초소형위성 지상 환경 도킹 시험 (Ground Test of Docking Phase for Nanosatellite)

  • 본 논문에서는 국내 최초로 개발 중인 랑데부/도킹 기술검증용 초소형위성의 지상 환경에서의 도킹 단계 시험 결과에 대해 기술하였다. 랑데부/도킹 기술은 우주기술 중 고난이도 기술로서 우주 궤도상에서 상대 물체에 접근한 후 작업을 수행하는 데 매우 핵심적인 기술이기도 하다. 본 논문에서는 에어베어링 장치를 이용하여 체이서가 모의 타겟으로 접근하여 최종적으로 도킹하는 단계의 지상시험 결과에 대해 기술하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 검증된 2차원 평판에서 도킹 단계에서의 추력 제어 알고리즘과 시각 기반 센서를 이용한 상대물체 인식 및 상대거리 추정 알고리즘을 기반으로 추후에는 우주에서의 시험을 위한 3차원 공간에서의 랑데부/도킹 알고리즘으로 확장·개발하는 데 이용하고자 한다.

개선된 검색식 기반 특허분석을 통한 무선신호 기반 Passive Tracking 공백기술 도출에 관한 연구 (A Study on White Space Search of Wireless Signal based Passive Tracking Technology using Enhanced Search Formula of Patent Analysis)

  • 연구목적: 본 논문에서는 개선된 특허 검색식을 제안하고 이에 기반 한 특허분석을 통해 Passive Tracking 기술분야의 잠재적 유망분야에 해당하는 공백기술을 도출하여 향후 수행해야 할 연구개발의 방향성을 제시한다. 연구방법: 본 논문에서는 기존의 검색식 구성 방식을 개선하여 유사어 DB, 최근 발표 논문의 Keyword, AI 검색 등의 다양한 Tool과 방법을 복합적으로 적용하는 기법을 제안하고, Passive Tracking 기술분야를 대상으로 광범위한 특허조사 및 분석을 통해, 기술 변화의 방향성 및 흐름을 확인하고, 해결하고자 하는 목적과 수단을 매트릭스화 하는 방법으로 공백기술을 도출한다. 연구결과: 제안하는 방법을 통해 Passive Tracking 기술분야 공백기술은 인공지능,적응형/복합형 측위기술 및 레이더/안테나를 활용한 '멀티 타깃 측위·추적기술'과 '3D 측위 기술'이 공백기술로 도출되었으며, 도출 결과의 타당성을 검토하기 위한 검색 결과 상용화 서비스 또는 제품이 부재함을 확인하였다. 결론: 본 논문에서 도출한 공백기술은 특허출원이 활발하지 않고 선점되어 있는 선행특허가 많지 않은 분야이므로, 보다 적극적인 연구개발과 특허출원 활동을 통해 기술에 대한 권리를 확보할 필요가 있다.

지능정보사회의 사이버 역기능 분류와 사회적 인식 분석 (A Study on the Classification of Cyber Dysfunction and the Social Cognition Analysis in the Intelligent Information Society)

  • The Internet cyber space has become more important as it enters the intelligent information society of the 4th Industrial Revolution beyond the information age through the development of ICT, the expansion of personalized services through mobile and SNS, the development of IoT, big data, and artificial intelligence. The Internet has formed a new paradigm in human civilization, but it has focused only on the efficiency of its functions. Therefore, various side effects such as information divide, cyber terrorism, cyber violence, hacking, and personal information leakage are emerging. In this situation, facing the intelligent information society can lead to an uncontrollable chaos. Therefore, this study classifies the cyber dysfunction of intelligent information society and analyzes social cognition, suggests cyber dysfunction standard of intelligent information society, and examines the seriousness of dysfunction, and suggests technical research directions for future technologies and services. The dysfunctional classification of the intelligent information society was classified into five areas of cyber crime and terrorism, infringement of rights, intelligent information usage culture, intelligent information reliability, and social problems by FGI methodology. Based on the classification, the social perception of current and future cyber dysfunction severity was surveyed and it showed female is more sensitive than male about the dysfunction. A GAP analysis confirmed social awareness that the future society would be more serious about AI and cyber crime

  • 본 논문은 누구나 참여할 수 있는 웹상에서의 시공간을 초월한 on-line 및 off-line 겸용모드의 지능형 원격 진료시스템으로서, 데이터베이스는 IIS 4.0 웹서버 상에서 ASP와 SQL을 연동한 구현하여 효율적인 자료처리를 위한 시스템 통합과 환자와 의사 및 한의사간의 on-line 상담, 그리고 off-line상에서의 진료와 환자가 지정한 약사로의 처방전 전송 및 조제, 그리고 진료데이터의 저장 및 검색으로 인한 반영구적인 진료데이터저장이 가능하며, 가족간의 진료데이터 검색 및 공유등 유전에 대한 치료효과 및 개인 병력관리를 통한 과거진료상황에 따른 빠른 치료효과 및 의사간의 협조진료등이 가능한 지능형 객체관리를 이용한 데이터베이스 구성이 되어있다.

