포화상태인 국내 공간정보산업시장을 확장하기 위해서는 해외 진출이 필수적이나, 현재의 공간정보산업 해외 진출 방식은 시장 확장에 한계를 보이고 있다. 산업 간 융합을 통한 공간정보산업 해외 진출은 인접 ODA 재원을 활용한 해외 진출을 가능하게 하고 국제 경쟁력을 보유한 산업과의 융합을 통한 선진국 진출을 가능하게 할 수 있다는 점에서 시장 확장의 대안이 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 산업 간 융합 방안을 수립하기 위해 먼저 복수의 해외 국가에 대한 상세 현황 조사를 수행하여 개발도상국 및 선진국의 수요를 분석하였다. 수요 분석 결과 산업 간 융합을 위해서 는 융합 용이성, 표준에 기반한 정보의 보안성, 열악한 인프라 극복, 다양한 수요 대응체계, 유지 보수체계의 마련이 필요하다는 것을 밝히고 이러한 수요를 충족시키기 위한 기술적/방법론적/법제도적 융합 기반을 모색하였다.

This paper is about power transfer between heterogeneous systems in zero-energy buildings. Currently, electricity used in buildings, from renewable energy generation power in buildings, consists of alternating current networks. In order to use electricity, alternating current must be converted to direct current, which typically results in a loss of 10%. In order to solve this problem, research is needed to reduce power loss as much as possible by implementing both a DC network and an AC network in a zero-energy building. Therefore, in this paper, an inter-link converter capable of bidirectional power transfer between DC and AC networks applied to zero-energy buildings is developed. The structure of the inter-link converter to be developed was proposed and its feasibility was verified through simulations and experiments.

그간 기술보호에 관한 연구가 기술유출 방지활동 연구에 집중되어 있고, 기술보호 활동이 투자로만 인식하고 있어서 보안관련 인력채용과 장비설치에 소극적인 실정이다. 이에 기술유출시 발생하는 피해금액을 수익으로 간주하고, 산업연관표를 활용하여 기술보호 활동이 국내 경제에 미치는 효과를 찾고자 하였다. 산업연관표는 바실리 레온티예프에 의해 시작되었으며, 국내는 한국은행에서 1960년 처음으로 작성되었고 국내 기술보호관련 경제성 연구는 2001년 정보보호관리체계(ISMS) 인증도입 후 연구가 진행되었다. 본 연구를 통해 기술보호가 투자가 아닌 수익으로 인식전환 되길 바란다.

IT 융합은 IT의 자체 고도화를 바탕으로 다른 분야의 기술개발과 산업발전을 견인하거나 새로운 산업창출을 목표로 국가전략적 차원에서 접근을 하고 있으며 연구자원을 집중 투자하고 있다. 이에 IT 융합은 주력산업을 고부가가치화하고, IT 신산업을 창출할 뿐만 아니라, 범부처적으로 추진하는 신성장동력 육성에 기여하는 첨단융합 산업분야로 부상하게 되었다. 건강관련 융합서비스는 기존의 질병 예방과 관리 중심의 치료기술 산업에서 운동/스포츠 및 재활 중심의 엔터테인먼트체험 산업으로 확장되는 추세이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 IT 융합에 대하여 그 중요성을 지니는 것만큼 건강운동과 관련된 IT 융합기술개발 동향을 파악하고 기존에 진행되었던 주요 기술개발과 융합산업 발전을 위한 방향에 관한 제언을 하고자 한다.

ICT 기반 산업 융합의 중요성이 대두됨에 따라 본 연구에서는 이를 체계적인 방법으로 정량화하여 측정하고자 한다. 구체적으로는 ICT 산업을 ICT 제조업과 ICT 서비스업으로 분류한 후, 구조적 공백 이론 관점에서 산업연관표의 데이터를 분석하여 산업 간 융합 네트워크 구조에서의 ICT 산업의 효율성과 제약성을 확인하였다. 분석 결과 ICT 제조업과 ICT 서비스업 모두 정보 효익과 통제 효익이 매우 높은 것으로 드러나, 산업 간 융합 과정에서 경쟁 우위의 위치에 있는 핵심 산업인 것으로 입증되었다. 또한, ICT 제조업과 ICT 서비스업의 직접적인 비교와 지난 15년간의 추세 분석 결과를 토대로 추가적인 시사점을 제시하였다.

