다축분류체계를 이용한 치과용 의료행위 분류체계 구축 (Implementation of the Classification system for Dental Behavior using Multi-Axial Classification System)

  • In this paper, we propose the multi-axial classification system using parallel coding method that is systemic and flexible properties for representing dental clinical behavior. The methodology and organization of this thesis as follows. First, an analysis of other classification systems. Second, the domain of medical behavior and axises using selected elements was were determined. Third, the new code system is constructed of these common factors in properties of prediction of hierarchy, brevity, simplicity, flexibility and mnemonic usage. Finally, the framework of classification system for dental was made using multi-axial code system. The result of the this study, the eight bases axis of multi-axial code system is composed and can be basic information of research for construction of classification system of all medical domain.

NANO-STRUCTURAL AND NANO-CHEMICAL ANALYSIS OF NI-BASE ALLOY/LOW ALLOY STEEL DISSIMILAR METAL WELD INTERFACES

  • The dissimilar metal joints welded between Ni-based alloy, Alloy 690 and low alloy steel, A533 Gr. B with Alloy 152 filler metal were characterized by using optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, secondary ion mass spectrometry and 3-dimensional atom probe tomography. It was found that in the weld root region, the weld was divided into several regions including unmixed zone in Ni-base alloy, fusion boundary, and heat-affected zone in the low alloy steel. The result of nanostructural and nanochemical analyses in this study showed the non-homogeneous distribution of elements with higher Fe but lower Mn, Ni and Cr in A533 Gr. B compared with Alloy 152, and the precipitation of carbides near the fusion boundary.

영화를 활용한 플립러닝 기반의 학제 간 융합 창의성 증진 프로그램이 대학생의 창의성과 융합인재소양에 미치는 효과 (Educational Effects of Interdisciplinary Creativity Promotion Program Based on Movie-Assisted Flipped Learning of creativity and STEAM literacy indexes in College Students)

  • 본 연구는 영화를 활용한 플립러닝 기반의 학제 간 융합 창의성 증진 프로그램이 대학생의 창의성과 융합인재소양에 어떠한 효과를 미치는지 확인하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산광역시에 소재한 D대학교의 '영화로 만나는 창의적 융합' 교양강좌에 수강한 대학생 44명과 비수강 대학생 45명 총 89명을 대상으로 총 15회기의 프로그램을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0프로그램을 사용하여 독립표본 t-검증으로 내용을 분석하였으며, 이에 대한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영화를 활용한 플립러닝 기반의 학제 간 융합 창의성 증진 프로그램은 대학생의 창의성 하위영역에서 인내/집착, 유머감, 자기확신, 상상, 개방성, 독립성, 호기심의 순으로 유의미한 효과가 높게 나타났고, 창의성 전체에서도 유의미한 효과가 나타났다. 둘째, 영화를 활용한 플립러닝 기반의 학제 간 융합 창의성 증진 프로그램은 대학생의 융합인재소양의 하위영역에서 융합, 배려, 소통, 창의의 순으로 유의미한 효과가 높게 나타났고, 융합인재소양 전체에서도 유의미한 효과가 나타났다. 이상과 같은 연구결과를 통해 영화를 활용한 플립러닝 기반의 학제 간 융합 창의성 증진 프로그램의 교육적 효과를 확인할 수 있었고, 교육학을 기반으로 한 융합연구 분야에 의미 있는 방향설정과 시사점을 제공하였다.

위전도와 자율 신경계의 관계에 관한 문헌적 고찰 (A Review on Relationship between Electrogastrography and Autonomic Nervous System)

  • Background: The consequences of disordered breathing patterns are not only distressing to the patient but also expensive to our health care systems if they are not diagnosed and treated. So we performed this study to investigate clinical significants trough gigong, yoga and hyperventilation in oriental medicine and westen medicine Objective: To review the relationship of electrogastrography with autonomic nervous system and to study its clinical application. Method: We investigate the research results through internet search engine, Pubmed. Conclusion: Electrogastrography is a reliable, non-invasive method for recording gastric myoelectrical activity and is used for objectification of diagnosis related to gastric peristalsis. Gastric myoelectrical activity seem to involve autonomic nervous system, especially parasympathetic nervous system. The study should be continuing about relationship between electrogastrography and autonomic nervous system.

  • Objective : To review studies about acoustic analysis and to study its medical application. Method : We investigate the research results through internet search engines, such as Pubmed. Conclusions : I would like to conclude that there should be continued study, along with the objectification and quantification of diagnosis and application of acoustic analysis in the wide variety of oriental medicine.

칠정상이 자각적 삶의 질 수준에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Seven Emotions on Self-awareness Quality of Life)

  • Objectives: The purpose of our study was to verify whether the Seven Emotions evaluated by Guibi-Tang questionnaire (GTQ) were predictive of self-awareness level of one's quality of life (QOL). Methods: Eighty volunteers participated in this study and completed the GTQ. In addition, the volunteers were asked to answer one's self-awareness of the QOL using numerical scale. Factor analysis was conducted for extraction of GTQ factors. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was conducted to verify path structure. Results: The estimates of the four factors on the level of one's QOL demonstrated that Chest Factor (=-0.330) showed the highest level of correlation followed by the seven emotions (=-0.213); Deficient fire (=0.141); and Qi Deficiency (=-0.023). Model fit is $X^2$=34.740 (df=36), GFI=0.931, AGFI=0.873, NFI=0.867, RFI=0.797, IFI=0.975, TLI=1.006, CFI=1.009, RMSEA=0.000. Therefore, considering these values, SEM could be accepted as a workable model. Conclusions: Our study results suggest that According to SEM, The Seven Emotions evaluated by GTQ are predictable for self-awareness of one's QOL.

  • 학문 간의 융합 현상이 더욱 더 강화될 미래 사회에서 살아남는 인재를 양성하기 위해서는 대학의 교양교육과정에서 융합인재로서 갖추어야 할 융합 역량들을 배양할 수 있는 교양교육과정을 제공하는 것이 바람직하다. 지금까지 대학 교양 IT교육 교과에서 이미 만들어진 소프트웨어를 활용하는 방법을 강의하고 실습하도록 구성하여 제공하였지만, 미래 사회를 이끌어 갈 창의적인 융합 인재들에게 필요한 것은 컴퓨터과학을 이해하고 자신들이 필요한 소프트웨어를 만들어 내는 능력을 훈련하는 교과과정이다. 그래서 교양 IT교육과정에서 컴퓨팅적 사고능력 배양을 위하여 프로그래밍 교육을 시행하였다. 프로그래밍 언어로는 파이썬을 활용하였다. 신입생대상 프로그래밍 교육을 통하여 얻을 수 있는 교육효과를 분석하여, 융합인재가 갖추어야 할 사고력, 문제해결능력, 창의력, 의사표현능력, 자기 주도적 학습능력이 향상되었음을 보였다.

의사결정나무법을 이이용한 병인(病因)분류에 관한 연구 (A Study of Pathogenesis Classification using Decision Tree Method)

  • Background : In spite of the predominant of the theory of Pathogenesis, the method of Pathogenesis classification is depending on the doctor's clinical trials because od the lack of the objective test criteria. Methods and Results : This study is trying to improve the objectiveness of classification using a new statistical method, decision tree. Decision tree method -a classification technique in the statistical analysis- was used to analyze the result of pathogenesis questionnaire instead of using discriminant analysis. As a result, 10 among 38 pathogenesis questionnaire was selected as important questions and 12 terminal nodes was built to classify the pathogenesis. Conclusions : Using only 10 questions shown in the result of decision tree, we can classify and interpret the pathogenesis easily and effectively.
