Since a declaration between North and South Korea was adopted, North and South Korea has strengthened the interchange and cooperation between each other in many fields. Especially, the interchange and cooperation in the field of industrial property right, such as patent and trademark, are required to keep up with the age of the knowledge industry. But, until a recent date, there has been little interchange or cooperation in the field of industrial property right, and a few major companies were attempt to apply for the patent in North Korea through the Third country The system of industrial property laws in North and South Korea are very different because of time and political ideology barriers. To unify the system of industrial property laws in North and South Korea, firstly, North and South Korea must try to recognize and understand the dissimilarity between them. In this article, I compared the system of industrial property law of South Korea with that of North Korea to search commonalities and dissimilarities. Furthermore, it is needed to establish systematic devices for understanding of between North and South Korea, for instance, conducting a interdisciplinary seminar or dispatching a judge mutually. Finally, it is necessary to phase in a practical plan for unification. In the short run, mutual application and registration have to be authorized, and in the long view, unifying the practice of industrial property law service is needed. At the conclusion, the industrial property laws in North and South Korea can be unified systematically. In other words , to unify system of industrial property laws in North and South Korea, it is prerequisite that mutual understanding of industrial property laws and performance of the unify plan. The interchange and cooperation in this field will not only promote technical development but also create common interests of North and South Korea by expanding an opportunity for creating and utilizing industrial property.

RGB 이미지를 활용하는 다양한 객체 인식 분야에서 조도가 어둡거나 특정 물체에 의해 가려진 환경에서의 RGB 이미지는 객체 인식 성능 저하를 일으킨다. IR 이미지는 가시광선이 아닌 적외선 파동을 감지하기 때문에 이러한 환경에서 강인한 객체 인식 성능을 가질 수 있고, RGB-IR 이미지 쌍을 가지고 각자의 강점을 결합 하는 것을 통해 객체 인식 성능을 향상시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 RGB-IR 이미지 쌍의 강점만을 결합하여 객체 인식 성능을 향상시키는 다중 스펙트럼 융합 모델인 high-frequency interchange network (HINet)을 제안한다. HINet은 RGB-IR 이미지 간 주요 정보를 교환하기 위해 두 가지 객체 인식 모델을 mutual high-frequency transfer (MHT)를 이용하여 연결하였다. MHT에서는 RGB-IR 이미지 쌍 각각을 discrete cosine transform (DCT) 스펙트럼 도메인으로 변환하여 고주파 정보를 추출한다. 추출된 고주파 정보는 서로의 네트워크에 전달되어 객체 인식성능 향상을 위해 활용되어 진다. 실험 결과는 제안하는 네트워크의 우수성을 보이며 다중 스펙트럼 객체 인식 성능을 향상시키는 것을 확인할 수 있다.

본 연구는 '통일교육은 근본적으로 통일에 대한 심리교육이다.'라는 사람중심의 통일교육 관점에서 한민족에게 교류의 활성화와 통일의 완성을 위해서는 어떠한 심리적 요소에 대해 통일교육을 해야 하는 지를 제안하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구의 배경은 독일의 경우 통일된 지 17년이 지난 지금에도 완전한 통일 즉, 내적 통일을 이루기 위해서는 앞으로 30년 내외가 더 필요하다는 평가를 받고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 우리의 경우에는 독일이 하지 못했던 이 교육을 통일 이전부터 해야 한다. 그리고 우리는 독일과 달리 통일 이전의 교류시기가 상당히 길 것으로 전망되기 때문에 이 교류시기에 이 교육을 해야 한다. 우리의 상황에서 중시해야 할 사람중심의 통일교육의 요소는 이데올로기 중심의 통일 교육을 넘어서서 교류와 통일 시기에 개개인의 심리적 안정성 확보를 위한 적응력 증대 방안으로 이것을 통일 교육에 포함시켜야 한다.

