  • 최근 국내 건축경기 불황에 대한 방안으로 리모델링 시장이 신규 유망시장으로 주목받고 있다. 하지만 리모델링 공사를 추진하는데 있어, 도면의 부재나 도면 정보의 부족 등으로 시공에 상당한 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 역설계 기술을 이용한 도면화 기술에 대한 활발한 연구가 진행 중이지만, 현장에서는 역설계 기술의 정확도와 도면화 시간에 대한 정보부족으로 역설계 기술의 사용을 주저하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실험을 통해 역설계 과정 중 3차원 형상 정보를 획득하는데 있어서 포인트 데이터 정밀도에 따른 측정시간과 오차를 분석하여 최적의 포인트 데이터 획득 정밀도를 제안하고자 한다.

군산시 소재 일식주택에 개조사례 (Remodeling of Japanese house built in Kunsan city)

  • Many Japanese came to Kunsan city and built a lot of houses in Japanese style there in 1900's. Korean have lived in the house according to Japanese's leaving after restoration of independence. This study is purposed to describe remodeling of the houses by case study, through interview, survey and taking photographs. After Korean dwelling at the houses, there are lots of changes of facilities, interior materials and almost all of inside and outside of the houses. It was deduced that the reasons of the remodeling were likely to be different climate, life style between two peoples and economic power.

This study is purposed to prescribe remodeling of the house by case study, through interview, survey and taking photographs. Threre are lots of changes of the location, facility and interior material of the parlor, kitchen and entrance door of the houses. After Korean dwelling at the house, all of the houses have changed according to difference of life style between two peoples, change of every aspect of life, economic factor and so on. And the one of the principal cause of these remodeling is a facility development.

프랑스 고건축물의 보존 및 리모델링 방법에 관한 연구 - 비주거 및 공공건물 중심으로 - (Case Study on Remodeling Methods & Conservation of Ancient Buildings remodeled in France - Focusing on the examples of Non-Residential & Public Buildings -)

  • This study examined public building remodeling projects in France. Through investigating cases of ancient buildings remodeled in France, the study aimed to provide fundamental data and analysis for remodeling public buildings. Accordingly, seven cases were analyzed in terms of remodeling methods, architectural characteristics, methods of conservation, and restoration of ancient historical buildings, as well as a change of usage of an existing building. As a result, this study found the criteria of French ancient building remodeling. The remodeling methods of an existing building vary in their goals and strategies depending on how the old architectural elements are persevered, as well as how new elements are added to form their unique characteristics. Thus, the remodeling methods are classified into four types based on causes: restoration, extension, renovation and rebuilding. Such methods are used jointly rather than individually. The ancient building remodeling is the process of recreating new functions and new artistic values to preserve the cultural and artistic values of existing historic buildings.

성격 유형에 따른 주거평가 및 리모델링 선호특성에 관한 연구(II) (A Study on Residential Evaluation & Remodeling Preference Characterisitics with the Personality Type(II))

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the personality type and the residential evaluation & remodeling preference in interior finishes and floor layouts. The subjects of this investigation were collected through questionnaire from two hundred and twelve adult residents who live in Seoul, Korea. By using the rotated component matrix of varimax method & the one way anova method of spss for windows Rel. 11.0 in my former study, there are analyzed several significances in eight personality types; E(extraversion), I(introversion), S(sensing), N(intuition), T(thinking), F(feeling), J(judging) and P(perceiving) in MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator). This study shows that actual floor plans, remodeling preference plans & interior finishes materials of each personality type was analyzed several significances by Chi-Square. As results, during consulting the client in the residential projects, personality test may take precedence over everything else, and then designer can consider it for hidden client needs in the residential interiors & remodelings. Designers might understand the nature of personality in order to design wisely for clients. This method will allow the designer & consultant to more fully understand clients' preference.

