Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between psychosocial working conditions and psychological well-being depending on the gender among Korean interactive service workers. Methods: This study was a secondary analysis of the data extracted from the 2011 Korean Working Conditions Survey. For the present analysis, 15,669 workers who interact with others at work were selected. Based on the existing literature, a set of variables was chosen from the KWCS. Psychological well-being was measured using the WHO-5 well-being index. Results: The prevalence of poor psychological well-being was significantly higher among men (43.1%) than women (39.6%). Women were more likely to be exposed to demands for hiding emotions, bullying, and discrimination, whereas men were more likely to be exposed to psychological job demands, cognitive demands, demands for responsibility, role conflict and long working hours. Most factors were associated with poor well-being among women and men except demands for hiding emotions, skill discretion and development, physical violence, and sexual harassment. Conclusion: Based on these results, some practical suggestions are offered to help interactive service workers adjust to their duties.

1990년대 이후 방송 기술의 눈부신 발전은 고선명 방송 서비스의 도입으로 가정에서의 고화질 방송 서비스 제공을 가능하게 하였을 뿐만 아니라, 이동 방송 서비스의 등장으로 고속으로 이동하는 차량에서도 방송 서비스를 즐길 수 있도록 하였다. Terrestrial Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (T-DMB) 기술은 이동 방송 서비스 제공을 위해 개발된 기술 중 성공적으로 상용화된 기술 중 하나이다. 고속 이동체에서의 안정적인 방송 수신 기능 외에 T-DMB의 기술적 혁신 중 주목할 만한 것으로는 MPEG-4 표준에 기반 한 시스템 프레임워크를 들 수 있다. 이는 장면 기술(Scene Description) 및 그래픽 객체 표현 언어인 Binary Format for Scene (BIFS)와 객체(object) 개념의 멀티미디어 구성 요소 표현 방식인 Object Descriptor (OD) 프레임워크를 통해 대화형 데이터 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 그런데, T-DMB 대화형 데이터 서비스에는 두 가지 근본적인 제약 사항이 존재한다. 첫 번째 제약 사항은 대화형 서비스를 위한 그래픽 데이터는 비디오 화면을 벗어날 수 없어 항상 비디오 화면 위에 중첩되어 표현되어야 한다는 것이다. 두 번째 제약 사항은 양방향 서비스를 위한 데이터는 항상 방송망을 통해서만 전송되어야 한다는 것이다. 이러한 제약 사항은 단말의 위치 정보나 사용자의 특성 정보를 반영한 개인 맞춤형 서비스 제공의 제약조건이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 제약 사항을 극복하기 위해 기존방송망 및 무선 인터넷 망을 통해 각각 전송되는 장면 기술 정보 뿐만 아니라, 단말의 저장 장치에 저장된 장면 기술 정보를 활용하는 T-DMB 하이브리드 데이터 서비스 방식을 제안하고 기존 T-DMB 데이터 서비스와의 역호환성을 보장하는 하이브리드 BIFS 기술을 제안한다.

현재 NTIS(National Technology Information Service)는 인공지능 기술을 기반으로 대화형 검색 서비스를 구축하고 있다. 이용자의 검색 의도를 파악하고 과제정보를 제공하기 위해 딥러닝 모델과 형태소 분석기를 기반으로 대화형 검색 서비스를 구축한다. 딥러닝 모델은 NTIS와 대화형 검색 서비스를 활용할 때 적재되는 로그 데이터를 기반으로 학습을 진행하고 이용자의 검색 의도를 파악한다. 그리고 단계별 검색을 통해 과제정보를 제공한다. 검색 의도 파악은 예외처리를 용이하게 해주며 단계별 검색은 통합검색보다 쉽고 빠르게 원하는 정보를 얻을 수 있도록 한다. 향후연구로는 인공지능 기술이 접목된 성장형 대화형 검색 서비스로써 이용자에게 제공하는 정보의 범위를 확대해야 한다.

