일반 고객이 대기업 혹은 중소기업, 증권, 금융, 은행권 등의 서비스를 제공받기 위해서는 보편적으로 인터넷, SMS(Short Message Service), ATM(Automated Teller Machine), DM(Direct Mail), 텔레포니 서비스 등을 사용한다. 특히, 화재 보험사 및 증권, 금융, 은행권의 경우는 QoS(Quality of Service) 보장을 통한 실시간성 제약 조건을 만족해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 고객의 최초 접점으로 이용될 수 있는 CRM(Customer Relationship Management) 환경 하에서 다중 채널 서비스를 위한 결함허용 IVR(Interactive Voice Response)을 설계 구현하였다. 제안한 모델은 대 고객 응대 CRM 모델로 효율적으로 이용될 것으로 사료된다.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to observe the relative priorities of importances among IT services for Smart tourism as well as the relative priorities of importances among ways for developing the IT Services. Design/methodology/approach AHP analysis model was designed with 3 layers in order to recognize the relative importances priorities of IT services and the ways developing the IT services in Smart tourism. The factors in the top layer consist of Pre-trip IT services, During-trip IT services and Post-trip IT services. The lower factors in second layer of the Pre-trip IT services consists of Tourism information search, Online reservation and Price comparison. The lower factors of the During-trip IT services consists of Context recognition, Virtual Reality and Drone Application. The lower factors of the Post-trip IT services consists of Interactive Sharing and Tagging. The factor of third layer, the ways of developing the IT services consist of Company leading, University leading and Industry-University Collaboration. The structural questionnaire based on the AHP analysis model was designed and used to survey experts in IT and tourism areas. The collected data by the question investigation was analyzed by AHP analysis technique. Findings The importance priority of During-trip IT service was highest among in the three type IT services of tourism life cycle. The importance priority of Price comparison service was highest among IT services for Pre-trip. The importance priority of the Context recognition service was highest among IT services for During-trip. The Interactive sharing service was highest among IT services for Post-trip. It would be confirmed for the IT service development ways of Company leading to be suitable for most of the It services, such as Tourism information search, Online reservation, Price comparison, Context recognition, Virtual reality, Drone application, Interactive sharing.

방송통신 융합 환경에서 공공서비스를 제공하기 위한 표준화나 규격정립이 되어 있지 않으므로 인해, IPTV 사업자별로 별도의 IPTV 서비스 개발 및 운영이 될 우려가 있으며, 이에 따른 공공기관과 IPTV사업자들의 중복투자 및 운영의 비효율성이 야기된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기위해 ACAP-J기반의 One Source Multi-Use를 위한 양방향VOD형 공공서비스 제공시스템을 설계하고 개발하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 중복투자를 막고 효율적인 서비스 제공을 위해 복수의 공공기관과 복수의 IPTV사업자간 효율적인 서비스연동 및 통신망 연동 체계와 One Source Multi-Use 구현을 위한 ACAP-J기반의 서비스 제공 플랫폼을 제시하였다. 또한 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 향후 IPTV기반 공공서비스 진화에 따른 신규서비스 개발을 위한 표준 플랫폼으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 시스템 개발을 위해 사용된 기술은 신규서비스 구축을 위한 가이드로 활용이 가능하다.

초기 지상파DMB(T-DMB)는 단방향 방송 서비스만을 제공하였으나, 최근에는 이동통신의 리턴채널을 이용한 양방향 데이터 서비스까지 제공한다 T-DMB는 텔레매틱스, RFID 등과 같은 이질적인 응용서비스와 통합된 서비스를 제공하는 형태로 진화될 것으로 예측된다. 이러한 관점에서 T-DMB 플랫폼에서 다양한 텔레매틱스 및 RFID 응용들을 지원할 수 있는 프레임 워크가 정의되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 T-DMB가 양방향 인터렉티브 통신을 제공하는 환경에서, 교통정보 서비스, 콘텐츠 서비스와 같은 REID 응용서비스를 제공할 수 있는 통합 서비스 모델을 제안하였다. 실현을 위해 서비스 시나리오, 네트워크 참조 모델, 각 엔티티의 기능, 데이터 전송 방법, 메시지, 코딩 규칙을 설계하였다. 제안한 모델은 RFID 리더 기능이 없는 T-DMB 단말상에서, FRID 응용서비스를 동일하게 제공받을 수 있다. 또한, TPEG-Location 응용을 이용하므로 사용자의 위치를 기준으로 교통 및 여행자 정보(TTI) 서비스뿐만 아니라 주변에서 제공하는 모든 RFID 응용서비스를 이용할 수 있다. 메시지 구조는 TPEG 표준을 따라 설계하였다.

