  • The concept of "place" has recently been given much attention by those who discuss problems of urban design and architecture. And we used the term "existential space" denote our concept or image of the environment. To create new space means to implement existential patterns in a given environment. So, this thesis explores the spatial meaning of correlation in Heideggers Existential Space and Situation of Fengshui.tuation of Fengshui.

  • Recently the number of university has been increased rapidly and the number of student who want to enter the university has been decreased. So every university try to provide resting place and student lounge for their survival. this project was designed to provide the student more convenient and comfortable resting place. this lounge is placed in the library which is the main space and the most useful place in the university. So the design concept is to provide the space which has young and bright and also useful so the student can feel high-tech interior design.

  • The concept of hybrid structures integrates two powerful mathematical tools: soft sets and fuzzy sets. This paper extends the application of hybrid structures to ordered hypersemigroups. We introduce the notions of hybrid interior hyperideals in ordered hypersemigroups and demonstrate their equivalence with hybrid hyperideals in certain classes, including regular, intra-regular, and semisimple ordered hypersemigroups. Furthermore, we provide a characterization of semisimple ordered hypersemigroups in terms of hybrid interior hyperideals.

  • New space concept is gaining attention by the change of information and digital technology. It is called a concept of ubiquitous space which is united physical space and digital space. A united into a new space which is called ubiquitous space. It is an emerging concept of new era which is already applied in some part of our daily life the advanced. The advanced technology can help people to realize ubiquitous space including u-health care. Through analysis of characteristics of u-health care space, I am going to suggest new concept of ubiquitous space which is called u-space. It can make change of conventional health care space to vitalized new space and help people's life to be affluent.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the multi-layered space utilized as strategy for deconstruction in the architecture of Hiromi Fujii. Although the design of Eisenman and Fujii was based on the philosophical theory of Jacques Derrida, there are many different aspects of architecture. At the same time, Hiromi Fujii could construct his concept of multi-layered space to colligate the academic knowledge of Jacques Derrida, Roman Jakobson and Colin Rowe. This kind of concept for multi-layered space is a critical element to be distinct from the characters between two architects, and it is implied such as an significant concept to analyze the architecture for Hiromi Fujii. This multi-layered space contains interesting and researchable value to understand and to analyze the western architecture theory from the viewpoint of Asian architect. Accordingly, the purpose of the thesis is to find the meaning to establish an theoretical foundation for being under discussion to the architecture of Fujii through the concept of multi-layered space.

  • After looking into the systems of differentiate syndromes that referred in the Huang Di Nei Jung and the four authority of the Gum-Won dynasty which included the concept of the Myong-Chung dynasty's and the use of various symptoms occurred in clinical observation of apoplexy for material of differentiate syndromes, the result suggested as follows. 1. The system of differentiate syndromes is classified into interior and exterior beforeGum-Won dynasty. 2. In etiological (actors in apoplexy, the four authority of Gum-won dynasty insist on theendogenous theory. they compart the system of differentiate syndromes into apoplexy involving Jang Bu organs and blood vessels, but they did not escape from the system of interior and exterior. 3. The hallmark of exterior symptoms in apoplexy was the presence of syndromes in the six meridians, but in interior, constipation or difficulty in urination was the limitation. A(ter theprevious symptoms had been cured, tonifying therapy was used. 4. New concepts named Endogenous Wind SOTing In The Liver'and others in which oldsystems did not included was presented in Myong-Chung dynasty. 5. The old concept of the interior and exterior symptoms charactered with syndromes in thesix meridians, constipation and difficulty in urination can be replaced with internal andexternal symptoms. In old systems of differentiate symptoms in apoplexy, if replace interior and exteriorsymptoms with internal and external, we can include various differentiate configuration on thebasis of the conclusion. Because symptoms in apoplexy can be used in material of differentiate symptoms, I think that the prolongation of investigation is needed.

  • This study focuses 'Korean characteristics' in architectural interior design. In this study, some Korean characteristics was extracted by analysing traditional Korean spaces and as well as by considering the architectural interior spaces which are designed with Korean character since 1970. This paper started with differenciating the elements and principles that consist of space, and then classified the elements into 8 categories such as Spatial system, Enclosure system, Circulation system, Material system, Furnishing system, Light, Color, Context which are analysing frames. As a conclusion, the concepts of Korean characteristics are extracted and suggested as design concept with Korean characteristics by analysing the contents of each category. These concepts were presented with simple diagrams and supporting cases were also presented in this paper. The design concepts of 'Korean characteristics' are classified in the 25 concepts: Holonic composition, Transitional space, Hierarchy by floor level, Gradation of privacy, Changeability, Various central yards, Space with opened edges, Gray space, Continuity of space, Translucent wall, Folding-lifting wall, Skeleton, Abstract facet, Path as a message, Mild light, Multii-layered vista, Fluidity, framed scenery, Serial view, Interpenetrating Space, Harmony with nature, Organic interrelationship, Complementary Dual Structure, Temporal change of space, Hierarchical order.

  • At the threshold of the 21st century People have been exploring the future of each field. Accordingly In the area of housing the increase in income level and high-technology development facilitated full scale research on the future housing. The purpose of this research is to try to set up a systematic theory on the future housing by investigating theoretical backgrounds of the future housing and development of the future housing planning concept, A document research method was used to analyze the development of the future housing planning concept of three periods from its origin in the 19th century to present : the burgeoning period growing period and maturing period. In particulary this research examines development of the future housing planning concept from the 19th century in which future housing planning concept was emerged to the early part of the 20th century: the burgeoning period. The future housing planning concepts of this period are analyzed as follows ; In order to solve the social problems arising in the process of the Industrial Revolution, the concept such as ; "ideal city", "high rise apartment housing" and "industrialized housing" was formulated. housing" was formulated.ated.

  • Light was the symbol of the city's prosperity and culture. People can walk around the city at the night time with safe. Now light is used with beauty and function at the same time. This study is the example how to draw the lighting design concept in specific city and district based on the citizen-minded survey. The citizen-minded survey makes a new chance taking the goodness and characteristics from local city specially and select the site for applying the specific opinion and requirement in the city. The expression of design concept on night landscape design gives the fresh image to the city during the night time. Because people feel the free and dynamic mood in the night landscape lighting, it is very important to set and express the design concept on night landscape design. The result of this study was applied in the Daegu city. In particular, the distribution complex's night landscape lighting in the Daegu was designed with specific concept expression from the citizen-minded survey. Making and expressing the design concept on night landscape design is basic for unity and diversity in the city.

  • By personally visiting a location, we have a much more complete and accurate feel and understanding of the interior design, then we can receive from pictures or descriptions. Because of this, in researching the history of interior design, it is impossible to experience the space in the design by not viewing it in persov. Instead, we must experience it indrectly through the use of descriptive language. Therefore it is important to deliver our meaning of the space in the interior design through clear and specific modern language rather than using classic language, which could be more confusing. In this study, the 7 most basic items of invariability among Bruno Zevi's modern language has been applied to describe the space in Wright's historical Prairie House. Thereupon, Wright's interior design concept and essential point is grasped through the analyzing of his space with modern language. Bruno Zevi's 7 items of invariability are suggested as an alternative which can deliver a clear and scientific meaning of interior desigv.