본 논문의 목적은 여러 다른 유형의 정보를 사용하고 다자간에 공동작업을 지원하는 응용의 요구사항을 분석하고, 이러한 특성을 갖는 응용이 필요로 하는 유용한 공통 서비스를 제공함으로 개발 환경을 지원하는 데 있다. 응용 계층의 수평 서비스로서 다자간 대화형 응용 서비스와 기반 구조 계층의 지원 서비스로서 다중 세션 관리 서비스가 정의되었으며, 개방형 분산 처리 시스템의 개념과 규칙에 따라 설계되었다. 따라서, 응용 개발자들은 이 두 서비스를 이용하여 본 논문에서 고려한 특성을 갖는 응용을 구축할 수 있을 것이다.

The MICE(Meeting, Incentive travel, Convention, and Exhibition) industry grows steadily. Especially, exhibition industry plays an important role as the effective sales and marketing tools. However, lots of studies have focused on the flow analysis of audience traffic, booth recommendation or formulaic interactions between audiences and contents in the exhibition hall. In this study, we proposed an intelligent Interactive system considering audience's response for providing personalized exhibition service. First, we extracted components of the system architecture through the previous studies. Second, we suggested the system architecture and scenarios for intelligent interactions between audiences and contents. We hope that the proposed system will strengthen the basis for implementing interactive system in the exhibition industry.

Mobile network infrastructure is being completed with the development of hardware and software for mobile devices. Network in mobile devices has evolved for telematics that is expanded much more than its existing concept. Telematics is compound word that is formed from the words "telecommunication" and "informatics". It means that telematics performs control and monitoring service with using mobile device resources. These services provide their services for users' requests through wired or wireless network from mobile devices and server that offers contents and network service collects management information of mobile devices. Map service is one of the preferred services for many telematics users. However, mobile map service has a limit between traffic and information sharing. Therefore it is very important to supply their information for both service provider and terminal user. In this paper, we design a new interactive sketch map using routes and information on the space to be applied effectively, and provide an extended document format that is defined to an extensible and dynamic clustering scheme to have portability map service for mobile device.

방송통신 융합의 대표주자인 IPTV는 방송이 추구하는 '공공성'과 통신이 추구해야 하는 '보편적 서비스'를 제공해야 하며, 동시에 산업적 효과를 충족해야 하는 이중적인 성격을 지니고 있다. 따라서 IPTV 서비스 활성화에 따른 산업적 효과와 함께 공익적 효과를 고민해야 할 필요가 있다. 특히 IPTV를 통한 공공서비스 제공 사업은 공공서비스에 대한 이용자의 접근성을 높이고 방통융합 시대의 새로운 공공서비스의 모습을 제시하며, IPTV 활성화를 위한 콘텐츠 부족 문제를 해소하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구에서는 IPTV기반 공공서비스 이용고객을 대상으로, 서비스 이용현황, 서비스 만족/불만족 요인 및 서비스 선호경향 등 서비스에 대한 전반적인 반응을 파악하여, IPTV 환경에서 공공서비스는 어떠한 의미를 가지는지와, 그에 따른 IPTV의 공적 정체성에 대해 분석하였다. 또한 이러한 분석을 통해 IPTV 기반 공공서비스의 효과적인 구현 방안과 파급효과를 고찰하였다.

For real-time interactive multimedia operations, such as video uploading, video play, fast-forward, and fast-rewind, solid state disk (SSD)-based storage systems for video streaming servers are becoming more important. Random access rates in storage systems increase significantly with the number of users; it is thus difficult to simultaneously serve many users with HDD-based storage systems, which have low random access performance. Because there is no mechanical operation in NAND flash-based SSDs, they outperform HDDs in terms of flexible random access operation. In addition, due to the multichannel architecture of SSDs, they perform similarly to HDDs in terms of sequential access. In this paper, we propose a new SSD-based storage system for interactive media servers. Based on the proposed method, it is possible to maximize the channel utilization of the SSD's multichannel architecture. Accordingly, we can improve the performance of SSD-based storage systems for interactive media operations.

A binary linear integer program is formulated for the problem of expanding the capacity of a fiber optic network and routing the traffic to deliver new interactive multimedia services. A two-phase Lagrangian dual search procedure and a Lagrangian heuristic are developed. Computational results show superior performance of the two-phase subgradient optimization compared with the conventional one-phase approach.
