지식경영과 e러닝 통합의 성공요인에 대한 연구 - LG전자 사례를 중심으로 - (Critical Success Factors for Integration of Knowledge Management and e-Learning from LG Electronics Company's Experiences)

  • The LG Electronics case shows the process whereby an organization evolves as a learning organization through the integration of e-learning and knowledge management. In other words, it shows the process whereby e-learning is recognized as an important means of solving a problem concerning actual worksite operations, as it became one of the daily activities in the organization. In terms of organizational learning, this process points to the fact that e-learning is emerging as the fastest and most effective means of transferring the internally shared value of a company. Recently, advanced corporations and organizations have been endeavoring to boost their internal and external customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, paving the way for changes in their organizational cultures, and establishing learning organizations through e-learning. Therefore, from an advanced viewpoint, e-learning within a company is not a simple system of transferring educational contents, but is a knowledge portal concept connected with knowledge management. To achieve this end, the organization is required to undergo changes that is, it should make the acquisition of learning possible through e-learning and a knowledge management system (KMS) in order to improve corporate performance. Since LG Electronics is utilizing e-learning as a strategic means to change the paradigm of corporate education, and, in particular, is attempting to integrate this with knowledge management, insights that will facilitate the understanding of the core success factors in and challenges to the integration of knowledge management and e-learning can be obtained through this case.

인터넷 상점에 대한 여성고객의 신뢰와 서비스 품질$\cdot$고객 충성도 간의 관계 (Female Customers' Trust on Internet Stores and its Relationships with Service Quality and Loyalty)

  • Female customers form a major customer group for Internet shopping and their trust on Internet stores seems to be significantly related with their transactions. This paper focuses on female customers' trust on Internet stores, hypothesizing that online service quality has a positive impact on trust and that trust, in turn, together with service quality has a positive effect on loyalty. We investigate trust from three dimensions(benevolence, integrity, and ability) and at the same time, unlike existing research, treat service quality to have five dimensions (intangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) as known in SERVQUAL(Parasuraman et al., 1988). Survey data is obtained from the female college student sample. Our research model is justified in terms of construct validity, internal consistency, and goodness of fit. Research hypotheses are tested using SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). The results are as follows: First, assurance and empathy dimensions of service quality have significant impacts on benevolence/integrity dimension of trust. Second, out of the five service quality dimensions, only assurance has a positive effect on ability dimension of trust. Third, assurance dimension of service quality and ability dimension of trust are positively related with customer loyalty. The most important factors for female customers' loyalty are found to be assurance(service quality) and ability(trust). The significance of assurance is in line with findings from existing research. But its relationship with the trust dimensions is uncovered in this research, and the only dimension that impacts on ability is assurance. We find that female customers build trust about internet stores based on their ability rather than on their benevolence/integrity and that the female customers' perception on the internet stores' ability can be improved by higher service quality from the aspect of assurance. Importantly enough, these findings offer practical guidelines to Internet stores to boost female customers' loyalty.

인터넷 포털이미지 평가에 따른 포지셔닝전략 구축 (Construction of the Positioning Strategy by Internet Portal Image Appraisal)

  • 현재, 인터넷 비스니스의 급성장으로 인해 인터넷 포털시장에서도 경쟁이 심화되고 있다. 경쟁이 심한 시장에서 고객에게 차별화된 자사만의 독특한 이미지를 전달할 수 없다면 더 이상 경쟁우위를 차지할 수가 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 포지셔닝 맵 구축을 통한 포털간의 경쟁관계를 비교하고 세분집단별로 소비자들이 선호하는 인터넷 포탈이미지 평가속성과 이상점을 파악하여 차별화된 포지셔닝전략을 수립하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 인터넷다량이용자층인 대학생들을 대상으로 주로 이용하는 인터넷포털에 대해 이미지평가를 하도록 하였다. 분석결과 포털 간에 가장 차별화되어 있는 속성은 오락 및 부가서비스와 편리성이며 가장 차별화되지 않은 속성은 고객서비스로 나타났다. 포털에 대한 선호도와 이상점파악에서도 세분집단별로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 인터넷 포털시장에서 차별적인 시장세분화전략수립에 있어서 의미있는 기초자료가 될 것으로 본다.

Research on Increasing the Production Yield Rate by Six Sigma Method : A Case of SMT Process of Main Board

  • Face the process yield rate improvements of motherboard, although general enterprises finish deployment goal of each functions by overall quality managements, through quality improvement methods, industry engineering methods, plan-do-check-act (PDCA) methods and other improvement solutions, but it is only can be improved partially and unable to enhance the yield rate of product to the target. It only can takes one step ahead to enhance the process yield rate of motherboard with six sigma ($6{\sigma}$) overall DMAIC process and tactics. This research aimed to use six sigma quality improvement tactics by DMAIC systematic procedure and tactics, and find the key factors that effect to the process yield rate of surface mount technology. It also identified the keys input and process and output index to satisfy customer requirements and internal process index. The results showed that the major effective factors by fishbone and process failure modes and effects analysis (PFMEA). If the index of input and output that can be quantified, the optimum parameter can be found through design of experiment to ensure that the process is stable. If the factor of input and output that cannot be quantified, we found out the effective countermeasure by Mind_Mapping, make sure whole processes can be controlled stably, to reach the high product quality and enhance the customer satisfaction.

