서비스품질, 서비스가치, 명성, 감정반응, 고객만족과 재이용의도의 구조적 관계 : 의료서비스에서 서비스관계의 조절효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Structural Relationship among Service Quality, Service Value, Reputation, Emotional Response, Customer Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention : Focused on The Moderating Effect of Service Relationship in Healthcare Services)

  • As medical service industry is transformed into the market centered on consumers, medical service quality patients recognize is emphasized as the powerful means to ensure competitive advantage among hospitals in the fierce medical markets. Many researches have been done on the definition of medical service quality, developing a scale to measure it, patient satisfaction, hospital repurchase and oral transmission intention, but integrated studies have not been done sufficiently on the patient' cognitive emotional aspects. For these research purposes, based on service relation, service quality, physical surroundings, human services, corporate reputation, service value, emotional response, customer satisfaction and repurchase intention, this paper suggests a theoretical modeling composed of hypotheses on the relations of each theoretical variable. In addition, the moderating effect of service relationships is investigated based on the structural equation model.

소비자의 쇼핑가치가 패션제품 속성평가 및 브랜드 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 - 가격수준에 따른 조절효과를 중심으로 - (The Influence of Consumer's Shopping Values on the Evaluations of Fashion Product Attributes and Brand Re-purchase Intention - Focused on the Moderating Role of Price Level -)

  • The purpose of the current study is to investigate the underlying reasons of fashion brand repurchase intention formation based on means-end chain theory and to identify whether the price level moderates the relationships between attribute evaluation and re-purchase intention. Questionnaire data from 291 consumers who had purchase experience of casual wear during the last 6 month period through off-line retail shops were analyzed. The results showed that hedonic shopping value had a positive impact on aesthetic attribute and utilitarian shopping value also had a positive impact on physical attribute of fashion product. While aesthetic attribute had a positive influence on brand repurchase intention, physical attribute had no effect on brand repurchase intention. In addition, there was no moderating effect of price level between the links from shopping value to fashion product attribute evaluation. When casual wear companies have to devise price related strategies, they need to pay attention to diverse promotion factors except for product attributes to realize price-based differentiation.

전자상거래 환경에서 지각된 위험이 지각된 가치 및 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Perceived Risk Affecting Perceived Value and Repurchase Intention in Electronic Commerce Environment)

  • 본 연구의 주목적은 전자상거래 환경 하에서 지각된 위험요인이 고객의 지각된 가치와 재구매의도에 미치는 영향을 분석해 보는 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 선행문헌 고찰결과를 토대로 전자상거래 이용자의 지각된 위험으로 프라이버시 위험, 시간적 위험, 경제적 위험, 심리적 위험, 상품성능 위험 등 여섯 가지 요인을 설정하였고, 전자상거래 성과를 측정하기 위하여 지각된 가치와 재구매의도를 포함한 연구모형을 구축하였다. 설문조사 결과, 전자상거래 이용자 174명으로부터 자료가 수집되었으며, 공분산 구조모델 분석을 통해 가설검정을 수행하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같이 요약해 볼 수 있다. 첫째, 지각된 위험 중 프라이버시 위험, 경제적 위험, 심리적 위험, 상품성능 위험 등 네 가지 요인이 지각된 가치에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 가치는 전자상거래 쇼핑몰의 재구매의도에 매우 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 연구결과를 토대로 전자상거래 환경에서 고객의 지각된 가치와 재구매의도를 향상시키기 위한 전략에 대한 논의가 이루어졌으며, 연구의 시사점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

온/오프라인 호텔기업의 신뢰와 고객의 재구매의도에 관한 연구 (A Study of On/Off-line Trust on Customer's Repurchase Intention in Hotel Industry)

  • 인터넷의 확산과 대중화로 인해 호텔을 직접 이용하는 고객들도 이미 쌓인 신뢰를 바탕으로 온라인상에서의 구매를 하고 있다. 객실뿐만 아니라 각종 연회 및 레스토랑 이용까지 온라인상에서의 구매 범위는 점차 확대되고 있다. 신뢰에 대한 연구는 1950년대 이후부터이며, 사회심리학이나 산업마케팅 분야에서도 이와 관련하여 다양한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 온오프라인 기업의 관계와 고객의 재구매의도와의 관계에 대한 연구는 아직 시작 단계에 그치고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 선행연구를 통해 정립된 이론을 바탕으로 도출된 연구모형과 가설을 검증함으로써, 고객들이 이미 오프라인 호텔기업대해 형성된 신뢰가 온라인 호텔기업을 이용하는 데도 관계가 있는지를 규명하고자 하며 온오프라인 호텔기업의 신뢰가 고객의 재구매 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보았다. 오프라인 호텔기업의 신뢰와 온라인 호텔기업 신뢰는 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 오프라인 호텔기업의 신뢰와 고객의 재구매의도도 유의한 상관성을 보였으나 온라인 호텔기업의 신뢰와 고객의 재구매의도와의 관계는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