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between the exhibits layout and the spatial organization in exhibition spaces. As an analytical method, the space syntax theory devised by Bill Hillier(1984) was applied for analysing the potential differentiation of exhibition spaces and remodeling method in Seoul City Museum selected for case study. The results are as following. Especially from the convex analysis, axial analysis and exhibits(interpretation); 1) the closed spatial system(1F) has high visibility and high intelligibility in hall area but lacks route continuity, 2) the circulated spatial system(2F) has low global visibility but offers high intelligibility and connectivity due to its coercive circulation, 3) and the organization of exhibition design consists in differentiating space that reintegrates them into another spatial order. Therefore, there process are expected to provide a methodological framework for analysing and interpreting spatial organizations of design, leading to the clear explanation of remodeling.

  • The twenty seven houses at Incheon city, were remodeled in 2009 for the physically handicapped people. This research had been done the analysis of the itemized questionnaire by the needs of the physically handicapped for their better living environment and suggested the following remodeling devices. First of all, there was the priority for the remodeling of their living facilities. According to their priority, they wanted to remodel their bathroom, kitchen & dining room, veranda, living room, and hall way. These were based on their needs of movement, personal hygiene, convenient closet, and cabinet usage. In particular, their demands were shown as followings. The wheelchair using handicapped people required safe doorknobs, unslippery floor materials, removal of step levels, and heights adjustable washing stand for their bathroom. They also requested washboard, non-threshold, and automatic door locks. Otherwise, the disabled in critical condition who could not move anything preferred the remodeling of inner structure of living spaces and automatic door system. The slight disabled and the families those who have the disabled demanded the remodeling of kitchen & dining room, and preferred the reorganization of closet, cabinets, floor tiles, and turncock. The remodeling of bedroom was mostly requested by the disabled women, people with the brain disorder, and disabled people in critical condition who could not move anything. They wanted the remote controlled lightings.

  • The major goal of this study is drawing design plan factors considering residents' life cycle and life style when remodeling design is needed. By drawing such design factors, the study will propose an alternative remodeling design plan. Such design method was defined as Multi-Dimensional module design method. And constructing data-system based on Multi-Dimensional module was secondary goal in this study. The details are as follows: Based on analysis of Residents' demand for remodeling and features of emotion-design applied to remodeling, the system which is suitable for application in remodeling design method was conducted. Based on the type of construction materials, the level value was set up according to emotion-factor application. Also, by conducting coding operation according to the distinction of construction materials, this study seeks the unit drawing method of information for constructing emotion-information system.

  • In this apartment market, many apartments are being reconstructed within even less than 20 years from their first construction. This entails many problems in environmental and economical facets, for which many researches are under way in several institutions and universities. International cases show that the international trend goes for remodeling of maintenance, management, and repairing rather than new building. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors of cost evaluation for establishing the time period of apartment based on durability of material and equipment while considering the economic feasibility of apartment, when remodeling as a concept of sustainability regarding building is being vitalized. This study investigates the proper period of remodeling in consideration of weight accruing to the LC(Life Cycle) and cost based on the standardized durability. The weight of cost, period establishment analysis, and LC according durability varies the data values of remodeling periods. The physical durability and cost from this data enable the investigation into not only the repair period of individual materials of the apartment but also remodeling period.

  • The purpose of this study was to grasp major elements and actual condition of apartment unit remodeling by in-depth interviews on residents and specialists. The interviews had been conducted to interior designers who have a wide experience of apartment remodeling and residents who live in recently remodeled apartment unit. In-depth interview is a kind of qualitative method in which attention to reply of responses with open-access between interviewer and respondents. According to the results, remodeling elements were generally changing of lighting fixtures and finishing materials in the all spaces, integration of balcony into children's room, installation of furniture in kitchen and entrance, changing storage furnitures and equipments in bathroom. Artificial lighting method were selected generally whole lighting. Finishing materials were used ordinary (non environmentally-friendly) wallpaper and adhesion and tempered floor. There were unsatisfied factors after remodeling, these were dissatisfaction of design, construction defects, and stink of reflecting 'sick house'. Also they responded that they should be considering to use environmentally-friendly material at next remodeling.