외식산업 서비스회복공정성 지각과 관계혜택, 관계만족 및 장기관계지향성간의 인과관계 연구 (The Causal Relationship between Perceived Service Recovery Justice, and Relationship Benefit, Relationship Satisfaction and Long-tenn Relationship Orientation)

  • 본 연구는 외식산업 고객을 대상으로 외식산업의 서비스회복 공정성이 관계혜택, 관계만족과 장기관계지향성에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써 마케팅 경영전략 차원에서 효과적인 마케팅 전략을 수립하는데 목적을 갖고 연구하였다. 연구결과 서비스 회복 공정성의 절차, 상호작용, 분배공정성에 따른 관계혜택에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 관계혜택을 통해 고객만족을 극대화시켜 종국적으로는 장기적 우호고객으로 상호관계가 지속될 수 있음을 시사해 주었다. 이는 서비스기업들이 서비스와 관련된 목표를 정하고 여러 가지 노력에도 불구하고 서비스 실패는 다양한 내 외부적 요인에 의하여 빈번하게 발생하고 있으므로 이러한 서비스 실패에 적극적으로 대처하고 고객만족과 장기관계지향성을 유지하기 위하여 서비스 회복전략차원에서 공정한 관계혜택을 통한 적극적인 노력이 요구됨을 입증해 준 것이라 할 수 있다.

  • Measuring and evaluating the business performance plays a very important role in managing business. It is because business performance, in any types of industry, can be evaluated and managed properly only when the measurement of its performance is estimated, and because its performance can be improved through an efficient and effective management. Therefore it is essential to build up the performance evaluation system to raise management efficiency of the foodservice industry, to reinforce competitive power of the food service industry. This study tried to propose a novel point of prospective and method in which the performance evaluation in any family restaurant should be illuminated and be performed. In this study, BSC provided the main conceptional framework for evaluating the performance of a family restaurant, and evaluation items of BSC four prospectives - financial, customers, internal business process, and learning and growth-were adjusted so as to be fitted into the business field. Furthermore, this study verified the validity of the proposed performance evaluation method through specific case analyses and used AHP to quantify its validity objectively. Finally, this study found the fact that non-financial prospectives, compared to financial prospectives, should be more importantly considered as the performance evaluation index of the family restaurants. Especially, the study showed that the proportion of performance evaluation indexes related to Customers prospective and Learning and Growth prospective revealed very highly, therefore variables such as customer satisfaction index, per employee productivity, education and training, customer response rate, employee satisfaction index should be emphasized as key factors at the process of selecting indexes and measuring their performance evaluation of the food service industry.

푸드코트형 산업체 급식소에서의 고객의 메뉴 선택 속성 규명 (Identifying the Customers′ Menu Selection Attributes in Food Court-Styled B & I Foodservice Operation)

  • This study was designed to identify how customers considered menu selection attributes on menu choice, and so the instrument for measuring that question was developed and menu selection behavior types were analyzed by customers' characteristics. Cronbach's alpha to assess the internal reliability of the developed scales was 0.8361, which indicated to be highly reliable. Construct validity was assessed by principal components factor analysis with a Varimax rotation to identify underlying dimensions of menu selection and then four factors explaining 55.618% of the total variance were found. These factors were labeled as 'quality of meals', 'attractiveness of meals', 'healthfulness of meals' and 'variety of meals', respectively. As a result of analysis on menu selection factors, 'quality of meals'(3.82 out of 5) was the highest consideration followed by 'variety of meals'(3.51), 'healthfulness of meals'(3.49) and 'attractiveness of meals'(3.34), so that menu marketing approaches in the perspective of quality of meals would do lead customers' selection rates, customer satisfaction and then sales highly. Frequent visitor selected menu indifferently but customers who were interested in food and menu highly, who perceived meals' quality highly, and who were satisfied with overall foodservice did with concern. On the basis of these results of study for the target of food court-style B & I foodservice operation, which was introduced as an ideal model in future foodservice market by the concept of 'customer's selection right', the following study related with customers' meal patterns and perception of foodservice by menu selection attributes would be able to predict the chances for success of food court-style foodservice operations.