최근에 산업분야에서는 각 기업내부에 국한된 정보처리시스템 구축의 단계를 넘어서서 기업간 정보 네트워크의 구축단계로 발전되고 있다. 정보네트워크는 각 기업내의 LAN으로부터 기업간의 연결로 온라인화 되고 있는데 이것을 기업 전산망(intercompany network) 또는 EDI(Electronic Data Interchange)라고 부른다. EDI가 본격적으로 시작된것은 1980년대 초이며 아직도 시작단계에 머물러 있지만 1990년대 중반에 가서는 모든 기업간 거래의 1/3이상이 EDI를 통해 이루어질 것으로 예상하고 있다. EDI는 표준화된 기업간의 거래서식(business form)을 컴퓨터 통신으로 교환하는 것으로서 EBDI(Electronic Business Data Interchange)라고 부르기도 한다. 현재 대부분의 기업들이 컴퓨터로 업무문서를 작성하고 처리하고 있지만 타기업과의 정보교환에 있어서는 우편, 전화, 팩시밀리 등에 의존하고 있어서 정보교환량만 늘어나고 있을 뿐이기 때문에 신속하고 에러없는 기업간 정보교환을 가능하게 하는 EDI의 사용이 요구된다.

Among the driving methods of CALS, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), the pivot of procurement and logistics, is becoming the standard of data interchange. In this article, we examine the standard, growth, and status of EDI, and present a scheme to make it available via Internet that grow to be a standardized network, in comparison with a method to use a Value Added Network(VAN). So we studied an implementation of EDI system to exchange and process the business intra-works in order to integrate it into Intranet environment. As well, we present a client/server model running under Intranet environment, and a system with a format server to share the load of server and client. To do this, we list the functions and requirements of EDI system, connect a database to the Intranet, and develop applications using $Java^{TM}$.

UML은 1997년 버전 1.0이 나온 이후로 여러 변화를 거치면서 산업계의 표준으로 자리잡았다. UML 을 위한 다양한 툴이 개발되고 툴 사이의 모델 교환을 위해 UML XMI 이 개발 되었다. UML 2.0에서는 모델 교환뿐 아니라 다이어그램 정보와 노테이션에 대한 정보도 교환하기 위해 다이어그램 교환을 위한 스펙을 발표했다. 다이어그램은 노테이션의 집합으로 이루어지고 노테이션은 다시 여러 하위 노테이션으로 구성된다. Diagram Interchange Specification은 이런 관계를 XMI로 표현한다. 다이어그램 정보 교환을 지원하는 편집기는 XMI 를 주고받을 수 있는 부분과 다이어그램 구조에 따라 다이어그램과 노테이션을 생성할 수 있는 기능이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 다이어그램 메타 모델을 이용하여 모델 중심의 메타편집기 프로토타입을 보여준다.

본 논문에서는 MCVoD system의 VoD Server Channel 할당 기법 변경을 통한 성능향상에 대해 논하고, 이에 따른 MCVoD system의 전체 성능을 분석하도록 한다. 또한 시뮬레이션을 통해, 동일한 VoD Server Channel 할당 기법을 사용하는 타 VoD system과 성능을 비교해봄으로써, VoD Server 및 Interchange Agent의 동시 사용에 따른, MCVoD system성능을 평가한다.

A multi-interchange simplex method is presented. This method tries to cut almost half of the set of convex combinations which generate all decreasing feasible directions. Analysis of this method indicates high possibility of the existence of polynomial-time simplex-type methods.

In this reaserch, the comparison between numerical results and field measurments including settlement, heaving and lateral displacement, in the interchange construction works on soft ground. Sand drain was performed for the improvement of the site and steel pipe piles driven for the pier foundation of interchange. The steel pipe piles were replaced to the equivalent steel sheet pile wall. Biot's equation was coupled with elasto-viscoplastic model for the multi-purpose program of soft foundation. Finally countemeasures for future possible lateral displacement and settlement were exmanined.
