We commonly use the computer interface a generalized form. However, the requirement of the user various and some users cannot apply the general circumstance. For these requirements, this research suggests the non-verbal communication. The suggestion is that Mewing with the mouth in human behavior applies to the interaction of the computer This was offered in three forms. First, drawing application: second, the arcade game: third, the interactive book. in condusion, we confirmed that the suggestion of this research could be effectively used for the development of the human computer interface.

Response surface methodology was employed to study the interactive effect of sucrose, nitrogen, temperature and to optimize their levels to enhance the production of human granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulation factor from Nicotiana tabacum cell suspension cultures. A 15-runs Box-Behnken design including three center points was the response surface method selected for the initial set of experiments. The analysis of the data from the Box-Behnken experiments showed interactive effects of sucrose:nitrogen, sucrose:temperature and nitrogen:temperature. The optimal combinations of sucrose, nitrogen and temperature for hGM-CSF production from surface plot were sucrose 90 g/L, nitrogen 41 mM and 22$^{\circ}C$, respectively. The optimization of there factors enhanced the hGM-CSF production by 2 times because high sucrose concentration stimulated the secretion of hGM-CSF and low temperature prevented hGM-CSF degradation in media by pretenses.

In particular, the case of Fire insurance & Securities, financial institutions, banks must meet Real-Time constrain control through QoS(Quality of Service) ensure. In this paper, we design and implement a system model about Fault-Tolerance IVR(Interactive Voice Response) of Multi Channel Service based on CRM(Customer Relationship Management) environment for the first inbound position of customer. The proposed model can be widely used in Large-scale Customer Response service.

Since two-way interactive broadcasting service began, remote controls have been fitted with 4 color buttons, which enables interaction and convenience to increase between users and content. Currently, diverse studies on IPTV are in progress. Particularly, as the mobile market rapidly grows, studies on mobile IPTV and on linkage with other media are constantly increasing. However, mobile IPTV has never been studied until now. In that sense, this present study attempted to design a mobile-based IPTV UI that could use a multi-dimensional search method based on consistent criteria for content search. As a result, the proposed IPTV UI is fitted with more usability and functionality for 4 color buttons. The UI designed in this study was compared to the IMDb Android Application, which uses GOMS-KLM. The results showed that the performance process was reduced by three stages, and that the performance time was reduced by more than 17.9%. Therefore, the conclusion can be reached that the proposed UI is effective for a fast search of contents.

Recently, playing musical instruments in the application or website which is a sort of playing has been catching on for ordinary people even though they don't know how to play musical instruments. It appears that such playing has randomness which is quite natural. Thus, 'Random operation method' which induces the observing audience and changes them to manage actively is developed and suggested for the image system in this paper by utilizing Launch Pad, based on theoretical background and case analysis. Step Sequencer was developed in two ways: the image system is realized with Step Sequencer by connecting external program or made as clips to arrange them for each key on Launch Pad and implement, which is keyboard launch type.

Design issues of multi-beam satellite transponders have been actively studied. Multi-beam satellite transponders can be used in the first SS/TDMA system for satellite interactive multi-media services in Korea. To be used in SS/TDMA systems, a satellite transponder must have either base-band OBP(On-board Processor) or MSM(Microwave Switching Matrix) on-board switch those are capable to provide inter-connections to many earth stations in different beam coverages or different frequencies, i.e., Ka and Ku band. The use of MSM is considered proper due to a substantial developing cost and the required high techniques in base-band OBP. In this paper, we present a designed scheme of transponder being optimally suitable to the targeted SS/TDMA satellite systems, also analysis the performance.

Purpose of this study is to analyze the meaning of the hybrid digital culture and to find out the features of digital fashion shows appearing in the period of the hybrid digital culture as there have been almost no studies on the hybrid cultural values in the fashion shows and on the diachronic socio-cultural viewpoint of fashion show. The characteristics of hybrid digital culture were identified through the analysis of cases, and they were organized into three for this study; 'non-economic creativity', 'interactive communication' and 'transcendence'. Based on these characteristics, the features of hybrid digital cultures in the modern digital fashion shows were classified into the digitalization of presentation form and the acceptance by audience of digitalization using case studies. The features of digital fashion shows which appear through the presentation form in the digital fashion shows are as follows; 'Expansion of presentation media of runway' and 'Destruction of component factors of runway'. The features of digital fashion show in the perspective of audience's acceptance of digitalization are as follows; 'Audience's field experience through the live video', 'Participation by audience in interactive manner' and, 'Immersion in the virtual reality by the audiences'.

Recently, new generation systems using solar cells or fuel cells are under development. Particularly, it is expected that small scale, utility interactive, dispersed PV system will be widely diffused in the near future. The inverter used in coupling the PV array with utility lines is an important factor determining the overall performance of power generation systems. This paper presents the design and control method of the single-phase PV inverter system that is capable of compensating reactive power including harmonic distortions. It is shown that reactive power caused by rectifier load can be compensated by the proposed inverter system.

This study examines the digital era's fashion system and defines fashion leaders in the system. The study was based on a theoretical review and a research survey to verify the theoretical findings. The results are follows. The critical changes in the fashion system are expansion, cyclical direction and closer distance between producer and consumer. By inflow of media to a new channel, a layer of consumers was extended and the range of celebrities participating in the fashion industry has expanded dramatically. Simultaneously with the change from vertical communication to cyclical and interactive, the direction of communication was re-routed through diverse media. Crowd sourcing activated through two-way communication service has increased consumer opportunities to participate in production and consumption. Fashion leaders have changed significantly under this new system. The range of celebrities participating in the fashion system has increased and different fashion leaders have appeared. An interactive and cyclical fashion system has been established through media innovation; consequently, the influential power of celebrities and individuals for direct participation in the fashion system directly has increased significantly.

This article made overtures of the relationship between interactive mathematics texts nd the prototype design of computer application with Computer Algebra System Math. Engine, linking together in the school mathematics. School teachers and researchers would try to construct mathematical materials with computers in educating students in the middle and high school grades. As the individual users come to manage hyper-media materials, so they meet with the problem of 'Who does control?'A mass user would be concerned with interactive mathematics materials directly or off-line at realtime and manipulate the process of problem-solving symbolically with MathView/sup 11)/ and ON-Math/sup 12)/. Discussion was made in developing the factor in the domestic situation and reaching out their hands for it. In conclusion, a user may reform the information of math-curriculum limitedly.