  • 연구는 HMR 상품 중 RTEC(간단 조리 후 먹는 음식)상품에 대한 선택속성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향과 고객만족이 재 구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 RTEC 상품을 경험해본 여성고객을 모집단으로 하여 서울, 경기지역과 전주, 전북 지역에 거주하는 20대 이상의 여성고객을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였으며, 219부의 유효한 설문지를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과 가치와 유용성, 선호메뉴와 간편성, 음식품질이 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 가치와 유용성, 음식품질이 재 구매 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 고객만족이 재구매 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The Effects of Perceived Satisfaction Level of High-Involvement Product Choice Attribute of Millennial Generation on Repurchase Intention: Moderating Effect of Gender Difference

  • The purpose of this study is to derive various clues for the establishment of marketing strategies for companies that produce and sell high-involvement products for Millennials who are not the subject of current consumption but who will lead future consumption. For this purpose, this study aimed to derive 17 factors of high-involvement product selection attributes through FGI, and its relationship on repurchase intention after make a variable through PCA. A total of 158 valid questionnaires were used, and IPA, independent sample t-test, regression analysis, and hierarchical controlled regression analysis were performed. The results showed that overall, external and internal selection factors had a positive influence on repurchase intentions, and in particular, appealing to internal and external selection factors in order to promote repurchase intention. Meanwhile, the Millennials were found to have no gender difference. Therefore, the company producing and selling high-involvement products suggests that it is necessary to make a priority effort to secure brand awareness, trust in product producers, store trust, and product self-reputation as components of internal selection factors. It was also concluded that more strategic efforts were needed to focus on and appeal to the characteristics of the Millennial itself rather than to consider gender differences.

인터넷 쇼핑몰의 이용만족과 재구매의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on User Satisfactions and Repurchase Intention in Internet Shopping Malls)

  • This study examined how product characteristics and system characteristics have affected user's economic, psychological and operating satisfaction and intention of repurchase in Internet shopping malls. The results of the study were as follows: First, it showed that product characteristics and user satisfaction have significant differences; the ability to recognize economic and psychological user satisfaction differs according to the characteristics of the product. It also showed that the degree of psychological and operating user satisfaction varies according to the convenience of order and payment as well as the convenience of the system and customer service. Second, it was found that economic, psychological and operational user satisfaction had an effect on customer's intention to repurchase. This study, focusing on particular variants of on-line shopping, found that characteristics of product and system had a great impact on user satisfaction and intention to repurchase. For the firms who run internet shopping malls, therefore more attention should be directed to the convenience of products and system problems in their services since it is so easy for customers to move to another shopping site with a simple click. The result of such an investigation may lead customers to repurchase by increasing their satisfaction with the shopping services.

컨설팅특성이 구전의도와 재구매의도에 미치는 영향연구 (A Study on the Influence of Consulting Characterstic ease of use to the word-of-mouth intention and repurchase intention)

  • 본 논문은 컨설팅특성이 구전의도와 재구매의도에 미치는 영향연구이다. 컨설팅특성은 전문성, 신뢰성, 활용도로 구성되어 있다. 연구결과 첫째, 전문성과 신뢰성을 제외한 활용도가 구전의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 신뢰성을 제외한 전문성, 활용도는 재구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 컨설팅 수행경험에 대한 활용도와, 컨설팅의 전문성을 높여야 기업 마케팅성과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

  • Recently the development of information technology and the emergence of electronic commerce have changed the model of purchase behavior in customers. This research aims to enhance the reliability of the result compared to the existing studies in internet shopping mall, and to find out the influence that logistics service quality elements has on customer satisfaction and that customers satisfaction has on the repurchase intention and word of mouth intention. To do so, prior researchs on the logistics service quality, customer satisfaction, repurchase intention and word of mouth intention was widely reviewed and the relationship between logistics service quality elements and customer satisfaction, and between customer satisfaction and repurchase intention and word of mouth intention were empirically tested. A total of 256 responses were received and analyzed from internet shopping mall. The analyses showed partial support for the affirmative effect of logistics service quality, customer satisfaction and post-purchasing behaviors in the internet shopping mall.

중국 모바일 콘텐츠 서비스의 소비자 재구매의도에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Chinese Customer's Repurchase Intention of Mobile Contents Service)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to understand the important characteristics of mobile content services and to provide better content services to Chinese consumers by understanding consumer behavioral psychology about mobile content services and empirically analyzing research models with perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, customer attitudes, and repurchase intentions based on motivation theory. Design/methodology/approach Based on Deci(1975) Self-Determination Theory and Heijden(2004) research model, this study developed a research framework that includes perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment to influence on repurchase intention. A questionnaire survey was conducted targeting Chinese consumers using mobile content services, and 272 valid responses were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Findings According to the results of empirical analysis in this study, Chinese consumers were found to feel repurchase intention by positive impact of perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment in the use of mobile content service. Chinese consumers still use mobile content a lot from a utilitarian perspective in relation to social life or job performance, and there is no positive effect on the use of mobile content related to perceived enjoyment. The results of this study provide the empirical results of a research model that integrates motivation theory and technology acceptance theory for the development of the mobile content industry in the future, and provide necessary insights for managers of companies that develop and distribute mobile content service.