지상파 DMB 방송이 본격적으로 시작되면서 비디오 서비스뿐만 아니라 사업자 별로 다양한 데이터 서비스를 이용한 새로운 비지니스 모델 개발에 주력하고 있다. 이러한 서비스 요구 사항 때문에 대두된 DMB 데이터 방송용 미들웨어 기술은 DMB MATE (Mobile Application Terminal Environment)라고 명명되었으며, 다양한 애플리케이션들이 고기능의 데이터 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록, 표준화된 API와 단말 플랫폼에 독립적인 실행 환경을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 제약적인 지상파 DMB의 채널 환경에서 데이터 서비스를 효과적으로 제공하기 위해서, DMB MATE 기술을 이용한 서비스 기술과 이를 위한 양방향 데이터 방송시스템의 개발을 소개하며, 특히 DMB MATE 서비스를 위한 단말의 설계 방법을 제안한다. 마지막으로, 개발된 시스템의 성능은 다양한 실험 조건에서의 방송실험을 통해 검증되었다.

Since IMF system was introduced once, downsizing has been usual phenomenon in business sphere. Downsizing influences the unemployed, and also the survivors such as in job stress, communication bias, lower organizational commitment and so on. This paper reviewed the relationship between organizational commitment and service quality, and the moderating effect of sex in hotel. Based on the responses from 494 hotel employees, the results of multiple regressional analysis showed that affective OC and normative OC have affirmative effects on service quality. The results of moderating analysis showed that continuance OC has an affirmative interactive-effect on responsiveness, assurance, and empathy with gender, and affective OC an negative interactive-effect on assurance.

멀티미디어 인터랙티브 광고는 컴퓨터 멀티미디어 기술의 탄생과 광범위한 연구에 더불어 활용폭이 넓은 새로운 하나의 영역을 형성하게 되었다. 본 논문은 우선 기존의 인터랙티브 미디어 광고에 관한 분석을 연구하였고, 그 다음 인터랙티브 미디어와 공공 공간에서 공익광고의 디자인에 대한 분석을 진행하였다. 공공 공간에서 인터랙티브 미디어를 응용한 공익 광고에 대한 디자인과 분석을 통해, 인터랙티브 미디어가 가진 특징을 발견하고 차후 이 특성의 장점을 활용한 작품제작을 위한 기초 연구를 진행하였다.

Touch panel is mainly applied to pressure type touch panel but it occur a low recognition rate and error during long-term use. So, it is partly applied to capacitive touch panel to compensate for these problems but it also can occur a same problems via pollutions. Touch technology has developed a various method but it is not used because of high costs and difficult installation process. So, in this paper, we proposed an input method of touchless panel using IrDA matrix. This method is conducted using an IrDA Matrix composed of depth sensor. It is possible to offer a various contents for multi user. The proposed technology need a development of a high sensitivity sensing method and high-speed processing method of position information for Seamless operation control. And, it is required high-precision drive technology. Also, we proposed a Seamless user recognition for interactive contents service through a touchless panel using IrDA matrix.

This paper introduces interactive multi-view contents authoring system based on MPEG-4. The MPEG-4 standard, which aims to provide an object based audiovisual coding tool, has been developed to address the emerging needs from communications, interactive broadcasting as well as from mixed service models resulting from technological convergence. Due to the feature of object based coding, it has been considered that MPEG-4 is the most suitable for interactive broadcasting content production. This feature is suitable for creation of the content which provides multiple views of object or scene in interactive manner. In this paper, we categorize the multi-view visual content into two types: panoramic multi-view content and object multi-view content. And design and implementation of the authoring system for interactive multi-view contents is presented. We believe that the proposed method can be effectively used for further deployment of MPEG-4 content to various interactive applications.