빅 데이터의 새로운 고객 가치와 비즈니스 창출을 위한 대응 전략 (Correspondence Strategy for Big Data's New Customer Value and Creation of Business)

  • Within last 10 years, internet has become a daily activity, and humankind had to face the Data Deluge, a dramatic increase of digital data (Economist 2012). Due to exponential increase in amount of digital data, large scale data has become a big issue and hence the term 'big data' appeared. There is no official agreement in quantitative and detailed definition of the 'big data', but the meaning is expanding to its value and efficacy. Big data not only has the standardized personal information (internal) like customer information, but also has complex data of external, atypical, social, and real time data. Big data's technology has the concept that covers wide range technology, including 'data achievement, save/manage, analysis, and application'. To define the connected technology of 'big data', there are Big Table, Cassandra, Hadoop, MapReduce, Hbase, and NoSQL, and for the sub-techniques, Text Mining, Opinion Mining, Social Network Analysis, Cluster Analysis are gaining attention. The three features that 'bid data' needs to have is about creating large amounts of individual elements (high-resolution) to variety of high-frequency data. Big data has three defining features of volume, variety, and velocity, which is called the '3V'. There is increase in complexity as the 4th feature, and as all 4features are satisfied, it becomes more suitable to a 'big data'. In this study, we have looked at various reasons why companies need to impose 'big data', ways of application, and advanced cases of domestic and foreign applications. To correspond effectively to 'big data' revolution, paradigm shift in areas of data production, distribution, and consumption is needed, and insight of unfolding and preparing future business by considering the unpredictable market of technology, industry environment, and flow of social demand is desperately needed.

축제개최 지역주민의 축제효과요인 인식이 축제참여도 및 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 한국 보령시를 중심으로 - (Effect of Festival Impact Perception of Local Residents on Participation and Satisfaction Level - Focus on Boryeong, Korea -)

  • 본 연구는 방문객 관점에서 벗어나 축제 개최지역에 거주하는 지역주민들을 대상으로 과연 지역주민들은 축제를 어떻게 인식하고 있는가라는 연구문제 아래 충남 보령지역주민을 대상으로 2008년 머드축제기간 동안 보령시내에서 수행되었다. 연구결과 및 정책적 함의는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 축제개최지 지역주민의 지역축제 효과요인 인식에 있어 문화적 요인은 정(+)의 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 경제적 효과요인은 부(-)의 유의한 영향을 나타냈다. 이는 문화적 요인에서는 기존의 선행연구들과 일치된 결과를 보이고 있으나 경제적 효과요인에서는 일반적인 축제의 긍정적 경제파급효과와는 다른 차이점을 보였다. 구체적으로 보령시는 축제의 성공적인 개최도 중요하지만 더 다양하고 구체화된 지역주민 의견 수렴을 위한 공청회와 세미나 등의 기회확대를 통해 실질적으로 일반 주민들이 참여할 수 있는 프로그램 개발에 힘써야 할 것이다. 둘째, 선행연구를 통해 축제개최 지역주민들이 축제에 참여한 경우와 그렇지 않은 경우 축제를 인식하는 데 차이가 있을 것으로 보고 축제참여 경험여부를 조절변수로 하여 참여의도와의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 조절효과는 작용하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 축제참여도는 지역축제에 대한 지역주민의 축제만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 보령시는 외지 방문객뿐 아니라 지역주민들의 적극적인 축제참여를 위한 지속적인 노력을 강구해야한다고 사료된다.

스타트업 기업들의 크라우드 펀딩 전략에 관한 연구 -지각된 공정성이 고객의 만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향을 중심으로- (A study on the crowdfunding strategies of start-up businesses -focusing on the impact of perceived justice on customer satisfaction and loyalty-)

  • 한국의 경제 상황이 악화되면서 소비가 침체되고 있다. 특히 최저임금 인상, 글로벌 경쟁 상황의 심화 등 다양한 국내외 변수들로 인하여 일반 국민들의 소비 성향과 구매 의도 역시 현격하게 낮아지고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 크라우드 펀딩이라는 새로운 투자, 유통 채널의 등장은 창업 초기의 기업들에게 큰 성장 동력을 제공하고 있으며, 새로운 유통채널로서 소비 증대 효과도 기대할 수 있는 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 리워드형 크라우드 펀딩 진행 시 고객이 느끼는 서비스 실패와 회복 과정에서의 공정성을 절차적 공정성, 상호작용적 공정성, 분배적 공정성의 세가지 영역으로 구분하고, 고객이 인지한 공정성이 만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향을 살펴 보았다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 리워드형 크라우드 펀딩에 대한 조사와 분석을 진행하였고, 서비스 실패와 화복을 경험한 고객들이 느끼게 되는 공정성이 만족도와 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 끼친 것으로 나타났다. 특히 고객의 만족도에는 상호작용 공정성이 가장 큰 영향을 끼쳤으며, 고객의 충성도에는 분배 공정성이 가장 큰 영향을 끼친 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 크라우드 펀딩사는 서비스 실패를 경험한 고객이 공정성을 느낄 수 있는 회복 전략을 실행하도록 노력해야 한다.
