Objectives: The Journal of the Korean Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (JKACAP) has had a 31 year-long history, sharing research and reviews of children and adolescents' mental health to promote voluntary participation and communication of the members of this society. Here, we have reviewed the detailed history of the journal from the perspective of developmental progression of JKACAP and discussed the direction of further development. Methods & Results: We reviewed the journey of the journal by focusing on the effort it took to take the journal to a global standard, and discussed the future direction of progress of JKACAP, based on the opinions raised at the Editor-in-Chiefs' reunion. Conclusion: JKACAP has just stepped on the path to globalization by being indexed in Emerging Sources Citation Index, PubMed Central, and Scopus. It is time to progress to another dimension, by acknowledging and overcoming more complicated issues, such as augmenting impact of the journal, expanding domains of interdisciplinary collaboration, and more global cooperation.

본 글은 고 사진실 교수의 '전통연희 시리즈 1~9'를 계승하기 위해, 고 사진실 교수가 견지하였던 전통연희 교육관과 초등 연극교육의 접점을 모색한 것이다. 고 사진실 교수의 전통연희 교육관은 제7권과 제8권에 구체적으로 반영되어 있는데, 2015 개정 교육과정에서 제시하고 있는 인재상, 연극 교육을 통한 인문학적 소양 함양과 접점을 보이는 시각들을 예견하여 제시했다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다. 즉 전통연희 관련 인문지식(인문자원)을 체계적으로 습득하여, 실제의 공연 제작현장에서 그것을 창조적으로 재현할 수 있는 학생, 즉 창의융합형 인재를 목표로 했다는 점에서 그 의의가 확인된다. 그런데 2015 개정 교육과정에서 중시한 창의융합형 인재를 양성하기 위해서는 '논리적으로 말하기'뿐만 아니라 '재미있게 말하기' 능력을 함양시키는 것도 요구된다고 본다. 그와 관련하여 필자는 고 사진실 교수가 주목하였던, 한국의 전통 연극 중의 하나인 재담을 연극교육의 대안으로 제시하였다. 정규 수업에서 재담을 활용함으로써 한국의 전통 연극 공연 양식을 계승할 수 있다는 점, 재담의 일인극적(一人劇的) 특성과 소극적(笑劇的) 특성이 '재미있게 말하기'와 밀접한 관련이 있고, 이는 '논리적으로 말하기' 교육만을 강조하는 데서 발생하는 감성 공감교육의 미비점을 정규 수업을 통해 보완할 수 있다는 점, 재담은 자기 자신이나 현실을 비판적으로 성찰하되 재미있게 전달함으로써 청중의 공감을 얻을 수 있는 설득적 스토리텔링으로써의 가능성이 충분하다는 점 등에서 의미가 있다고 본다. 이때 고 사진실 교수의 저작물 및 문화콘텐트와 교육 관련 아이디어들을 담고 있는 전통연희 시리즈 1~9는 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This paper identifies trends in research methodology due to globalization. Context in both research and in practice and forms the key perspective for modern methodology and theory. Ecological perspectives are a necessary condition for quality global research. Human ecology researchers must advance the role of interdisciplinary and inter-functional perspectives and be open to collaborative relationships. These researchers must work in teams across disciplinary and functional boundaries. The paper discusses directions for research within the context of trends at U.S. federal agencies with applications to globalization and family life. Trends include： (a) use of diverse but rigorous methodologies； (b) recognition of the research-practice-research feedback loop；(c) primacy of context and diverse sampling; and (d) connections of research to problem solving. The terms promoted recently such as ″relationships″, ″diversity″ or ″problem-based″ are ingrained in human ecology. Key aspects for research in the next decade will be： (a) seeking diversity in sampling； (b) seeking colleagues with different perspectives； (c) incorporating meta-analysis into our work； (d) seeking meaningful results； (e) utilizing varieties of research methodologies to address our problems； and (0 understanding that practice must continually change as a function of research.

