관찰자의 의복태도가 의복착용자의 인상에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Perceiver's Attitude on Male Impressions.)

  • The purposee of this study was to identify the effect of perceiver's clothing attitude on male impressions created by the clothing cues and contexts. In addition, the effect of perceiver's evaluations of clothing appropriateness on male impressions. The subjects consisted of 256 male undergraduate students and 256 middle aged men. The experimental materials developed for this study were a set of stimuli and response scales. The stimuli were 8 color Photographs of drawings of a male figure in clothing which were minipulated in two levels, each of three clothing cues including type, style and color. The experimental design was full factorial design of 2(contexts$\times$clothing types$\times$clothing style$\times$clothing color). Each of the 16 sub-samples includes 16 subjects from the two perceiver group. Questionnaires used to measure perceivers responses to the stimuli were 7-point semantic differential scales composed of 37 bipolar adjectives representing personal traits. Four aspects of clothing attitude(fashion interest, status symbols consiousness, clothing conformity, practicality & comfort)were used to classify subjects into groups of 20 five-point likers type questionnaires adapted from the previous research. Clothing appropriateness were developed 5 point likest scales for evaluation of a stimulus person in each context. The data was processed by factor analysis, ANOVA, multiple classification analysis, Duncan's multiple range test, cluster analysis, MANOVA and pearson's product moment correlations. The major findings drawn from this study were as follows: 1. Perceiver's clothing attitude influenced impression formed by the social contexts and clothing crises. In three groups classified by their clothing attitude, the status symbol-oriented group was most affected by the social contexts and clothing cues. 2. Perceiver's evaluation of clothing appropriateness was related with impressions by a stimulus person. In summary the effect of contexts and clothing cues on impression formation varied according to perceiver's clothing attitude and clothing approopiateness.

  • Non-point pollutants, which mainly originate from high traffic roads and rural areas, contaminate the environment by flowing into various rivers and lakes and thus are of interest as an environmental issue. Accordingly, efforts have been made to design and maintain efficient filter systems for the control of the non-point pollutants. Meanwhile, clay-type materials are widely used for the absorption of chemicals included in pollutants and the absorption performances of various clays have been reported in the literature. Thus, the present study proposes a non-destructive monitoring method for the performance of a clay-type filter using electrical resistivity measurement. A series of experimental tests is performed on celite-based particulate filters with infiltrating non-point source pollutants having the same characteristics as pollutants on high traffic roads. Each test measures permeability, resistivity of the filter materials and resistivity of the filtrated water. As the particulate filter materials filtrate pollutants and absorb heavy chemicals (e.g., $Cr^{6+}$, lead, nickel, among others), ionic concentration increases resulting as the electrical resistivity decrease. When the filter systems approach the end of their lifetime, the electrical resistivity of the filter material converges to a very low value due to lowered filter absorption efficiency. Hence, the electrical resistivity of the filtrated water also converges to a low value due to high concentrations of heavy metals. The permeability converges to a very low value because of significantly reduced porosity due to clogging and absorption of pollutants on the filter material. The experimental results show that electrical resistivity monitoring of filter materials is a promising approach to estimation of filter performance and its life expectancy.

  • 최근 의료 기술의 발달로 제1형 당뇨에 대한 진단율이 높아지면서 당뇨 환아가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 환아들에게 당뇨 교육이 필요하지만, 효율적이고 적절한 교육 콘텐츠는 부재한 상황이다. 특히 이러한 교육은 혈당 변화 대처요령과 행동치료에 대한 꾸준하고 반복적인 학습이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 10-11세 환아들의 눈높이에 맞춰 주도적으로 학습할 수 있는 에듀테인먼트 콘텐츠를 제안하고자 한다. 효과적인 학습을 위해 주사 실습콘텐츠를 구성하였고 반복적인 학습을 위해 하이브리드방식을 사용하였다. 사용성 테스트를 통해서 이러한 구성이 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 상대적으로 당뇨 교육을 받기 어려운 지역의 환아들이 쉽게 접근 가능함과 동시에 앞으로 개발될 아동의 눈높이에 맞춘 당뇨 교육 콘텐츠 연구의 기반 연구로써 공헌할 것으로 기대된다.

