A Study on the Social Perception of Creating Artificial Intelligence Art: Using Semantic Network Analysis (인공지능 미술창작에 대한 사회적 인식 연구 - 언어 네트워크 분석을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze social perceptions and discourses about creating arts in the era of artificial intelligence with making an implication of responding to the emergence of artificial intelligence. We conceptually understand the principles and limitations of creating visual arts using artificial intelligence whilst this paper addresses ai art in the social context by borrowing the theoretical lens from the sociology of arts. This article considers 472 newspapers about artificial intelligence art as the main data, which are interpreted through semantic network analysis. The analysis of this research shows that it is a controversial issue regarding who/which creates the artworks between humans and computers. However, judging from the dominant influence of a group of words representing the recognition of intellectual property rights, we have detected that social awareness is formed around the perspective of considering artificial intelligence creates visual arts rather than artists. In addition, based on the close relationship between the cluster and the cluster reflecting institutional support, we confirm that the discourse about artificial intelligence art is limited to technological development and legal system maintenance. Thus, this study suggests the need for defining artificial intelligence as the medium of art and constructing policy discourses on artificial intelligence art as an artistic genre.

  • In this study, an E-learning system was developed for vocational rehabilitation training of intellectual disabilities. The developed system is available to have acquirement of knowledge through step by step learning and is configured to relearn through problem-solving and demonstration video. In addition, the learned information was composed to check the configuration which is correctly learning through rehearsal function. The device for rehearsal consists of a transmitter and the receiver. The transmitter is formed Pressure sensor, IR sensor for detecting client's work and Bluetooth module for wireless network. The receiver includes a Bluetooth module for wireless network and USB input terminal for communication with computer.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify topic areas of academic library research using two informetric methods; word clustering and Pathfinder network. For the data analysis, 139 articles published in major library and information science journals from 2005 to 2009 were collected from the Korean Science Citation Index database. The keywords that represent research topics were gathered from two sections: an and titles in references. Results showed that reference titles usefully represent topics in detail, and combinings and reference titles can produce an expanded topic map.

  • Artificial intelligence(AI) is a field of computer science that is defined as allowing computers to imitate human intellectual behavior, even though AI's performance is to imitate humans. It is grafted across software-based fields with the advantages of high accuracy and speed of processing that surpasses humans. Indeed, the AI based technology has become a key technology in the medical field that will lead the development of medical image analysis. Therefore, this article introduces and discusses the concept of deep learning-based medical imaging analysis using the principle of algorithms for convolutional neural network(CNN) and back propagation. The research cases application of the AI based medical imaging analysis is used to classify the various disease(such as chest disease, coronary artery disease, and cerebrovascular disease), and the performance estimation comparing between AI based medical imaging classifier and human experts.

  • The article proposes a methodical approach to assessing the innovative capacity of agri-food enterprises. This approach is based on the calculation of personnel, investment, technical and technological, information components of the ability of agri-food enterprises to innovate. The algorithm of search of production, intellectual, financial, information resources reserves, which are necessary for functioning of the enterprises of agro-food sphere, is defined. The approach developed by the authors, in contrast to the existing ones in the scientific world, allows the tools of mathematical modeling to identify shortcomings in the development of agri-food enterprises, to forecast the development of these enterprises and on this basis to form different models of market stakeholders. The method proposed by the authors to assess the innovative capacity of agri-food enterprises allows market participants to assess the current state of agri-food enterprises and form the necessary management levers to influence its activities to eliminate market failures and pitfalls.

  • The article considers one of the areas of development of artificial intelligence where there is the development of computer intelligent systems capable of performing functions traditionally considered intelligent - language comprehension, inference, use of accumulated knowledge, learning, pattern recognition, as well as learn and explain their decisions. It is found that informational intellectual systems are promising in their development.   • The article is based on a model, in the context of which there are two fundamental building blocks of basic library skills and skills in the use of information technology. The former are formed within the framework of educational programs for users of academic libraries, the latter are formed within the framework of initiatives such as the European Computer Driving License. Between the basic and the highest levels of the concept of "information literacy" there are seven heading skills and attributes, the repeated practice of which leads from the position of a competent user to an expert level of reflection and critical awareness of information as an intellectual resource. Freshmen will likely be at the beginning of the arrow, probably practicing only the first four skills, while graduate students and young scientists will be closer to the end and will use seven skills.

  • The authors provide characteristics of the open educational platforms, classification and quantitative analysis regarding the availability of IT courses, teaching language, thematic directions on the following platforms: Coursera, EdX, Udemy, MIT Open Course Ware, OpenLearn, Intuit, Prometheus, UoPeople, Open Learning Initiative, Open University of Maidan (OUM). The quantitative analysis results are structured and visualized by tables and diagrams. The authors propose to use open educational resources (teaching, learning or research materials that are in the public domain or released with an intellectual property license that allows free use, adaptation, and distribution) for organization of independent work; for organization of distance or correspondence training; for professional development of teachers; for possibility and expediency of author's methods dissemination in the development of their own courses and promoting them on open platforms. Post-project activities are considered in comparing the courses content of one thematic direction, as well as studying the experience of their attending on different platforms.

  • The innovative process of digitalization and creation of innovation from an idea to its commercialization requires certain financial costs, labor and mental efforts. The amount of investment (corporate and public) is the most important imperative to enhance innovation and is traditionally considered as the main "input" indicators of the development of innovation infrastructure, in this case, the financial infrastructure of innovation. At the same time, the modern theory of innovation development assumes a systematic approach to the organization of innovation activity, which provides for the close interaction of several subsystems: human (including intellectual) potential, financial and technological capital, as well as relevant institutions and methods of regulation.. Thus, the main task of the study is to analyze the features of investment support for the process of digitalization of socio-economic systems in the context of strengthening international economic relations. As a result of the study, current trends and prerequisites of investment support for the process of digitalization of socio-economic systems in the context of strengthening international economic relations were revealed.
