Grinding is considered as a very effective machining technology to attain high production rates and a good surface quality of hard and brittle components. However, the grinding operations till needs the skill and the experience of an operator because of a lack of scientific knowledge and engineering principles. This is the reason why grinding operations are not completley intergrated in CIMS(Computer Intergrated Manufacturing System. Recent develop- ment focus on expert system which deals with domain specific knowledge in order to solve this problem. Firstly, in this study, a basic strategy to develop the grinding knowledge-base for grinding is discussed. Next, the architecture of knowledge-base and management of the grinding knowledge-base(GKB) is described.

The discussion for the structure of the intergrated management system(IMS) isbeing made process vigorously in the time of industrial standard in this study. Therefore, safety, health, environment management system was compared, the management method was found, and task standard and object were selected. The structure of database will be possible to prevent industrial injury and environment pollution prevention.

Decision support system (DSS) has been expected to be a powerful tool for aiding the decision making processes in business organizations. But it's contribution has turned to be somewhat doubtful, In this paper, an intergrated systems design apporach is suggested, which integrates DSS and expert system (ES) for the enhancement of performance of DSS, after carefully reviewing both DSS and ES.

Using materials recovered from the waste stream instead of virgin resources as a raw material in manufacturing has great environmental and economic benefits. However, there is lack of public interest in needs for integrated waste management and its relevant facilities, because of NIMBY syndrome, This article has proposed a system dynamics model for the study of the potential and systemic consequences of resource circulation management system(RCMS) policy for a Sudokwon landfill site in Korea. The results of the study indicate that the effects of RCMS are seen continuously to increase in term with both the community welfare level and the resource and energy level. Moreover the effects of RCMS appear sharply in the first half of the simulation period.

본 연구에서는 Ta이 도핑된 $TiO_2$와 $Au/TiO_2$ nanocomposite 박막을 co-sputtering법으로 제작하였다. Ta-doped $TiO_2$ 박막은 금흥석(rutile)에서 아나타제 상으로 변하는 구조를 유도하는 고용체를 형성했다. $Au/TiO_2$ nanocomposite film의 경우에는, 지름이 약 15 nm인 Au particles들이 $TiO_2$ matrix에 균질하게 분포되었다. Ta가 도핑된 $TiO_2$ 전극과 $Au/TiO_2$ 나노 콤포사이트 전극의 anodic photocurrents가 UV뿐만 아니라 가시광선 영역에서도 관찰되었다. Ta이 도핑된 $TiO_2$ 전극과 $Au/TiO_2$ 나노 콤포사이트 사이의 가시광선 영역에서 photoresponse는 계면 상태로 부터의 bandgap의 감소와 전자의 photoexcitation 때문이다.

Construction of our machine "Digital Tacho Graph" toghether with development and intergrated management system information is attached under Traffic Safety Law in article submission. This machine "Digital Tach Graph" has been mandated on a priority basis. The entire machine is constructed with specialised components to collect data that can retrive basic information. To obtain the components to perfect the information to optimize the device and system.

Performance management of computer networks is intended to improve a given network performance in order for more efficient information exchange between subsystems of an integrated large-scale system. Importance of perfomance management is growing as many functions of the large- scale system depend on the quality of communication services provided by the network. The role of performance management is to manipulate the adjustable protocol parameters on line so that the network can adapt itself to a dynamic environment. This can be divided into two subtasks : performance evaluation to find how changes in protocol parameters affect the network performance and decision making to determine the magnitude and direction of parameter adjustment. This paper is the first part of the two papers focusing on conceptual design, development, and evaluation of performance management for token bus networks. This paper specifically deals with the task of performance evaluation which utilizes the principle of perturbation analysis of discrete event dynamic systems. The developed algorithm can estimate the network performance under a perturbed protocol parameter setting from observations of the network operations under a nominal parameter setting.

Today, ERP becomes very popular as a vehicle of implementing an integrated information system since this package not only facilitates reengineering but also provides the function of generating consolidated financial statements. Yet a successful introduction strategy on the integrated information system needs to be set up because ERP has weaknesses as well as strengths. The strengths include the prompt reaction to environmental changes, the integrated management of information, the adoption of open systems, and the selection of modules according to functionsl However, the weaknesses of ERP include the provision of only basic functions, the development of package on international standard processes, and possible disadvantages to small and medium-sized firms. This paper is to suggest recommendations on the implementation strategy of ERP as an integrated information system. According to the case study with Firm A that has successfully implemented an ERP package, the most significant advantage of adopting ERP was that Firm A was able to implement an integrated information system for only six months. Finally, this research generates suggestions, such as the importance of the project team structure, the sufficient amount of time for education, and the minimization of the package modification.
