주생활양식이 주택구매 의사결정에 미치는 영향분석 (A Study on Housing Life-Style and Decision Making for Purchasing House)

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of demographic and housing life-style variables on evaluation or choice criteria to the decision making for purchasing house. The results of this research were as follows ; 1) In analysis on housing life-style according to demographic variables, it showed that the age group had significant difference in decoration pursuits ; the educational group had significant difference in self-expression ; the income group had significant difference in self-expression and interior function. 2) In analysis on evaluation or choice criteria of decision making for purchasing house according to demographic variables, it showed that : the age group had significant difference in surrounding environment ; the educational group had significant difference in interior environment, interior or exterior facilty, apartment management, economics and surrounding environment ; the income group had significant difference in avail of approach, convenience facilities, apartment management, economics and surrounding environment. 3) In analysis the influence of demographic and housing life-style variables on evaluation or choice criteria to decision making for purchasing house, it was effected on educational level, decoration pursuit, practicality and ostentation in interior environment ; decoration pursuit, self-expression, interior function and practicality in interior or exterior facility ; decoration pursuit, practicality and ostentation in avail ability of approach and convenience facilities ; self-expression, practicality and ostentation in apartment management and economics ; age level, income level, decoration pursuit, self-expression, practicality and ostentation in surrounding environment.

친환경 실내건축 연구 성향에 관한 조사 분석 연구 (A Basic Survey Study on the Research Tendency for Green Interior Architecture)

  • Including interior architecture, diverse fields of study for eco-friendly environment is in progress due to the world's crisis consciousness of global environment. And nevertheless, practical use of the research results are still low and systematical problems of the studies are inevitable reality. Thus, this study focused on to the enbodiment of green interior architecture study understanding the problems of precedence studies to make suggestion for the future direction and balancing green interior architecture study seeking for better motivation. Analysing results of the precedent studies indicates that the existing studies loss its diversity and concentrated in the narrow based directions. For the enbodiment of green interior architecture, not simply immerse existing planning method found from case study, the study need to perform in overall areas of green interior architecture and diversify its direction. Besides space designer, user's consciousness are also important results to form a new paradigm of eco-friendly environment. For the applications and use of the study results as the design factor in green interior architecture, first and the most important stept is to innovate attitude towards the nature and shift of consciousness through education as well as the relative studies of design and planning realm to drive both technical, and non-technical design factors are highly demanded.

공동주택의 실내부 표면적 및 사용 마감재 구성 실태분석 (Real Survey on Interior Surface Area and Applied Finishes in Recently-Planned Apartment Houses)

  • This paper is an outgrowth of many years of practicing real interior work projects and one of my responses to the question not only about the actual dimension of interior work surface but also about the classification of contemporary finishing materials in basic interior project of high-rise apartment houses. For this purpose, 8 conventional apartment units which are already-built or designed have been surveyed and the results are interpreted in the form of proportion of space and finishes. The data can be applied to make up a schematic design in the selection of environment-friendly interior works and assessment of the degree of sustainability. For further study, the basic data provided here can be used as an index to differentiate the occupants' desire toward green interior design for their own apartment spaces, comparing to the conventional interior work in the Korean market. Not surprisingly, wall paper is dominated to make the interior surface in apartment houses. In the percentile of the utilization of finishing materials, wood-flooring and coating materials like wet paint also ranked at the upper position.

대구시 인테리어 디자인 사무실의 경영에 관한 조사 연구 (A study on the Management of an Interior Design Office in Daegu)

  • Today, importance is being placed on interior design and thus the scope of interior design market became very large. Management environment of an interior design office, however, often faces manu difficulties to meet a variety of customers' demand, so that expert and reasonable management ability is required. Accordingly, this study was conducted to provide basic materials on management environment for maximizing profit generation of an interior design office by investing real management situation on the subject of persons participating in management of an interior design office. As a result of investigation of 80 interior design offices which was registered in Daegu, design ratio of most of the offices was found to be less than 20% due to building owners' lack of recognition of and insufficient legal systems, and in spite that there was a department or staff fully in charge, top management makes an estimate. With regard to importance of interior design, it was found that they regarded reliability with customers as most important, and give priority to practical ability and human nature in employing a new comer. It was revealed that most offices have neither department taking fully charge of marketing, nor positive publicity, and in outside activities, the major of management have high relation with sales.

