Contemporary workspace is configured in various manners according to working patterns, collaborative or independent nature of works, group-wise working styles and culture, the size of the group, and so on. On the other hand, conventional office space has tended to be a monolithic single space packed with various types of works. This change reflects what has happened to the meanings and structures of office space. The ubiquitous computing technique is being applied to the development of the intelligent office as it grows. This leads to the change of intelligent office technology which provides user-oriented spatial service. This paper focuses on the conceptualization and design of service scenarios or the intelligent office based on the user-oriented spatial service paradigm.

The purpose of this study is to provide a sensor based service model for traffic facilities in u-City through analysing the present condition of urban infrastructure, especially traffic facilities management. In order to achieve this purpose, we did a comparative analysis of internal and external situation of ITS(Intelligent Transport System) and classified service for traffic facilities to 3 categories, namely traffic flow management, traffic information offering, formation of road structure. Also, we examined technological trend of USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network). Through this process, we present a sensor based service model of traffic facilities for building sustainable road environment.

In this paper, Korea's standardization capacity in the ITS field was examined, and the status of participation in ITS standardization and services of ASEAN countries, and the degree of hope for cooperation with Korea was investigated and analyzed. Korea is recognized for its international competency in the field of ITS standardization, and most ASEAN countries, excluding Singapore, are found to have insufficient participation in ITS standardization and service introduction. In addition, most ASEAN countries are strongly hoping for ITS standardization cooperation with Korea, and the preliminary establishment of the ITS system architecture as the basis for ITS standardization was derived as a project of hope for cooperation. In addition, as a service field for introducing standardization, Freight transport was suggested as a priority application service field in order to improve the efficiency of logistics transportation between ASEAN countries.

The purpose of this work is to investigate pre-service elementary teachers' belief in science gifted education. To do that, from September to November 2012, this research had been conducted with 42 students who were in the third year of P University of Education. The conclusions of this work are presented as follows: First, the pre-service elementary teachers considered exploration ability to be the most important talent for the gifted students in science, and chose task commitment as the next most important. They regarded intelligent ability and leadership ability as the relatively less important. Secondly, regarding the most important tool in choosing scientifically gifted students, the pre-service elementary teachers preferred creativity test. It was found that they considered the intelligence test and academic achievements, which require intelligent ability, to be the less important. Thirdly, regarding the special knowledge related to science gifted education, the pre-service elementary teachers considered pedagogical knowledge about the gifted to be the most important. Fourthly, regarding a class type for gifted students in science, the pre-service elementary teachers most preferred project learning. Project learning is a learning method in which students choose an interesting problem and solve the problem in cooperation with group members. It is the most widely used exploration class in gifted education. It is in the same context as the result that exploration ability is the most important factor to elementary gifted students in science. This work revealed that, with regard to a talent for the gifted in science, judgment of the gifted in science and science gifted education, the potential ability and affective ability of gifted students are considered to be more important than their intelligent ability. Therefore, it was analyzed that pre-service elementary teachers' belief in the gifted students in science is almost consistent with the recent trend of gifted education.

Recent telecommunication technology trends have made possible the concept of Intelligent Network, which is expected to lead to additional revenues for both telecommunication administers as well as business service customers. In this paper international Korea Telecommunication Network configuration with special services are described and introducing the Intelligent Network Services into the international Korea Telecommunication Network in a phased manner is studied considering of interworking between international and domestic Intelligent Network services.

The intelligent information society is expected to drastically change our lives. The purpose of this content is to derive tasks in the field of media education for the elderly for the realization of digital inclusion in an intelligent information society. To this end, the vision, goals, strategies, and tasks of the intelligent information society were examined through the 6th National Informatization Basic Plan(2018~2022) and the 2022 Education Informatization White Paper(2022). In addition, the current status of the digital gap among the elderly classified as vulnerable groups was identified through the results of the 2022 Digital Information Gap Survey. In order to ease the digital information gap between the elderly in the intelligent information society, it is believed that the development of intelligent media education services using intelligent information technology, provision of media education services for the elderly through learning online service channels, and support for digital intelligent media education for the elderly are necessary.

In this paper, we explain telecommunication services based on spoken language information technology. There are three different kinds of services. The first is based on Advanced Intelligent services(AIN). We built a Intelligent Peripheral(IP)with speech recognition, speech synthesis and VoiceXML interpreter. The second is based on KT-HUVOIS, a proprietary speech platform based on VoiceXML. The third is based on VoiceXML interpreter. We explain various services depending on these platforms in detail.

본 논문에서는 IT839의 추진으로 등장한 와이브로(WiBro) 서비스와 HSDPA 서비스와의 관계를 정리하고, 현재 사업 현황과 식별체계와의 관계를 고찰한다. 특히 통신 서비스 통합식별체계로 부상하고 있는 ENUM을 살펴보고, 이를 통한 와이브로 서비스 활성화 방안을 모색한다.

정보기술의 발달과 교통기술의 발달로 인해 현재 많은 정보화 시스템들이 등장하고 있다. 최근 GPS(Global Positioning System)의 보급과 위치정보의 중요성이 대두되면서 위치정보기반 서비스(LBS, Location Based Service)의 개발이 눈에 띄게 두드러지고 있다. 사용자 위치 정보 획득 기술이 발달함에 따라 한편으로는 사용자의 위치정보가 악용되어 사생활 침해와 같은 문제점도 나타나고 있다. 본 논문은 사용자의 위치정보를 기반으로 이동경로 혹은 궤적을 패턴으로 분류하고 일반적인 사용자의 생활권역의 경로에 대해 학습을 실시하여 위치기반의 서비스의 사생활 침해 문제에 대한 해결방법을 제시한다.
