The purpose of this study is to examine internet agent of IT(Information Technology) in health care industry Since IT is essential for corporate strategy in service management, this section examines IT in health care service, especially from the view of 'Agent Technology' that has been recently issued. Intelligent agent is a new paradigm for developing software applications. More than this, agent-based computing has been hailed as 'the next significant break-through in software development' and 'the new revolution in software'. And health care service is a non-mechanic, human-based service. This paper reviewed what possible suggestions or advices can be made to the health care service. Since many health care services using internet have been attempted over the recent years, this study will hopefully be able to come up with good suggestions from many aspects. Thus, information inequality between producer(physician) and consumer(patient) in health care service will be decreased through the introduction of agent technology.

This paper proposes a link model that can provide the spacial position along the surface of the earth as an information or data using ePosition ID through the Internet. Moreover, to support the information service of maritime position, it needs the ENC linked technique based on S-57 that is an IHO transfer standard for digital hydrographic data. Therefore, it designs the linked model for applying and utilizing the ePosition technology with ENC data, as well as supplementing the base technology in applying them to marine related fields. As a study method, this paper first analyses ENC data model and structure, and converses for processing of ENC file to ePosition data. Finally, it derives the interconnection method with ePosition database and shows the ePosition service application based on the linked ENC data and its validity.

The advanced computer network technology enables connectivity of computers through an open network environment. There has been growing numbers of security threat to the networks. Therefore, it requires intrusion detection and prevention technologies. In this paper, we propose a network based intrusion detection model using Fuzzy Cognitive Maps(FCM) that can detect intrusion by the Denial of Service(DoS) attack detection method adopting the packet analyses. A DoS attack appears in the form of the Probe and Syn Flooding attack which is a typical example. The Sp flooding Preventer using Fuzzy cognitive maps(SPuF) model captures and analyzes the packet information to detect Syn flooding attack. Using the result of analysis of decision module, which utilized FCM, the decision module measures the degree of danger of the DoS and trains the response module to deal with attacks. The result of simulating the "KDD ′99 Competition Data Set" in the SPuF model shows that the Probe detection rates were over 97 percentages.

The basic requirement of a distributed multimedia system are intramedia synchronization which asks the strict delay and jitter for the check period of media buffer and the scaling duration with periodic continuous media such as audio and video media, and intermedia synchronization that needs the constraint for relative time relations among them when several media are presented in parallel. In this paper, a distributed multimedia synchronization algorithm based on the fuzzy logic is presented and the performance is evaluated through simulation. Intramedia synchronisation algorithm uses the media scaling techniques and intermedia synchronization algorithm uses variable service rates on the basis of fuzzy logic to solve the multimedia synchronization problem.

This paper proposes a sensor-fusion technique where the data sets for the previous moments are properly transformed and fused into the current data sets to enable accurate measurement, such as, distance to an obstacle and location of the service robot itself. In the conventional fusion schemes, the measurement is dependent on the current data sets. As the results, more of sensors are required to measure a certain physical parameter or to improve the accuracy of the measurement. However, in this approach, instead of adding more sensors to the system, the temporal sequence of the data sets are stored and utilized for the measurement improvement. Theoretical basis is illustrated by examples and the effectiveness is proved through the simulations. Finally, the new space and time sensor fusion(STSF) scheme is applied to the control of a mobile robot in an unstructured environment as well as structured environment.

정보기술과 무선 인터넷의 발전으로 인하여 차세대 정보기술의 패러다임이 점차 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 (ubiquitous computing)으로 바뀌고 있다. 최근에는 기존의 상거래 서비스와 기타 서비스 분야에서도 유비쿼터스 기술을 접목하여 유비쿼터스 커머스 (U-Commerce), 또는 유비쿼터스 서비스 (U-Service) 형태로 변화를 시도하고 있다. 그 결과 대부분의 기존 유비쿼터스 관련 연구자는 유비쿼터스 서비스를 위한 네트워크 환경이나 플랫폼 중심으로 많은 연구를 진행하였다 따라서 본 연구에서는 첫째, 유비쿼터스에 대한 기존 연구를 요약 하므로써, 향후 이와 관련된 연구를 시도하는 연구자들에게 유비쿼터스에 대한 통합적인 시각을 제시하고자 한다. 둘째, 유비쿼터스 연구 동향과 미래 발전 방향에 대한 통합 프레임워크를 제시하여 국내외 기술 발전의 현 상태를 점검하고 더 나아가 미래 발전방향에 대한 통합적인 시각을 갖고자 한다.

In this paper, we design, implement and apply network physical layer to 100 BaseFx optical cable interface module based on industrial ethernet protocol which is physical layer of EtherCAT that has ensure its open standard ethernet compatibility which having been provided with real time of control in network of intelligent service robot, can be process numerous data to sensor and motor control system. Through BLDC motor control performance tests, we try to propose suitability as internal network of intelligent service robot and automation system.

In this paper, the state-of-the-art IVEF Service based on e-Navigation System was represented. The unification of the data exchange format among maritime-related systems is one of vital user-needs of e-Navigation, advantageous in bringing maritime safety and security. This paper propose the method to exchange marine information in IVEF, as recommended by the IALA, between VTS centers and Korea's GICOMS as well as the government-related agencies. To achieve this, a system data flow was designed which it acts as client and server. It enables the sending and receiving of Radar and CCTV images in accordance with the IVEF recommendation document of IALA.

본 논문은 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 서비스 기반의 환자 치료를 위한 임상프로토콜 지식표현 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 프로토콜 태스크 관리 모듈, 이벤트 스케줄링 모듈, 그리고 자동실행 및 지식 공유를 위해 XML형식의 저장 모듈을 지원한다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 방법을 모바일(cell phone, PDA)과 웹 어플리케이션을 사용하여 야뇨증 환자치료를 지원하기 위한 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 서비스 기반의 임상 프로토콜 기술방법을 적용하였다.

The strategy that using data collection from Netflix uses for its services is different from traditional human interaction and the communication, and it is represented by the systematic algorithm that rooted from intelligent information system based on the human interaction and communication. These characteristics allowed the study to reflect the influence of 'Asset specificity' which affects the continuous consumption of the media services of Netflix users through economic psychological analysis based on transactional cost economics. The result from the survey on actual Netflix users, three types of specificity (Space specificity, time specificity, relational specificity) reduced perceived searching cost whereas perceived instrumentality has increased, eventually reinforces the commitment to the service. This implies that the service characteristics of Netflix, trying to communicate with the individuals based on intelligent information system are distinct from the existing platform services and it gives the significance of work very effective for user's continuous consumption of the media services.