공동주택 전열교환기 필터종류 및 두께에 따른 미세먼지 제거율 평가 (Evaluation of Particulate Matter Removal Rate according to Filter Type and Thickness of Total Heat Exchanger in Apartment Houses)

  • This study examined the particulate removal performance of three different types of air filters inside a heat exchanger. Of interest was the ability of each filter type in reducing the transmission of outdoor particulate matter of PM10 from entering an apartment while the heat exchanger was in operation. The study tested one commonly used medium filter (E11 grade) and two HEPA filters (H13 grade) of different thicknesses. Two different concentrations of particulate matter were used in the experiment to address different ambient air quality conditions in Korea, 32.75 ㎍/㎥ and 67.26 ㎍/㎥. Study results indicated that under the particulate matter concentration of 32.75 ㎍/㎥, all three filters were capable of removing more than 95% of the fine dust. However at a particulate matter concentration of 67.26 ㎍/㎥, the medium E11 grade filter was only able to remove about 90% of the particulates whereas the HEPA H13 grade filters were able to remove 95% or more of the particulates. The thicker HEPA filter (40T) was also more effective in removing particulates than the thinner HEPA filter (20T) by about 1.6 to 3 percentage points. Based on the findings of this study, it is recommended that HEPA filters of 20T thickness or greater be used during the high air pollution seasons of winter and spring in Korea while medium filters can be used during the other seasons to reduce outdoor air pollution transmission indoors.

고등학생의 기숙사생활 여부에 따른 건강증진행위와 관련요인 (Health Promotion Behavior and Related Factors on the High School Students Who Live in a Dormitory)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to find out practicing the health promotion behaviors and the factors relating their health promotion behavior between high school students who live in dormitory and the one who live in their house. Method: This study was carried out by using with questionnaire answered by 1,572 students. Some students are from two academic high schools, and the others are from two girl's high schools in Northern Kyungpook Province from the 27th through 30th of June 2005. Among them, 1,562were included in final analysis. The collected data was analyzed through frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, chi-square test, t-test and multiple regression. The data was analyzed using a SPSS/win ver. 12.0. Results: Analysis showed that the total score of practicing health promotion behaviors was 115.1. In case of male students, the score for students in dormitory was 119.6 and the one attending school from house was 114.9(p<0.05). In case of female students, score for students in dormitory was 113.7, and the score for students who live in house was 114.7. According to the data from multiple regression of analysis which has the health promotion behavior practice as a subordinate variable, in male students' case the degree of health promotion behavior practice becomes type of live in a dormitory, high in proportion to their parents' interest in health, disease of student and family, perceived health status, and the perceived self efficacy and the perceived benefit of the health promotion behavior. As to the female students, their health behavior practice becomes level of family economics, high in proportion to their parents' interest in health, perceived health status, and the perceived self efficacy and the perceived benefit of the health promotion behavior. Conclusions: On consideration of above findings, through the systematic development of health education program, we induced to desirable direction for the changeable factors of actions to health promotion for the health. and through the connective guidelines between the school and the home, we have to adapt to effective health promotion program for the health management of the young boys and girls.

미분 문제해결 과정에서의 오류 분석 (Analysis of Error Types in the Differential Problem Solving Progress)

  • 미적분은 우리 생활의 여러 방면에 활용되고 있으며, 경제학이나 행정학 등 사회과학 분야에서도 기초를 이루고 있다는 점에서 이공계에서만 중요시하게 다루어지는 것에 대한 많은 논란이 있어 왔다. 다행히 2010년부터는 일반계 고등학교 2학년 수학과 교육과정에 미적분 단원이 도입된다고 한다. 처음 미적분을 접하게 되는 학생들은 먼저 미분학습에서 흥미를 잃는다거나 미분학습에 대한 불안과 기피현상을 겪지 않도록 해야 한다. 이에 대비하기 위해 본 연구는 학생들이 교과서에서 평소 접할 수 있는 일반화된 미분문제를 중심으로 예비검사를 실시하고 전문가의 검토와 예비검사를 바탕으로 선정된 최종 검사지를 투입하여 미분 문제해결 과정에서 나타나는 오류를 분석틀에 맞게 분류 분석함으로서 미분학습 지도방안에 대한 기초자료를 마련하고자 하였다.

대학 강의실 수업의 효과성 향상을 위한 H형 블렌디드 이러닝 적용 효과 분석 (Investigation of H model blended e-learning technique in enhanced effectiveness of class learning)

  • 본 연구는 블렌디드 이러닝이 대학의 강의실 위주의 수업에서 효과성을 향상시킬 수 있는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 먼저, 수업 사례를 분석하여 블렌디드 이러닝 운영방식으로 CbE(Class based E-learning)와 EbC(E-learning based Class) 방식을 도출하고, 수업구조로 Z형(Zigzag model)과 H형(Ladder model)을 정의하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 A대학의 "엑셀실무" 과목에 CbE 방식의 H형 블렌디드 이러닝을 운영하였다. 집단은 사이버강의 학습참여비율의 50%이상인 집단(그룹 1)과 그렇지 않은 집단(그룹 2)으로 나누고, 자료의 분석은 $x^2$-검정, t -검정으로 학업 성취도를 비교하였다. 사이버강의 학습참여비율과 합격여부의 관계를 규명하기 위해 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 검정 결과, 그룹 1이 학업 성취도에서 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과에서 사이버강의 학습참여비율은 합격여부를 예측하는 유의미한 변인으로 규명됨에 따라, 블렌디드 이러닝의 효과성이 확증되었다. 연구 결과, H형 블렌디드 이러닝은 강의실 수업의 단점을 보완하여 학업 성취도와 학습 만족도를 향상시키고, 학습자가 블렌디드 이러닝 수업 방식에 대해 긍정적인 인식을 갖도록 한 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 성공적으로 블렌디드 이러닝을 운영하기 위한 전략과 대학에서의 활성화 방안에 대해 제언하였다.