  • Selling Environment is very important space in this era of sensitive consumption, which facilitates direct contacts with consumers. Interests of consumers in the 21st centuries, lie in the higher quality of life, and they wart to create their own lifestyle through purchasing of goods in the marketing environment. A company can hold dominant position in the changing marketing environment, in case it differentiate with other competing companies and keep consistencies of identity. Finishing materials of interior design elements, play an important role in making a visual images of department stores, and the usage of finishing materials transfers the images of department store to consumers This study aims to introduce theoretical backgrounds of interior materials composition, which provides important tools for decision of images of department stores, and also aims to propose design guidelines for interior finishing materials as an elements of visual marketing, through the case studies of major department stores. Depending on these intentions, present conditions of interior finishing materials are analyzed, and a fundamental planning directions of interior materials are proposed, as the strategic elements of a department visual marketing.

  • The ideal housing in the 21st century means that it can provide people with the balanced life between nature and human life, while is possible through the systematic harmony of nature, environment, and human. As our society increasingly pays attention to the importance of environment, environment friendly houses and ecological dwellings are being built. If we add our own cultural environment attribute and historical identity to the ecological housing, we can create the most unique Korean ecological architecture. This study examines ecological interior expression methods from the traditional housing architecture which started out of nature, in order to find out an ecological approach in the interior design of the dwelling space. Based upon this examination, it mainly focuses on how these methods can be applied to a modern housing architecture. From an ecological perspective, the traditional house interior has two distinct characteristics; nature friendly and human friendly, because it considered nature and human harmoniously. The interior of the traditional housing can be divided into three types; nature friendly, health friendly, and human friendly. Finally, this study investigates the ecological value of the three types and application of them to modern housing. It will help to find out the harmonious way of building a house harmonizing both nature and human. Especially, considering that the nature is being destructed and the health of human is deteriorating due to the destruction of the nature, this study will show a feasible alternative to build the most Korean style of environmental architecture.

  • The People usually adapt themselves to circumstances and its changes. in some cases they are try to improve it for better comfortable living environment. However various factors such as a building's own character cultual symbolism cause some problems in creating interior environment because of inappropriate visual communication. It is general fact that the problems of visual environment objects have not been solved organically under the total environmental concept. In this paper I try to find out how graphic symbol sign system a visual transfer process between people and phsical environment facts work on creating interior environmental analysis current cases and propose a solution.

  • Architectural works build with a modernistic viewpoint led to standardization and low of peculiarity , and which resulted in isolation of people from their environment. In that context, the sense of place can be a new paradigm replacing modernism and reflect the fundamental value and meaning of architecture. Interior space as a place can be analyzed from the viewpoint of existentialism. The purpose of this research is to define the concept of place based on C. N. Schulz's theory of space, and aims at embodiment of the sense of place in interior, especially residential , environment through applying emotional and psychological factors. Spatial characteristics that help to form and enhance the sense of place are center, axis and direction, and boundary and enclosure. Some psychological factors, in other words, people's psychological needs, affect the continuation of the sense of place, especially in residential environment where we reside comparatively for a long period and use the same place repeatedly , security, hierarchy/order, aesthetics, variety, and sociability. The sense of place is embodied and lasted mainly by personalization through the process of visualization , symbolization , and complementation of above mentioned properties and elements.

  • Double skin façade is known that several features affected the building energy and daylighting performance. That is why the envelope is able to consist of all architectural materials such as glass, aluminum, wood and insulation for vision of residents and workers in buildings. Its specifications is very diverse according to the building designers and building owners. In recent times, visual environment became a major focus and resulted in the development of cutting edge engineering of diverse glazing systems and shading devices by growing interests of friendly environment. Thus this research has evaluated the fluctuations of interior lighting and atmospheric conditions based on double skin facade systems. Especially in terms of daylighting environment as dependent on solar variations, this research provides quantitative analysis of interior lighting conditions and how it affects the living conditions as well as improve the design of interior spaces.

  • Because effect about environmental effect that get to human visually is absolute, ability that mural of subway interior considers relation with space is required. Also, public environment element should be designed must intend agreeableness sex by same traitor effect of quality of the material and color and can be evaluated by cultural inheritance that is powerful enemy same time. Wish to accomplish access as meaning of city environment improvement of wall of subway station or underground space etc. through Japan course South Korea's illustration regarding environment landscaping features that is designed in wall of latest domestic building subway interior in this research. Various and new reading by that study and analyze manufactured wall environment landscaping features recently that could find and was approached in variouser technique, practical use of material than single material and is expressed according to history's special quality and planning know can. Underground space can give agreeableness feel and psychological sense of security by user though expression method, material, color plan etc. consist because is having image blockade enemy. Therefore, wall environment landscaping features of underground space to be cultural value and environment Dija because diversified research that is accompanied in element is gone subway interior space of our country and underground space etc. as new culture space develop be able to must.
