Finally 247 data was analyzed. Data analysis was done with LISREL 8.20 program for covariance structural analysis. Results : Compared to the hypothetical model, the revised model has become parsimonious and had a better fit to the data ($X^2=167.55$ (p값=.00), $x^2/df=1.48$, GFI=0.97, AGFI=0.95, RMR=0.049, NFI=0.98, NNFI=0.99, CN=222.53). • A contemporary office space is changed by the transformation to an information-oriented society from an industrial society. A contemporary office space is recognized as an interactional space which is more of a mental and psychological space than a physical space. I studied the basic concept of an office space and the relationship of a social change and an office space on this study. I also studied the concept of an ubiquitous computing and the relationship of an ubiquitous computing and an office space. Through this study, we can establish the new concept of an office space to be applied to an ubiquitous concept. The ubiquitous concept of an office space will be brought into a new prototype of an office space, and then there is no more important to a physical place and time. The office space must be redesigned by an ubiquitous space nowadays.

  • This paper aims to inform people how to support each other on social media. It alludes to an architecture for social media discourse and proposes a novel theory of support in social media discourse. It makes a methodological contribution. It combines predominately artificial intelligence with corpus linguistics analysis. It is on a large-scale dataset of anonymised diabetes-related user's posts from the Facebook platform. Log-likelihood and precision measures help with validation. A multi-method approach with Discourse Analysis helps in understanding any potential patterns. People living with Diabetes are found to employ sophisticated high-frequency patterns of device-enabled categories of purpose and content. It is with, for example, linguistic forms of Advice with stance-taking and targets such as Diabetes amongst other interactional ways. There can be uncertainty and variation of effect displayed when sharing information for support. The implications of the new theory aim at healthcare communicators, corpus linguists and with preliminary work for AI support-bots. These bots may be programmed to utilise the language patterns to support people who need them automatically.

  • The objective of this study is to explore the perceptions of justice regarding the implementation of flexible work arrangements, as well as to analyze the effects of such arrangements on job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. The present study posits three key aspects, namely distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice, which are hypothesized to influence individuals' impression of justice in relation to flexible work systems. To investigate the influence of job types on an R&D organization, specifically comparing R&D employees and office management employees, a dataset of 190 R&D employees and 50 office management employees was collected. The findings of the investigation provide empirical evidence that distributive justice has a significant impact on the level of job satisfaction among employees in both research and development (R&D) and office administration roles. Moreover, the influence of work satisfaction on organizational performance is noteworthy, particularly with regard to factors such as job dedication, organizational citizenship behavior, and knowledge sharing. The aforementioned findings offer significant insights for research and development (R&D) firms that have incorporated flexible work arrangements. These insights underscore the significance of emphasizing specific justice perceptions in order to augment job satisfaction and overall performance within the organization.