The objective of this study is to investigate patent trends of Daegu city which tries to introduce environment friendly energy and to develop new technology or new industry sprung from technology convergence on smart decentralized energy technology and other technologies. After applying network analysis to corresponding groups of technology or industry convergence, strategy for future energy convergence industry is provided. Patent data applied in Daegu city area are used to obtain research goal. The technology which contains several IPC codes (IPC Co-occurrence) is considered as a convergence technology. Path finder network analysis is used for visualizing and grouping by using IPC codes. The analysis results categorized 13 groups in energy convergence industry and reclassified them into 3 cluster groups (Smart Energy Product Production Technology Group, Smart Energy Convergence Supply Technology Group, Smart Energy Indirect Application Technology Group) considering the technical characteristics and policy direction. Also, energy industry has evolved rapidly by technological convergence with other industries. Especially, it has been converged with IT industry, and there is a trend that energy industry will be converged with service industry and manufacturing industry such as textile, automobile parts, mechanics, and logistics by employing infrastructure as well as network. Based on the research results on core patent technology, convergence technology and inter-industry analysis, the direction of core technology research and development as well as evolution on decentralized energy industry is identified. By using research design and methodology in this study, the trend of convergence technology is investigated based on objective data (patent data). Above all, we can easily confirm the core technology in the local industry by analyzing the industrial competitiveness in the macro level. Based on this, we can identify convergence industry and technology by performing the technological convergence analysis in the micro level.

본 논문은 정부의 방통융합 공공서비스 플랫폼 구축사업의 경제적 파급효과 분석을 목적으로 한다. 경제적 파급효과 분석을 위하여 방통융합 산업 분류체계를 재분류한 후 한국은행에서 발행하는 2003년 산업연관표를 RAS 기법을 이용하여 2009년 산업연관표를 재작성하였다. 그리고, 방통융합 공공서비스 플랫폼 구축에 따른 경제적 파급 효과를분석하였다. 연구결과 방통융합 공공서비스 플랫폼 구축사업의 경제적 파급효과로 나타나는 총생산유발효괴는 2009-2014년까지 약 3조 3,251 억원, 부가가치 유발효과는 2조 9,760억원, 고용유발효과는 약 13,806명의 고용창출이 나타나는 것으로 추정되었다. 방통융합 공공서비스 플랫폼 구축사업은 향후 국민의 생활개선 향상에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대되며, 본 연구는 사업을 추진하기 위한 기초자료로서 가치가 있을 것이다.

산업융합의 거시적 양상을 다루는 기존 연구는 주로 지식과 기술이 구체화된 특허나 재화/서비스의 산업간 네트워크에 초점을 두었다. 이 논문은 지식과 기술을 체화한 인적자원이 산업과 직업의 융합을 주도하는 또 하나의 중요한 매개체라고 본다. 최근 5개년도 GOMS 자료에 나타난 대졸자 전공 및 일자리 정보를 활용하여 산업(직업)융합의 거시적 양상과 그 구조를 이해하기 위한 분석전략을 제시한다. 구체적으로 전공과 일자리 정보를 토대로 전공↔산업(직업)의 비대칭 이분네트워크를 구축하고, 산업(직업)의 적소범위, 관련 전공의 평균 적소범위라는 두 축을 교차하여 전문주의, 종합주의, 국지적 융합, 융합 등 총 4가지 산업(직업)군을 분류하였다. 융합산업(직업)은 특정 분야에서 국지적 융합성이 높은 다수의 전공으로부터 인적자원을 폭넓게 공급받는 산업(직업)이라고 볼 수 있다. 탐색적 분석결과를 토대로 함의를 도출하고 향후 과제를 제시한다.

The industrial life cycle theory was extended to the product life cycle theory and the corporate life cycle theory, but a conceptual life cycle was presented, and quantitative empirical evidence for this was insufficient. It is intended to improve appropriate resource planning and resource allocation by quantitatively predicting the industrial cycle and its position (age) in the cycle. Human resources, tangible assets, and industrial output analysis were conducted based on 28 years of actual data of 39 industries in Korea by applying the Gompertz model, which is a population ecology prediction model. By predicting with the Gompertz model, the coefficient of determination R2 value was 97% or more, confirming the high suitability with the actual cumulative sales value of the industry. A numerical model for calculating the life cycle of each industry, calculating the saturation of input resources for each industry, and diagnosing the financial stability of the industry was presented. These results will contribute to the decision-making of industrial policy officers for budget planning appropriately for each stage of industry development. Future research will apply the numerical model of this study to foreign national industries, complete an inter-industry convergence diagnostic model (e.g. ease of convergence, suitability of convergence, etc.) for renewal of fading industries.
