A Study on the Implementation and Practical Application of Web Monitoring System (웹 모니터링 시스템 구현 및 활용 방안 연구: 쇼핑몰 이용고객에 대한 응답소요시간 평가를 중심으로)

  • The web monitoring is a procedure to detect and monitor the change of a particular information from the web site. In this paper, we propose a monitoring system to survey the response time for the customers chi an internet shopping mall. This system we designed, decreases the network overload and guarantees the accuracy as well as the reliability of the information by using an interactive agent. This interactive agent we constructed, is written in Java and controlled by the high-level information such as the index or the robot. from the N web site, we extracted the web monitoring results of keyword "LCD Monitor" and verified our system's efficiency. The performance of the system is tested and the result is illustrated.

  • Almost ship monitoring systems are event driven alarm system which warn only when the measurement value is over or under set point. These kinds of system cannot warn while signal is growing to abnormal state until the signal is over or under the set point and cannot play a role for preventive maintenance system. This paper proposes fault diagnosis method which is able to diagnose and forecast the fault from present operating condition by analyzing monitored signals with present ship monitoring system without additional sensors. By analyzing this data having high correlation coefficient(CC), correlation level of interactive data can be understood. Knowledge base of abnormal detection can be built by referring level of CC(Fault Detection CC, FDCC) to detect abnormal data among monitored data from monitoring system and knowledge base of diagnosis built by referring CC among interactive data for related machine each other to diagnose fault part.

  • This paper presents a virtual laboratory system which can be creating efficiencies in the learning process. The proposed virtual laboratory system for digital logic circuits provides interactive learning environment under which the multimedia capabilities of world-wide web can be enhanced. The virtual laboratory system is implemented to describe the on-campus laboratory, the learners can obtain similar experimental data through it. The virtual laboratory system is composed of four important components: principle classroom simulation classroom, virtual experiment classroom and management system. The database connectivity is made by PHP and the virtual laboratory environment is set up slightly differently for each learner. Learning efficiencies as well as faculty productivity are increased in this innovative teaching and learning environment.

  • Utility interactive photovoltaic systems is one of the most premising applications of photovoltaic systems. These systems are employed in applications where utility service is already available. In this case, there is no need for battery storage because utility power may be used to supplement photovoltaic systems when the load exceeds available PV generation. The load receives electricity from both the photovoltaic array and the utility inter-tied. In this paper, Principle and operating characteristic of Utility Interconnected Photovoltaic System is presented. For the purpose of optimal utility Inter-tied photovoltaic system design and installation.   • The capability of unity-interactive type in PV generation system depends on its use. In a house, needs such a small capability, a single-phase output of PV can afford. But 3-phase output of PV is required in a case of big capabilities or a PV system directly interactive to 3-phase grid. To verify a validness of a large capable distributed-generation system supplied the proposed method, a 10kW inverter was realized in this paper. And from the results, the system is confirmed its stable operation and validness.

  • In this paper, we propose an interactive embedded system framework for efficient training management in u-health environment. First, we analyzed various requirements of smart training systems for quality of life. We also analyzed the oversea trends and positive effects of the embedded system in terms of both technical and economical factors. Second, we proposed detailed design specification for embedded hardware implementation. Third, we developed effective OS(Operating System) specification for the embedded hardware. Finally, we developed a training scenario and embedded applications such as training control software and analysis software for the smart training systems.

  • In the 21st century, broadcasting, communication, and computer have been integrated due to the development of digital technology. Accordingly, to overcome the limit of respective communication media and to maintain them, their independent area shall not be classified. This study is to examine the future environment of digital TV broadcasting, to analyze customizing type service and interactive type TV technology, and to make asymmetric interactive digital TV publication broadcasting system, which is TV broadcasting in the next generation to treat visual image, sound, and various data all together by harmonizing broadcasting and communication like ISDB(Integrate Service Digital Broadcasting). In addition, to develop service on publication broadcasting with high quality, this study is to propose to develop relative devices for TV/PC reception to realize a new communication type TV publication broadcasting, by analyzing technology for producing, sending, transmitting, receiving, and saving to apply to customizing type interactive system and by examining its application.

  • In order to hide their identities, intruders on the Internet often attack targets indirectly by staging their attacks through intermediate hosts known as stepping stones. In this paper, we propose a brute-force technique to detect the stepping stone behavior on a Linux server where some shell processes remotely logged into using interactive services are trying to connect other hosts using the same interactive services such as Telnet, Secure Shell, and rlogin. The proposed scheme can provide an absolute solution even for the encrypted connections using SSH because it traces the system calls of all processes concerned with the interactive service daemon and their child processes. We also implement the proposed technique on a CentOS 6.5 x86_64 environment by the ptrace system call and a simple shell script using strace utility. Finally the experimental results show that the proposed scheme works perfectly under test scenarios.
