were emotional exhaustion, internal marketing, nursing professionalism, work unit, nurse position, and education. And these factors explained 25.1% of the variance in turnover intention. Conclusion: The results from this study indicated a need to develop the intervention program to prevent turnover intention. These findings establish a baseline that will lead to further research.

Internal controls help to achieve the goal of minimizing the problems of implementing appropriate internal controls. Internal control is an integral component of corporate governance that will provide reasonable assurance of achieving the organization's objectives. preventing, detecting errors and fraud goes to work. Responsibility for the prevention and detection of fraud and error in the public sector is the responsibility of managers. Managers of internal control and consistently applying appropriate accounting systems, this responsibility will play (Lin et al., 2011). Since the public sector organizations differ from each other, thus establishing internal controls cant be the same for all organizations and agencies of the public sector. Establish specific controls on each system to factors such as size, type of operation and organizational goals that the system is designed, it depends. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP), a known ethylene action inhibitor, on fruit quality and incidence of physiological disorders during a simulated marketing period in new mid-season Asian pear (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai) 'Changjo'. Flesh firmness of untreated control fruits was maintained with a hardness of 20.2 N until day 14 of simulated marketing but decreased rapidly to 6.2 N at day 21 of simulated marketing; losing its commercial quality. However, the firmness of 1-MCP treated fruits remained high (> 20.7 N) during the same period. Quality indices such as soluble solids content and titratable acidity in 'Changjo' pear did not show any significant differences during simulated marketing period regardless of 1-MCP treatment. For the difference in skin color, redness ($a^*$) tended to increase as simulated marketing period became longer, and 1-MCP treatment delayed this change by 7 days compared to the untreated fruits. No decrease occurred in ethylene production level with 1-MCP treatment in 'Changjo' pear. Meanwhile, 1-MCP treated pears showed a significantly lower respiration rate compared to the untreated fruits. Also, 1-MCP treatment effectively reduced the incidence of physiological disorders including internal flesh browning and mealiness symptoms during simulated marketing periods of 21 and 14 days, respectively. Therefore, we conclude that the use of 1-MCP is recommended for quality maintenance and for prevention of physiological disorders during simulated marketing periods of ${\geq}7days$ for mid-season Asian pear 'Changjo'.

The study elaborates on the impact of marketing on social welfare labor business's sponsor outcome. These are the consequences. First, looking through research subjects' general marketing conditions, actions about goods, price, promotion and maintaining existing sponsors were above the average whereas actions regarding business place's internal fund-raising environment and distributions were in a low level. Second, sponsor business's outcome comparison followed by marketing generally shows significant difference due to marketing actions about goods, price, promotion and maintaining existing sponsors. Third, marketing factors which influence sponsor outcome are promotion in sponsors number. Promotion and price are the main factor of sponsoring money and sponsor ratio compared to revenue. Therefore, at the social welfare business place, marketing strategy for sponsor development should be contrived to develop various promotion which enables institution to concentrate on and enhance price negotiation ability.

The article defines the principles of formation of digital marketing strategy of enterprises in the conditions of intensification of competition on the international market. The stages of development of digital marketing strategy of enterprises in the conditions of intensification of competition in the international market are substantiated, which includes: setting goals, which envisages observance of the principles of SMART-scheme; product or service analysis; monitoring of competitors; analytics of definition and segmentation of the target audience of the enterprise; selection of digital marketing tools and channels for promotion on the international market of products or services; formation of a unique, unique trade offer, selection of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of digital marketing strategy and its tools. It is proved that according to the principle of SMART method of goal setting it is necessary that the goals have: specificity, measurability, achievability, relevance, achievement of the goal should be limited in time, have specific deadlines. To increase the effectiveness of digital marketing strategy, it is necessary to analyze the internal and external environment using the method of SWOT-analysis, the advantage of which is a comprehensive assessment of the company, competitors and the industry as a whole in the face of competition in the international market. The main indicators of evaluation of the effectiveness of digital marketing strategy in the conditions of intensification of competition on the international market are substantiated.
Business environment, competition among firms in recent years, diverse and fragmented by the symbol of the consumer has become very complex and intense. Nevertheless, for the best performance of firms differentiated their company strives to have unique core competencies. In this study, reviewing the internal customer support activities and existing research on market orientation and then how it affects the future strategy for the internal customer support activities. Through the results of this study, first, to appear understanding of the effect of education and training to customers in enterprise-wide, strategic plan through competitor analysis, improved communication between departments, etc need to design to be effective in performance of company in a long term when in planning and training for employees such as job training, service training and training for improving service mind. Second, employment stability and internal communications to the employee's customer orientation showed no significant affect. This is considered for employees due to lack of fear or anxiety, so the employer could focus on his role in the current organization willing to participate actively for goals of the organization. Finally external customer orientation in the employee's customer orientation did not affect the analysis results which is appeared to in companies are constantly communicating with employees through the company's position and the difference between the employee's position is necessary to look for ways to narrow down.