구조물 내진 보강용 폴리우레아의 재료 성능 평가 (Material Performance Evaluation of PolyUrea for Structural Seismic Retrofitting)

  • 현재 우리나라 주변에서 지진 발생이 빈번하며 철근콘크리트 구조물에 적용할 수 있는 내진보강 방법에 대한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 최근 보수 보강 재료로 각광받고 있는 폴리우레아는 철근콘크리트 구조물 뿐 아니라 폭발 및 충격에도 우수한 성능을 검증된 바 있다. 폴리우레아를 이용하여 보강성능을 향상시킨 연질형 폴리우레아는 보수 보강의 한계점이 있기 때문에 연질형 폴리우레아의 주제와 경화제 함유량을 단계별로 달리하여 내진보강용 경질형 폴리우레아를 개발하였다. 개발된 재료의 성능을 검토하기 위하여 지속시간, 인장강도, 신장률, 부착성능, 경도 시험을 수행하였다. 내진보강용 폴리우레아의 경우 기존의 연질형 폴리우레아보다 높은 인장강도와 낮은 신장률의 성능을 나타냈다. 신장률이 높아지게 되면 보강된 구조물의 강성 효과가 저하되기 때문에 단계별 재료개발에서 낮은 신장률을 유도하였다. 따라서 내진보강용 폴리우레아 피막제의 제조는 피복에 의한 반영구적 제품을 제조할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 FRP, 강재, 부직포 등으로 보강된 기둥에 피복한다면 내진성 및 내구성을 최대로 할 수 있을 것이다.

한국동남지역 제조산업의 ISO 14001 : 2004 환경경영시스템의 운용평가 (Operation Assessment of ISO 14001 : 2004 Environmental Management System in Manufacturing Industry of Southeastern Korea)

  • Environmental pollution including air, land, and water has become one of the most critical issues in global interest. The damages due to environmental pollution lead to serious disasters. Nations have realized the importance of environment protection and have been starting to force organizations to implement environmental management system (EMS) as way of protecting environment. ISO 14001 requirements that are the most popular standard as EMS have been developed to support continuous improvement to environment management. It has been revised once since publication and ISO 14001 : 2004 version is currently available. Organizations globally started to acquire the certificate of EMS to observe environment related laws, accept customers' and stakeholders' request, increase market share, and fulfill implementation motives. This article examines the audit data that were collected for several years from manufacturing companies including shipbuilding, machinery, metal, automobiles, and chemical companies in southeastern Korea on the basis of ISO 14001 : 2004 requirements. The audit data were classified into minor nonconformities based on factors such as business size, business type, and EMS implementation period. We conduct hypotheses test using statistical methods in order to see if there are any significant differences based on the factors. We draw conclusions for the results of hypotheses test and address the necessities of energy, greenhouse gas, green management, and continuous improvement to enhance the efficiency of EMS implementation.

패션사이클 가속화에 따른 의류소비 행태 연구 (A Study on Consumption Behaviors in Accordance with the Acceleration of Fashion Cycle)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the differences in clothing consumption behaviors among female consumer groups in their twenties and to understand the type of consumer group pursuing fast fashion. Questionnaire survey was conducted to 230 female consumers residing in Seoul and Kyung Gi area from June 18 to 29 in 2007, and 178 were used for data analysis. Data analysis were conducted with SPSS 12 program on the reliability test, factor analysis, cluster analysis, correlation analysis, ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test. Factors analyses were employed for the attitude toward fashion and shopping, and shopping motives. Four factors were formulated for the attitude toward fashion: interest in fashion, fashion-orientation, fashion leadership and fashion conformity. Six factors for the attitude toward shopping were found: information searching, shopping enjoyment, store patronage, impulse buying, brand-orientation and convenience. Buying motives for fashion goods were classified into 3 factors: for matching & occasion, to-be-in-fashion and for necessity. Four clusters were identified based on the attitude toward fashion: the fashion-interested, the fashion-indifferent, fashion leaders and the individuality-oriented. Among the groups, significant differences were found in information searching, shopping enjoyment and store patronage. Fashion leaders tended to spend more for expensive and up-to-dated fashion items, and for higher quantity than other groups. Consequently fashion leaders showed attractive customer characteristics for the fast fashion companies.