Extended kernel correlation filter for abrupt motion tracking

  • The Kernelized Correlation Filters (KCF) tracker has caused the extensive concern in recent years because of the high efficiency. Numerous improvements have been made successively. However, due to the abrupt motion between the consecutive image frames, these methods cannot track object well. To cope with the problem, we propose an extended KCF tracker based on swarm intelligence method. Unlike existing KCF-based trackers, we firstly introduce a swarm-based sampling method to KCF tracker and design a unified framework to track smooth or abrupt motion simultaneously. Secondly, we propose a global motion estimation method, where the exploration factor is constructed to search the whole state space so as to adapt abrupt motion. Finally, we give an adaptive threshold in light of confidence map, which ensures the accuracy of the motion estimation strategy. Extensive experimental results in both quantitative and qualitative measures demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed method in tracking abrupt motion.

  • The In the 4th industrial revolution, cyber space will evolve into hyper-connectivity, super-convergence, and super-intelligence due to the development of advanced information and communication technologies, which will connect the nation's core infrastructure into a single network. As applying the 4th industrial revolution technology to the cyber attack technique, it is evolving in an intelligent and sophisticate method. In order to response intelligent cyber attacks, it is difficult to guarantee self-defense in cyberspace by policy-oriented, preplanned-centric and hierarchical cyber response strategies. Therefore, this research aims to propose a situation-flexible & action-oriented cyber response mechanism that can respond flexibly by selecting the most optimal smart security solution according to changes in the cyber attack steps. The proposed cyber response mechanism operates the smart security solutions according to the action-oriented detailed strategies. In addition, artificial intelligence-based decision-making systems are used to select the smart security technology with the best responsiveness.

  • 스마트워크는 지식근로자들의 일하는 방법에 대한 혁신을 추구하는 새로운 패러다임이다. 본 논문은 조직에서 스마트워크 수준을 결정하는 모형을 제안한다. 기존 스마트워크의 유형은 공간적 자유와 시간적 자율로 결정됨을 보인다. 또한, 이 모형을 확장하여, 세 번째 요인으로 집단지성의 활용을 추가함으로서 새로운 유형인 스마트워크 2.0을 제안한다. 스마트워크 2.0의 성공적 도입전략과 본 연구의 시사점 및 향후 연구에 대한 방향을 제시한다.

스마트 제조기술을 위한 테스트베드 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on Building a Test Bed for Smart Manufacturing Technology)

  • There are many difficulties in the applications of smart manufacturing technology in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. In this paper, a test bed was built to aim for acquiring smart manufacturing technology, and the test bed was designed to acquire basic technologies necessary for PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), HMI, Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI) and big data. By building a vehicle maintenance lift that can be easily accessed by the general public, PLC control technology and HMI drawing technology can be acquired, and by using cloud services, workers can respond to emergencies and alarms regardless of time and space. In addition, by managing and monitoring data for smart manufacturing, it is possible to acquire basic technologies necessary for embedded systems, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and big data. It is expected that the improvement of smart manufacturing technology capability according to the results of this study will contribute to the effect of creating added value according to the applications of smart manufacturing technology in the future.

An improved Big Bang-Big Crunch algorithm for structural damage detection

  • The Big Bang-Big Crunch (BB-BC) algorithm is an effective global optimization technique of swarm intelligence with drawbacks of being easily trapped in local optimal results and of converging slowly. To overcome these shortages, an improved BB-BC algorithm (IBB-BC) is proposed in this paper with taking some measures, such as altering the reduced form of exploding radius and generating multiple mass centers. The accuracy and efficiency of IBB-BC is examined by different types of benchmark test functions. The IBB-BC is utilized for damage detection of a simply supported beam and the European Space Agency structure with an objective function established by structural frequency and modal data. Two damage scenarios are considered: damage only existed in stiffness and damage existed in both stiffness and mass. IBB-BC is also validated by an existing experimental study. Results demonstrated that IBB-BC is not trapped into local optimal results and is able to detect structural damages precisely even under measurement noise.

2.5D human pose estimation for shadow puppet animation

  • Digital shadow puppet has traditionally relied on expensive motion capture equipments and complex design. In this paper, a low-cost driven technique is presented, that captures human pose estimation data with simple camera from real scenarios, and use them to drive virtual Chinese shadow play in a 2.5D scene. We propose a special method for extracting human pose data for driving virtual Chinese shadow play, which is called 2.5D human pose estimation. Firstly, we use the 3D human pose estimation method to obtain the initial data. In the process of the following transformation, we treat the depth feature as an implicit feature, and map body joints to the range of constraints. We call the obtain pose data as 2.5D pose data. However, the 2.5D pose data can not better control the shadow puppet directly, due to the difference in motion pattern and composition structure between real pose and shadow puppet. To this end, the 2.5D pose data transformation is carried out in the implicit pose mapping space based on self-network and the final 2.5D pose expression data is produced for animating shadow puppets. Experimental results have demonstrated the effectiveness of our new method.