This study reviews facts and trends of harmful environments in the last decade that negatively affected children's development. Younger children have been exposed to harmful media, drugs, facilities, and objects. A matter of chemical substances contaminating in-door air has become quite controversial, recently. In order to provide a better understanding of harmful environments against children, there are great needs for a survey covering all ages based on the clear definition of the term harmful environments, research identifying its causal effects on child development in the context of both parent-child and peer relationships, and a longitudinal study processing its effects in a life-span perspective. It is suggested that by providing parent education and a plenty of cultural facilities as social efforts to create sound family culture, psycho-social and physical environments of children are improved. Furthermore, legal regulations and supervision on harmful environments are needed to be strengthened.

This interdisciplinary study explores G$\ddot{o}$del's hermeneutics of the relationship between relativity theory and idealistic philosophy in terms of time. For G$\ddot{o}$del, Einstein's contribution to the physical realization of idealistic philosophy would be remarkable. We start with a historical background around G$\ddot{o}$del's paper for Einstein(1949a). From the perspective of G$\ddot{o}$del's cosmology, the second part addresses the relative nature of time, and the next then investigates the rotating model of universes. G$\ddot{o}$del's own results show that the temporal conditions of relativity and idealistic philosophy are satisfiable in the mathematical model of rotating universes. Thus, it could be asserted to travel into any region of the past, present or future, and back again.

There is evidence that cholesterol in the brain plays an important role in the neurotransmitter release. A decrease of the cholesterol level severely hampers the activity of the membrane fusion machinery, thereby inhibiting the release. Meanwhile, the results from several clinical studies suggest that a low cholesterol level is linked to the dysfunction of some brain activities. Because the neurotransmitter release underlies the basic brain function, the combined results lead to a testable hypothesis that the cholesterol-lowering drugs may inhibit the neurotransmitter release at the synapse. Such inhibition of the release could result in impaired brain function for a limited group of people. A molecular basis for the hypothesis is discussed.

Thesedays, Home Economic in Korea is faced with the danger of a discord caused by the outer pressure of reorganization in the process educational reformation. The first purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of the informatized society and the changes of families lived in the informatized society. The second was to assert to strengthen Home Economics in the informatized society. Ultimately we suggested an integrative and interdisciplinary model about Home Economics from the ecological and informative perspective. This model consist with three parts: Human development(Child studies, Gerontology, & Adolescent studies) and family studies division(Family relation studies, family resource management studies, & Consumer studies) Environmental division(Clothing and Textiles, Food and Nutrition, & Housing) and HEIS(Home Economics Information System). This classification is correspond with the one Human-Behavioral Environment and Human-Constructed Environment of Ecological theory.

The interdisciplinary study addresses the G$\ddot{o}$del's ontology from the perspective of the mathematical maximality. We first investigate G$\ddot{o}$del's God having all the positive properties as the intersection of ultrafilters in his own ontological proof(1970). Regarding the axiom of choice and his compactness theorem(1930), the next part discusses the ontological meaning of the maximal rather than the maximum in terms of an episteme space. The results show that G$\ddot{o}$del's ontological arguments imply all the existence of the maximal reality, and all the human's epistemological boundedness as well.

Combined with expert interviews and questionnaire investigations, this paper aims at analyzing the different characteristics of the animated characters Spider-Man from Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse based on Hunlock Effect, in order to provide appropriate guidance for animation characters designers and limited inspiration for creative practices. First, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse is chosen as the case to analyze 6 Spider-Man with different personalities, who appear at the same time. Then, Spider-Man's characteristics are analyzed through interviews with experts. At last, the key study focuses on the influence of environmental factors on the formation of Spider-Man's roles in the theory of Hunlock Effect, in light of the principle of personality formation in psychology. From the perspective of psychology, interdisciplinary study on animated characters provides scientific and effective support for animation character design, and increases the fascination of animation characters' personalities.

Single-molecule techniques have been used successfully to visualize real-time enzymatic activities, revealing transient complex properties and heterogeneity of various biological events. Especially, conventional force spectroscopy including optical tweezers and magnetic tweezers has been widely used to monitor change in DNA length by enzymes with high spatiotemporal resolutions of ~nanometers and ~milliseconds. However, DNA metabolism results from coordination of a number of components during the processes, requiring efficient monitoring of a complex of proteins catalyzing DNA substrates. In this min-review, we will introduce a simple and multiplexed single-molecule assay to detect DNA substrates catalyzed by enzymes with high-throughput data collection. We conclude with a perspective of possible directions that enhance capability of the assay to reveal complex biological events with higher resolution.
